NTR: Mommy Will Help You!

Chapter 247: Do You Want to Have a Child with Me?

As she listened to her son’s advice, Mia thought back to her old days. She remembered the days when she was a little girl. When her mother was alive and her father was still a decent man.

Those times were filled with love and happiness... and they all disappeared because of her mother’s death.

It was so long ago, yet Mia still remembered how everything had gone down. The moment when her father’s kindness became corrupted by something else, transforming into an indifferent monster that only wanted her to fulfill all his demands...

After all, nothing stayed the same forever. Especially when it comes to humans.

Humans were known to change at the drop of a hat for almost any reason imaginable. Even if it was something small and meaningless. Not to mention when it was a big event.

Mia took a deep breath to calm down and managed to gather her bearings before responding, ”Yes. You’re right, Oliver... I don’t want to regret anything, so I guess I’ll give it a try and see if we can have a real talk...”

She then turned her gaze at Adam, who was looking at her with his usual kind smile that always reminded her why she fell in love with him, and smiled at him, ”Honey, I hope you didn’t mind that Oliver needed to give up your family name. You said that you were fine with it, but I still want to make sure.”

”Ah, that? Don’t sweat over little things like that,” Adam responded while shaking his head dismissively. ”It’s not like he stopped being my son or anything.”

”Of course. He’s still our son,” Mia said as she caressed Oliver’s cheek.

Then she asked Oliver with a playful smile, ”By the way, why are you still hard? After just having fun with Elle, you should be a little more relaxed.”

At her question, Oliver’s expression turned into one of embarrassment. He knew exactly why he was still hard despite the satisfying sex with Elle.

He scratched his head as he replied, ”Hmmm... That’s because of Grandfather’s drug.”

”Huh, what? His drug!?” Mia exclaimed in confusion. She didn’t expect to hear something like that from her son.

Before she could ask anything, Oliver already began explaining.

”Yes, he made Elle inject a strange substance into me while we were talking. He said it will help when I impregnate you, Mom. The substance will change my genes and sperm so that our child will be healthy and inherit both of our good talents. And that will give the Ashford family great future successors.”

Both Mia’s and Adam’s eyes widened at the news, not expecting something like this from the old man.

They stared at Oliver, hoping that he was joking, but seeing the serious expression on his face, they realized that he was telling the truth.

”That old fart... So he’s already playing with my son’s future?”

Mia muttered angrily. She didn’t like the idea of her son being given a strange injection. Even if it was supposedly to make him able to have children with her.

Not to mention, she didn’t think about having another child, since she was already happy with Oliver and Amara.

Having another child meant having to share her love and attention with a newborn.

It wasn’t something that she desired at all. She loved Oliver and Amara with all her heart. And they were more than enough for her.

Meanwhile, Adam didn’t know what to say about this matter.

It was different from just having sex between family members; it involved messing with their relationship and family structure even more.

He always believed that family relationship was a sacred thing and that one mustn’t mess with it or ruin it by any means, but it seems like his father-in-law wasn’t thinking the same as him.

However, Adam wasn’t a controlling husband, so he let his wife make her own choices, and this decision was no different. He would respect his wife’s wishes and wouldn’t stop her if she chose to bear her son’s child.

Mia looked at Adam and could tell that he wanted her to make the final call in this matter.

This made her smile since she loved his consideration, but she also knew that there wasn’t much to think about.

So, she turned towards Oliver and said, ”Listen, darling. I will tell you this: you and Amara are enough for me already; I don’t plan to have another kid anymore. Especially not when the old man forces it onto us. Also, you shouldn’t follow his every order so blindly just because you are heir of the Ashford family. It’s fine if you accept a few things, but you shouldn’t become his puppet. So, try to be a little more careful.”

After saying those words, she continued with a warm smile, ”Now, tell me. Do you want to have a child with me? Not for someone else’s wishes but because you wish to do it.”

Oliver looked at his mother while pondering her words and quickly came up with the answer.

He didn’t plan to have any children of his own soon, as he wasn’t ready to be a parent yet. And as Mia herself pointed out that she didn’t want to have another child either, he wouldn’t pressure her into getting pregnant.

Especially since she was a perfect wife and mother already, and he didn’t want to complicate things and have any arguments over something like this.

Therefore, Oliver just shook his head and responded, ”I don’t want to have children now, Mom. Especially not with you, as I don’t want to share my mommy’s love with anyone else.”

”Hehehe... Yes, I also feel the same way. Mommy’s love is only yours and Amara’s to receive. No need to add more little devils.” Mia giggled at his answer before kissing him on the lips.
