Billionaire: You're Telling Me You're the Crown Prince of Kyoto

442: Mech successful, biological discoveryPandora received a call from Fuck You, informed Bai Mengxue, and then turned and left the area without hesitation.

Jiang Chuan and Energy Bar had also returned to the country at this time, intending to guard their nation, as these monsters possessed no rationality and only sought to destroy everything.

”Has our mecha succeeded?”

After Jiang Chuan returned home, the first thing he did was go to the mecha research and development lab and ask that question.

”It only needs the crucial core component to be successful.”

The staff in the research lab heard Jiang Chuan’s words and immediately replied with a smile. Once this mecha succeeded, Huaguo would become the number one existence in the world.

”Very good. For the next period of time, I will help you with the joint research, striving to develop the battle armor as quickly as possible.”

Jiang Chuan nodded in satisfaction upon hearing this and then spoke these words.

”Our research must be accelerated. The Heavenly Lord Society has completely gone insane. Our War Behemoth must be completed within three months.”

Pu Chuan also grew tense at this moment. After learning that the Heavenly Lord Society had completely gone crazy, he immediately said this to his research team.

”Understood, sir. We will strive to complete everything within this timeframe.”

The research team from the US also respectfully said this to Pu Chuan.

{Has the apocalypse arrived? Why are there such terrifying monsters in this world?}

{Who on earth can save us? Why have these monsters appeared?}

{Damn the Heavenly Lord Society, may you die a horrible death.}

... Many people around the world were now despairing. Facing these monsters, without specialized weapons, there was simply no way to shoot and kill them; doing so would only provoke them and make them even more violent.

Huaguo also increased its border forces at this time. If the monsters dared to enter the country’s territory, they would naturally be fiercely attacked. Moreover, Jiang Chuan had already developed a weapon to deal with these monsters, but this weapon was a cold weapon (bladed/melee). As long as it struck the monsters, it could easily destroy their internal organs.

Although it was only a cold weapon, it was far more terrifying than the hot weapons (firearms) developed by the US. The destructive power of the hot weapons developed by the US was too weak, requiring hundreds or thousands of bullets to completely destroy one monster, which was too slow.

”It has finally succeeded.”

A month passed, and Jiang Chuan’s mecha was completely successful. At this moment, Jiang Chuan smiled in satisfaction.

The First Elder also learned that the mecha had succeeded and personally came to the location.

The First Elder looked at the first set of golden mecha before him and bestowed upon it the name—Fuxi!

Everyone was very pleased with the name given by the First Elder, and then, looking at the Fuxi battle armor before him, Jiang Chuan put it on without hesitation.

This mecha was one that Jiang Chuan had exchanged using the system, and it was tailor-made for him, making it particularly suitable. After Jiang Chuan put on the mecha, he immediately went outside to conduct a test.

The mecha was not equipped with any weapons, as modern hot weapons were completely ineffective against it, unless nuclear weapons were used.

The mecha was only equipped with cold weapons because the mecha’s enhancement had pushed Jiang Chuan’s power to the human limit. Whether it was strength, speed, or reaction time, everything had broken the previous limits.

”Only by possessing this weapon can we truly stand at the pinnacle of the entire world.”

Jiang Chuan was extremely satisfied with this masterpiece, and after returning to the lab, he said these words.

”This mecha belongs to you; no one else can use it. Therefore, take this mecha with you everywhere from now on. You will also become Huaguo’s first Guardian God.”

The First Elder looked at Jiang Chuan and slowly spoke these words. This was also meant to commend Jiang Chuan, for without him, Huaguo would not have everything it has today.

”Understood, First Elder.”

Jiang Chuan understood the First Elder’s meaning, and he did not decline. Immediately afterward, he was seen transforming the mecha before him into a golden wristwatch and putting it on his arm. When he needed to use it, pressing the watch would instantly transform it into the mecha.

”Alright, I still have matters to deal with, so I will be leaving now.”

The First Elder did not stay here for too long. After leaving this message, he turned and departed immediately.

”Understood, I will see you off.”

After personally seeing off the First Elder, Jiang Chuan returned to the lab and told the staff to take a few days of rest. Following that, they would need to complete the cores for the other mechas, as the entire world was changing too quickly and was too dangerous. They needed to mobilize more power to protect the entire nation.

”Young Master Jiang, our research has succeeded.”

As Jiang Chuan was leaving the lab, he received a call from two Biology Experts.

”Succeeded!”

Upon hearing this, Jiang Chuan happily went to the Tianxia Group’s laboratory.

”President Jiang, we found that this serum is not simple.”

After Jiang Chuan arrived, the two Biology Experts solemnly informed him of this.

”Not simple?”

Jiang Chuan looked at the two in confusion upon hearing this, unsure what they meant.

”This serum is very likely an essential component for the Human Evolution Serum!”

The Biology Expert told Jiang Chuan this fact with a very serious tone.

”Human Evolution?!”

Hearing the words of the two Biology Experts, Jiang Chuan couldn’t help but gasp. He hadn’t realized that the Heavenly Lord Society wasn’t researching immortality, but rather biological evolution.

”What will humans evolve into?”

Jiang Chuan looked at the two Biology Experts and slowly spoke these words.

”Actually, we don’t know either, but through researching this serum, we know that after human evolution, they can break the limits of the human body, and even gain prolonged life. Not only that, but whether it’s strength, reaction time, or any other metric, they will far surpass us humans. Even their healing ability can reach unimaginable levels—truly the monster level.”

The two Biology Experts smiled bitterly upon hearing Jiang Chuan’s words, and then told him a shocking truth.

”Then, after becoming this kind of monster, can they still turn back into humans?”

After hearing this, Jiang Chuan immediately asked this question.

”There is no way at all. Once they become this New Human, they can never return to being human. Furthermore, through our research, we found that after becoming a New Human, all human emotions will slowly disappear, and they will eventually become emotionless machines.”

The two Biology Experts revealed an even more serious fact: becoming a New Human would eventually lead to becoming a machine over time.
