Billionaire: You're Telling Me You're the Crown Prince of Kyoto

213: Fair handling, company relocation”Police Officer, we have evidence. They were the ones who attacked us first, and this was self-defense.”

Reba also stood up at this moment and handed the video she had recorded to the Police Officer.

”That damned guy.”

Hearing Reba’s words, Zhong Sanyuan cursed angrily and immediately tried to snatch Reba’s phone. Fortunately, Reba dodged him in time; otherwise, Zhong Sanyuan would have succeeded in the robbery.

”What are you doing.”

Seeing Zhong Sanyuan’s actions, the Police Officer also became angry and shouted a reprimand.

Subsequently, the Police Officer requested backup and took everyone away.

Zhong Sanyuan was brought to the Police substation. The leader of the Police substation recognized Zhong Sanyuan, as Zhong Sanyuan was a frequent visitor to their area.

”Young Master Zhong, I apologize. Our officers made a mistake in the arrest. I will let you leave immediately.”

The leader of the Police substation dared not offend Zhong Sanyuan and personally offered his apology.

”Is this how you enforce the law?”

Seeing that the leader of the Police substation intended to release Zhong Sanyuan, the main culprit, Reba immediately spoke up angrily.

”Little girl, don’t speak nonsense. We have already investigated this matter thoroughly. You were trying to frame Young Master Zhong, which is why Young Master Zhong had people attack you. Who knew you would actually dare to resist.”

The leader of the Police substation was clearly Young Master Zhong’s subordinate, and he naturally spoke in favor of Zhong Sanyuan.

”You...”

”It’s alright, Reba, don’t be angry.”

Jiang Chuan looked at the angry Reba, smiled bitterly, and shook his head. He only gave the leader of the Police substation a cold glance, said nothing more, and then simply sat there with his eyes closed, resting.

Xu Jia saw Jiang Chuan’s demeanor and comforted Reba, telling her not to worry, as the other party would soon face misfortune.

Yang Mi was naturally more mature; she only glanced at the leader of the Police substation and said nothing, waiting for subsequent developments.

Before Zhong Sanyuan could leave the Police substation, a High-Level Official from above arrived directly.

The leader of the Police substation naturally greeted him personally, but the High-Level Official paid no attention to this minor Police substation leader; instead, he walked straight up to Jiang Chuan.

”Young Master Jiang, are you alright?”

When the leader of the Police substation heard his superior being so polite to Jiang Chuan, he realized that Jiang Chuan’s status was at least as high as, if not higher than, Zhong Sanyuan’s. He was so terrified that his face turned pale, and he immediately fell to the ground, muttering repeatedly, ”It’s over, it’s over...”

”I’m fine, Uncle Qi. I only hope that this incident can be handled fairly, and that no one is above the law.”

Hearing Uncle Qi’s words, Jiang Chuan just smiled and then spoke to the middle-aged man in front of him.

”Rest assured, Young Master Jiang, we will certainly handle this fairly and give you justice.”

Uncle Qi naturally responded in accordance with Jiang Chuan’s statement.

Uncle Qi asked someone to retrieve the evidence Reba had submitted, but the person claimed it had already been deleted by the leader of the Police substation.

Hearing this, Jiang Chuan merely smiled, quickly recovered all the evidence, and easily resolved the matter.

”Uncle Qi, you still have some corrupt elements inside that need to be removed quickly, otherwise it will be very bad for the people.”

Jiang Chuan also said this to Uncle Qi.

Uncle Qi kept this in mind.

Since Jiang Chuan and the others were the victims, and Jiang Chuan was injured, they naturally left the Police substation immediately. As for the subsequent matters, someone would handle them.

Although Zhong Sanyuan’s connections and background were quite good, and the Zhong Family was a top-tier existence, the Jiang Family and the Qin Family were completely unafraid of them.

The Zhong Family also learned the news that Zhong Sanyuan had hit Jiang Chuan, and Jiang Chuan was currently hospitalized.

Zhong Sanyuan had already been taken away by the Police Officer and was about to be locked up in prison.

The Zhong Family naturally couldn’t sit still. If Zhong Sanyuan was truly locked up, it would be a huge stain on them, a blemish that would follow the Zhong Family for a lifetime.

The Zhong Family naturally could not allow this to happen, so the High-Level Official of the Zhong Family contacted the High-Level Official of the Jiang Family, hoping to resolve the matter.

Jiang Wenli was also completely bewildered when he received the call from the High-Level Official of the Zhong Family.

Jiang Wenli refused the High-Level Official of the Zhong Family and immediately contacted Jiang Chuan.

Jiang Chuan also told Jiang Wenli his objective.

Jiang Wenli hadn’t expected Jiang Chuan to use this incident to pave the way for him. Although this incident didn’t help him significantly, it was still Jiang Chuan’s kind intention, and Jiang Wenli smiled and agreed.

After Jiang Wenli and the High-Level Official of the Zhong Family negotiated and reached an agreement.

Zhong Sanyuan naturally obtained a pardon and faced no consequences.

Jiang Chuan also walked out of the hospital.

This incident was considered perfectly resolved.

”Xiao Chuan, we still have to thank you for this matter. If it weren’t for you, we truly wouldn’t have been able to resolve this.”

When the issues concerning Yang Mi’s company were resolved, Yang Mi called everyone in the company, along with Jiang Chuan, to collectively express their gratitude to him.

”Sister Mi, you are too kind. It’s just that after this incident, your relationship with the Zhong Family has deteriorated.”

”The Zhong Family might not do anything to you, but Zhong Sanyuan will likely cause trouble for you.”

”I suggest you look into whether the company can completely relocate from the Capital to the Magic City. Once you are in the Magic City, even if Zhong Sanyuan wants to cause trouble, it won’t be so easy. Also, I am very familiar with the Magic City, so even if Zhong Sanyuan tries something, I can easily resolve it.”

Hearing Yang Mi’s words, Jiang Chuan chuckled softly and told her about the subsequent issues.

”I have considered this matter. I did think about moving the headquarters from the Capital to the Magic City, but there are still some implications. Once the situation in the Capital is completely resolved, I will move the entire company to the Magic City.”

Yang Mi nodded seriously and then replied to Jiang Chuan.

”Good.”

Hearing Yang Mi’s words, Jiang Chuan understood that she had carefully considered the matter, and he did not say anything further.

After the meal concluded.

Yang Mi also left to quickly handle the matters in the Capital, planning to move her entire company out of the Capital.

Xu Jia and Reba naturally left together. As for what they went to do, only the two of them knew.

When Jiang Chuan returned home, he received a call from Mu Qingcheng.

”Old Jiang, did something happen to our entertainment company?”

”Yes, the matter has been completely resolved. Don’t worry.”

Jiang Chuan smiled and replied after receiving Mu Qingcheng’s call.

He understood that Yang Mi probably hadn’t told Mu Qingcheng. After this incident was resolved, Jiang Chuan made this suggestion, and Yang Mi naturally needed to discuss the company relocation with Mu Qingcheng, who was a shareholder.

Mu Qingcheng breathed a sigh of relief upon hearing that the matter was resolved. After the two discussed a few more things, they hung up. Mu Qingcheng needed to discuss the company’s complete relocation from the Capital with Yang Mi.
