...

Anna smiled, kind, sympathetic, but undeniably entertained.

”You’re not dying, Silas. It’s probably hormonal overstimulation. It happens sometimes at your age. Stress and adrenaline can trigger it.”

Silas closed his eyes, mortified.

”So what do I do?”

She gently touched his shoulder, professional, but still enough to nearly short-circuit him.

”Sit on the bed. I’ll check your vitals and see what I can recommend.”

He sat, backpack still firmly in place, refusing to let it move. His heart thundered as she pulled up a stool and sat close, and began checking his pulse. Her fingers were cool against his wrist, causing his pulse to spike dramatically.

She raised an eyebrow.

”That’s... quite high.”

Silas forced a laugh, and it sounded deranged.

”Yeah... Weird... Must be stress.”

”Mm.” Anna gave him a look that suggested she already knew he was lying but wasn’t going to call him out. ”Well... I can give you something mild to help your body relax. It should settle in a few minutes.”

Silas exhaled shakily.

”Please.”

She stood, walked to her medicine cabinet. He tried very, very hard not to look at how her skirt shifted when she moved. When she returned, holding a small vial and a glass of water, she smiled warmly.

”Drink and lie back for a few minutes. You’ll feel the tension drain away.”

Silas took it, downed the medicine, and lay back on the infirmary bed, still clutching his backpack like an improvised chastity shield. Anna then rolled her stool closer.

”Just relax,” she said softly. ”I need to make sure your muscles aren’t locking up.”

She reached out, pressing two fingers against the side of his neck. Her touch was dangerously soft, and her perfume drifted over him, making his pulse spike so hard her brows lifted.

”Still elevated.”

”Yeah,” Silas choked out. ”My body doesn’t relax easily.”

She hummed, leaning in as she ran her fingers along his collarbone, her coat brushing his arm. Her hair fell forward, grazing his cheek.

”You’re very tense here.”

”I’m tense everywhere.”

Her lips twitched. ”Lie still. I’m going to check your breathing.” She placed one hand on his upper chest. Silas stopped breathing entirely.

”Breathe in.”

He inhaled like a man being led to execution.

”And out.”

The exhale came out embarrassingly shaky.

Anna frowned slightly. ”Is it cramping? Do you feel pressure anywhere else?”

”It’s everywhere,” he managed.

She took his wrist, rotating his hand slowly, to test flexibility, sliding her fingers along his palm, making his breath hitch.

”Your palms are sweating. Your heart rate is inconsistent. Whatever’s causing this reaction is strong.” Her eyes softened. ”Are you sure you’re not suppressing something?”

She reached for his backpack. ”Let me move this so you can lie comfortably.”

”NOPE! It’s fine! Don’t touch it.”

Anna blinked, startled. ”Oh. I didn’t realize it was that sensitive.”

She eased him back down gently, resting a hand on his shoulder, making his body tense even more.

Anna withdrew her hand slowly, studying him. Her gaze dropped, following the line of his body down to where the backpack rested across his lap. Something shifted in her expression, a flicker of understanding.

”Silas.” Her voice went soft. ”It’s not cramping, is it?”

He froze.

”It’s something else.”

She reached for the backpack again, and this time, when he tried to stop her, she didn’t pull away. Her hand closed over his, warm and steady.

”Let me help you.”

”I don’t think you can,” he whispered.

Anna smiled, slow and knowing. ”You’d be surprised what I can do.”

She tugged the backpack free and set it aside. Silas’s hands flew to cover himself, but she caught his wrists gently.

”Don’t.”

Her eyes traveled down to the obvious, aching bulge straining against his uniform trousers. She bit her lip, the professional mask cracking to reveal something hungrier underneath.

”I’ve been watching you for weeks, Silas. In the hallways, in the mess hall. I can’t stop.” Her voice dropped to a murmur. ”There’s something about you that pulls at me, that makes me want to take care of you.”

Silas stared, heart hammering.

”You don’t have to...”

”I want to.”

She slid off the stool and knelt between his legs on the infirmary floor. Her hands found his belt buckle, working it open with practiced ease. The button of his trousers gave way next, then the zipper, slow, deliberate metallic teeth separating inch by inch.

”Lie back,” she whispered. ”Let me take care of this.”

Silas’s head hit the pillow. His hands gripped the sheets.

She pulled his trousers and boxers down together, and his cock sprang free, thick and hard and leaking, the tip already slick with pre-cum. The head was flushed, dark, and swollen, practically throbbing with the pressure that had built up.

Anna’s breath caught.

”Oh, Silas.” She wrapped her fingers around the base, and he bucked at the first contact, a strangled sound tearing from his throat. ”You’re so full and... huge. No wonder you were in pain.”

She leaned in and pressed a soft kiss to the tip. Silas’s vision went white.

”Miss Anna...”

”Shh.” She licked a slow stripe up the underside of his shaft, from base to tip, her tongue flat and warm. ”Let me taste you.”

She parted her lips and took him into her mouth.

The heat of it nearly undid him. Her mouth was sinfully wet, her tongue curling around his cock as she sank, taking it inch after inch until her lips met her fist. She moaned around him, the vibration traveling straight through his shaft and up his spine.

Silas arched off the bed. ”Fuck!”

She pulled back, strings of saliva connecting her lips to his cock, then dove back down, faster this time. Her head bobbed in a steady rhythm, her cheeks hollowing with each upward stroke. She took him deep, her throat opening to accept his full length, and Silas felt the head of his cock press against the back of her throat.

She gagged, but didn’t stop. She swallowed around him, and the pressure was exquisite, unbearable, and perfect.

”Oh god, Miss Anna, I’m close, I’m so close...”

She pulled off with a wet pop and shook her head, smiling with swollen lips.

”Not yet. I want to see you come on my tits.”

She straightened up and unbuttoned her uniform blouse, one button at a time, her eyes never leaving his. The fabric parted to reveal a white lace bra, the curves of her breasts straining against it. She reached back, unclasped it, and let it fall.

Her breasts were full and heavy, tipped with dark, erect nipples. She cupped them herself, squeezing them together and creating a tight channel of soft, warm flesh.

”Come here,” she said, guiding his hips forward. She pressed his cock between her breasts, the slick tip emerging from the top of her cleavage, and wrapped her flesh around him.

The first stroke of her tits along his shaft made him groan like a wounded animal. The sensation was entirely different from her mouth; soft where her mouth was firm, smooth where her tongue was rough, but no less devastating.

She worked him with both hands, pressing her breasts tight around his cock, sliding them up and down in a rhythm that grew faster, more desperate.

”Look at you,” she breathed, watching his cock slide between her tits, the head peeking through with every upward motion. ”Look at how beautiful you are like this. You’ve been holding all of this in, haven’t you?”

”Yes,” Silas gasped. ”Yes...”

”Let go.” She leaned down and licked the tip each time it appeared through her cleavage, circling her tongue around the slit. ”I want it. I want all of it.”

The pressure in his cock surged and shattered. Silas came with a cry that tore from his lungs, his hips bucking uncontrollably as thick ropes of cum shot across her breasts, her chin, her lips. She kept moving, milking every drop from him as his body shuddered through the aftershocks.

When he finally stilled, gasping, she released him and looked down at herself. His cum painted her chest in streaks of white, dripping down the valley of her breasts.

She gathered some on her finger and brought it to her lips, tasting it with a slow, deliberate hum.

”Mmm. Just as sweet as I imagined.”

Silas lay sprawled across the infirmary bed, his chest heaving, limbs weak, completely and utterly drained.

Anna stood, still bare-chested, and smiled down at him with a warmth that went far beyond professional care.

”Feeling better?”

A laugh bubbled out of him, broken yet relieved.

”Yeah,” he breathed. ”Much better.”

She leaned down and pressed a kiss to his forehead.

”Good. Now rest. I’ll clean up.” She paused, her lips brushing his ear. ”And Silas?”

”Yeah?”

”If the pressure builds up again... you know where to find me.”
