Cultivating Disciples to Breakthrough

Seeing how happy Qing Yi was to show Mui around, Xuan Hao waited for Qing Yi to introduce herself to Mui and for Mui to grow comfortable around this new senior sister before leaving the two of them alone. Deciding that it would be a good idea to meet up with Elder Song and Feng Chen while Qing Yi was busy showing Mui around.

As for introducing her to his other two disciples… That was something that could wait for later, or maybe Qing Yi would be able to do this for him if she met up with those two while showing Mui around the sect. After all, it would be good if his disciples could take care of something like that by themselves instead of needing him to be around to do the introductions.

”I will be going now, if there is anything, you can always contact me through a communication talisman, and I will be there immediately!”

”I understand master, you don’t have to worry about it, I’m more than capable of showing this cute little junior sister around. Not to mention, I’m not planning to leave the sect. At most I will show her around the base of the Seventh Star Peak and some of the different training grounds that have been established down there by a few of the younger disciples.” Nodding her head as she said this, Qing Yi did her best to look trustworthy. However, this only ended up making Xuan Hao second guess if it would really be a good idea to leave Mui in her care.

I hope everything works out well…

Shaking his head as he thought this to himself, Xuan Hao did not say anything more before leaving in the direction of the sect master palace where both Feng Chen and Elder Song were currently located. Leaving Mui in the care of Qing Yi.

…

”Now its just us two… How about we introduce ourselves to start with? My name is Qing Yi and I’m the first disciple of master. Currently my cultivation realm is the First Stage of the Nascent Soul Realm… But I’m not the strongest among master’s disciples. At least not yet…” Taking the chance to formally introduce herself the moment her master had left, Qing Yi could not help turning towards Mui. Waiting for her to introduce herself as well.

”Nascent Soul Realm!? As expected, senior sister Qing is really strong…! I’m only at the Fifth Stage of the Qi Condensation Realm.” Hearing that Qing Yi was someone in the Nascent Soul Realm, Mui could not help opening both of her eyes up wide as she looked at the girl that looked no more than 10 years older than her filled with shock.

It had to be known that the only Nascent Soul Realm Experts she had heard about before, was the kind that had cultivated for hundreds of years before reaching the Nascent Soul Realm, she had never heard about anyone reaching the Nascent Soul Realm at such a young age. Not to mention, the senior sister in front of her was not even her master’s strongest disciple!

Once again, Mui understood just how powerful the Star Shattering Sect was for there to be disciples that had reached the Nascent Soul Realm. Even the few rumors she had heard about the capital city of the Sky Empire, Nascent Soul Realm Experts still had a rather high status and would often be considered part of the older generation. Not the younger generation like it seemed to be in the Star Shattering Sect!

Then… If someone in the First Stage of the Nascent Soul Realm is still a disciple, how powerful are the elders of the Star Shattering Sect? The Peak of the Nascent Soul Realm… Or maybe they are all powerful seniors above the Nascent Soul Realm!?

Thinking this to herself, Mui could not help feeling a shiver run down her spine. Even if she understood that the Star Shattering Sect would be powerful, she had never thought that it would be so powerful!

”No need to overthink it.”

”Huh?” Suddenly having her train of thought interrupted by Qing Yi, Mui could not help tilting her head to the side in confusion as she looked over towards her senior sister.

”The Nascent Soul Realm might be considered strong in your eyes, but when compared to how long the path of cultivation is, the Nascent Soul Realm can’t be considered strong in the slightest. Especially when compared to the Domain Lord Realm and Soul Ascension Realm above it Not only that, but-” Listening to Qing Yi who had suddenly begun to lecture her on how weak the Nascent Soul Realm was in the grand scheme of things and the different realms that came after the Nascent Soul Realm, Mui was left speechless and could only nod her head mindlessly while listening to her senior sister.

During the lecture, she not only managed to learn about the Domain Lord Realm that was above the Nascent Soul Realm, but also learnt about an even stronger realm above that of the Domain Lord Realm called the Soul Ascension Realm.

All of this was brand new to her and Qing Yi had no idea just how powerful people in these cultivation realms were. Especially when considering she had never encountered someone that strong before, let alone get a chance to see them fight.

”-And that would be all. By the way, I never learnt what your name is?” As Qing Yi finished up her small lecture and said this, Mui who had been listening to what her senior sister was saying could not help showing a surprised expression on her face after realizing that she had not told Qing Yi her name.

”Ah! My name is Mui!” Not wasting a second after knowing this, Mui did not think for a second before using the name that had been given to her inside the trial space. After all, she did not really have another name to use, and she had already grown to like the name after more than three weeks inside the trial space.

”So, it’s Mui, what a cute name. Hm… I think we should get going now if we want to look around the sect before it starts getting dark, what do you think?”

”Y-yes, I’m f-fine with going now…” Feeling a wave of embarrassment washing over her upon being called cute by Qing Yi, Mui barely managed to respond before lowering her head to not show Qing Yi how embarrassed she was.

”Hehe, okay then~ Let’s get going!”

Of course, there was no way for Mui to hide her embarrassment from Qing Yi, who just chuckled happily to herself upon seeing the cute reaction from Mui before they began their journey around the Star Shattering Sect.

…

At the same time Qing Yi had begun showing Mui around the sect, Xuan Hao was slowly walking towards Feng Chen’s palace as he thought about how he was going to help Chu Yang and Qing Yi improve their strength now that they had both reached the Nascent Soul Realm. Although the Divine Will Technique from the Divine Will Scripture would help them to some degree, it was far from enough to help them continue their current speed of increasing their strength…

Hm… Now that I think about it, both Qing Yi and Chu Yang have reached the Nascent Soul Realm now. Maybe It’s time for them to try and enter the mystic realm that had an entrance at my old pavilion in the Flying Sword Sect…

Frowning to himself as he thought about the entrance to the mystic realm that had appeared at his old pavilion in the Flying Sword Sect, Xuan Hao could not help wondering if it was time to let them go in and explore this mystic realm together.

Considering that the mystic realm was accessible even for those below the Nascent soul Realm, it shouldn’t be too dangerous for them. Especially considering that they would be going together and would be able to help each other in case anything happened.

In the worst-case scenario, he could always leave a few trump cards for them so they could escape if they encountered a powerful enemy that they couldn’t deal with.

”This does seem like the best thing to help them get some real combat experience, while at the same time also get a chance at a fortunate encounter inside the mystic realm…” Muttering this to himself as he thought the matter through, Xuan Hao decided to send Qing Yi and Chu Yang into the mystic realm.

Considering that both had been locked up in the sect for a long time at this point without getting out, Xuan Hao had a feeling that the two of them would be more than happy with this. Especially Chu Yang, who had been looking for every possible chance to fight with someone. Given how dangerous a mystic realm was, he should get more than enough opportunities to fight in there…
