Pampered Poisonous Royal Wife

Chapter 2590 -707: What Is Guh Changfeng’s Plan? (Crucial)_2

An Yiqing sat down with the report in hand, lowering her gaze and pondering deeply. Earlier, she discovered Fang Hua and Yu Tianbao at the cultivation base, and coupled with Fang Hua’s words before his death, she worried that the Poison Medicine Sect might have done something to Yu Tianyou and his wife. So, she collected blood samples from the two of them and brought them back to the Medicine Sect for testing, unexpectedly finding a problem.

Of course, this doesn’t rule out the possibility that there was something inherently wrong with Yu Tianyou and his wife. However, a parasitic bacteria that even Ye Chenghong couldn’t understand was truly bizarre. If this bacterium was caused by the Poison Medicine Sect’s manipulation, what was their objective?

Involuntarily, An Yiqing recalled Fang Hua’s last words before dying, ”You and your family will all become his slaves!”

Slaves? She frowned, feeling as if she was on the verge of grasping something.

She closed her eyes with a frown and combed through everything about the Poison Medicine Sect from beginning to end. Poison Medicine Sect, cultivation base, controlled cultivators, Tutian Family, Ancient Pharma... A flash of white light exploded in her mind, An Yiqing suddenly opened her eyes and stood up abruptly.

Ye Chenghong was startled by her, ”What’s wrong?”

An Yiqing didn’t speak, her expression somewhat grave, her red lips pressed into a straight line, her breath heavy. Ye Chenghong looked at her with worry, not understanding.

After a long time, she raised her head to look at Ye Chenghong, ”Master, you have seen much of the world. Is there a way to simultaneously control the behavior of many people?”

Ye Chenghong frowned, ”There are many ways to control people: poisoning, using gu poison, or casting spells. But to control many people at the same time requires very strong power and an all-pervasive influence. Take poisoning for example, controlling one person is very easy. But to control many people at once, you would have to poison them all simultaneously. Or using gu poison, it’s the same principle. Why? What made you suddenly think of this question?”

An Yiqing contemplatively stroked her chin, ”I’m wondering if the Poison Medicine Sect plans to control everyone simultaneously to achieve Guh Changfeng’s plan.”

”Everyone?”

”Yes, the entire Xuanjin, everyone!” An Yiqing pressed her lips together, her eyes slightly cold, ”Previously, I couldn’t understand Guh Changfeng’s approach. Indeed, he is a master of both poisons and medicine who can develop controlled cultivators. But master, even if he captures many people for research, the advanced cultivators are not so easily manufactured. Xu Lan said Guh Changfeng’s goal is to control all of Xuanjin and even the entire world. But just making some cultivators could never achieve this goal. After all, it’s the 21st century now; it’s an era of hot weapons!”

Ye Chenghong pondered, indeed, making those cultivators seems terrifying but aiming to control Xuanjin or even the world is somewhat naive.

”And there’s also Ancient Pharma. Master, don’t you find the appearance of Ancient Pharma quite inexplicable? What is its objective in mimicking Xuanjin Pharmaceuticals’ products? Is it just to compete with me? I don’t think Guh Changfeng is that idle. Rehabilitative produced by Ancient Pharma was found by us to contain toxins. Why would Guh Changfeng do such a thing? Doesn’t he know this is opposing Xuanjin? Or perhaps, he has greater ambitions. For instance... implanting a parasitic bacteria into cancer patients’ bodies through medication...”

Ye Chenghong’s pupils constrict sharply, how hadn’t he thought of such a possibility! If the parasitic bacteria in Yu Tianyou and Liu Ruohua were implanted by the Poison Medicine Sect to control them, then the Poison Medicine Sect could entirely use medication production to directly implant viruses into ordinary citizens. With so many hospitals and medical prescriptions under the Poison Medicine Sect’s control, achieving this objective would be too simple!

In this way, if this kind of parasitic bacteria can really control human behavior, then consumers who have taken Ancient Pharma products might all fall under Guh Changfeng’s control?!

”Girl, this is just our speculation. Maybe things aren’t as bad as we imagine.” Ye Chenghong was unwilling to believe it.

An Yiqing pressed her lips together, ”Master, stop deceiving yourself. Guh Changfeng is an old monster, he’s lived for over two thousand years, is there anything he can’t do? I think the urgent thing now is to understand the details about this parasitic bacteria. And also, how does Guh Changfeng intend to control everyone.”

Parasitic bacteria can only attach to blood cells, without thought. Unless controlled by someone. It’s just like gu insects, entering the human body and waiting quietly. Once the caster issues a command, it will move.
