Flash Marriage: Pampered by Mr.Bigshot

Chapter 944: Chapter 943: Found Pei Lunatic

Nia Mitchell always felt something was amiss, constantly watching Charles Northwood with a furrowed brow.

Charles Northwood shook his head.

”No, don’t overthink this. I’ll handle it.”

Nia Mitchell nodded, believing Charles Northwood had the capability.

”I’ll go make you some porridge.”

Charles Northwood’s eyes were dark with fatigue.

Seeing him like this, Nia Mitchell felt a bit sorry.

”You don’t have to do this, just send me back to the Villa halfway up the mountain.”

Her uncle wasn’t back yet. At this moment, she really wanted to be with Maxwell Peary.

Charles Northwood shook his head and reached out to touch her hair.

”It’s too late. If you want to go back, let’s wait until tomorrow.”

Saying this, he smiled and turned to leave.

He went to prepare the porridge; at this time, eating lightly would be better for her.

Nia Mitchell felt Maxwell Peary’s words were very reasonable and nodded as she watched his back.

As soon as Charles Northwood stepped out of the room, his brows knit tightly together, and he took out his phone to make a call.

”Check where exactly Maxwell Peary is.”

After notifying, he started cooking porridge.

Actually, the porridge was already made earlier; it just needed reheating now.

She must be feeling awful with an empty stomach, and this matter should not be delayed any further.

Once the porridge was hot, he was just about to return to the bedroom when the phone rang.

”Found him?”

Charles Northwood was a bit incredulous, questioning the speed.

”Cannot be found.”

Damn it!

If the search is unsuccessful, shouldn’t it continue?

”Then keep searching until you find him!”

”All capabilities have been utilized, but we can’t find him, it’s as if he’s disappeared from the world.”

After speaking, the call on the other side was abruptly ended.

Disappeared from the world?

Does it have to be this mysterious?

Simultaneously, others like Alan Morgan were also searching for Maxwell Peary.

Annie Davidson had endured a day and night, her eyes red and face haggard, sitting in the study room.

Finally, she found something, lifting her head to see Owen Lewis asleep at the desk beside her.

”Oscar!”

Annie Davidson roared, catching him sleeping secretly!

”What?”

Immediately awakened, Owen Lewis looked at Annie Davidson with confusion.

”I’ve found out, last night the old man deliberately lured Maxwell over and then ambushed him with drugs. Maxwell fell into the trap unknowingly, all his equipment including phone was confiscated, and he was thrown into the western desert.”

That move was indeed ruthless, ensuring Maxwell Peary wouldn’t return any time soon.

However, the old man was overly confident, wasn’t he afraid Maxwell would perish in that wasteland?

”The western desert?”

Owen Lewis twitched his lips, he’d searched countless places, never considering that one.

Truly vicious!

”I’ll go find him now.”

Now knowing it’s the western desert, even though the exact location can’t be pinpointed, a helicopter might locate him quickly.

Annie Davidson nodded, standing up directly heading to the bedroom.

”Whether any of you goes looking, I need to sleep first.”

......

The next day!

Under the scorching sun, Maxwell Peary wiped the sweat from his forehead, his appearance incredibly disheveled.

The wind blew, stirring the yellow sand into the air.

”Damn it!”

Hands empty, he kept walking towards the sun.

Water and dry food had long been exhausted, at this point, he was utterly drained, moving forward purely on perseverance.

He swore, once he returned, if Rabina Mitchell was harmed even slightly, he wouldn’t let it slide.
