Invincible Little School Doctor

Chapter 2136: Chapter 2136: Comprehension

”Ye Haochuan, what are you doing?” Xu Lingfeng suddenly noticed that Ye Haochuan’s expression became dull, as if he lost his consciousness, and walked slowly forward.

Ye Haochuan did not answer; he continued walking as if in a trance, occasionally showing a touch of confusion, sometimes a hint of insight.

Xu Lingfeng wanted to stop Ye Haochuan, but as she reached out her hand into the air, it suddenly disappeared and then reappeared from a distant black hole, caught in her hurried panic.

”What is this...” Xu Lingfeng paused, seeming to realize something, but when she thought about it carefully, she found nothing.

”It’s the Power of Space!” Ye Haochuan’s voice suddenly sounded, ”Savor it carefully; see if you can grasp the threshold of space rules here.”

At this moment, Ye Haochuan unexpectedly snapped out of his daze, with a shrewd glow in his eyes.

”Power of Space? Space rules? Are you sure these things aren’t just fantasies? How could such magical things exist in reality?” Xu Lingfeng clearly had limited understanding of space, bursting out with countless questions.

But when she wanted to ask, she found Ye Haochuan had returned to his dazed state, seemingly not listening to what she was saying.

She stomped her little foot coquettishly, as if annoyed, turned her head away, ignoring Ye Haochuan’s rude behavior, and began to look around on her own.

Meanwhile, Ye Haochuan had already taken slow steps, heading toward the nearest black hole.

He paused for a moment in front of the black hole, then reached his hand into it, quietly watching as his hand appeared elsewhere...

After a moment, he closed his eyes to feel, frowned in thought...

A moment later, he simply stepped in, splitting himself in half with the black hole...

Then he suddenly came back out, entered again, repeating his previous actions...

If someone saw him behaving this way outside, many would surely think he was a madman.

The difference between a madman and a genius often lies in a single thought.

At this moment, Ye Haochuan’s actions are strange, yet he’s carefully probing the Power of Space, comprehending space rules.

From the initial Teleportation Array to the later Gate of the World, Ye Haochuan’s understanding of the Power of Space has always hovered at the entry level, like an elusive mist that cannot be clearly seen.

But when he stepped in here, he suddenly found that feeling was distinctly real, so close to him.

”Space is actually a mixture of absolute and relative, alternating?” after perhaps quite a long time, Ye Haochuan murmured.

”For those who have not penetrated space rules, this space is absolute; front is front, back is back, unchangeable...”

”Yet this absoluteness can be rewritten through the Power of Space, making left right, right left, here into a distant place...”

The more he recites, the less confusion shows in Ye Haochuan’s eyes, replaced by more shrewdness.

”How should the Power of Space be utilized?” Not knowing how long it took, Ye Haochuan faced another difficult question.

That Power of Space seemed so ethereal, sometimes perceivable, sometimes feeling so distant, elusive.

”Heavenly Eye, transform!”

Ye Haochuan’s eyes gleamed red, blue pupils quietly surveying everything around.

The Heavenly Eye never disappointed him; under his careful observation, he finally discovered some things around him that he usually overlooked.

In the inverted black-and-white world, there were extremely fine indigo floating particles, smaller than specks of dust by a hundredfold; even with Ye Haochuan’s exceptional eyesight, he could only see traces of them.

Ye Haochuan could sense that within these particles lie the secrets of space junctions, the so-called Power of Space.

He attempted to touch them with his hands, to imprison them with Flower Energy, but ultimately failed.

Finally, he found that when his Flower Energy ran along a certain trajectory, those particles seemed to gain affinity, drawing slightly closer, but the next instant, the trajectory changed, and the particles scattered like frightened rabbits.

”Trajectory?”

Ye Haochuan suddenly thought of the two totems outside the door.

Previously, the liquefied Spirit Qi was formed by running a certain trajectory, the sharpness of the Divine Concealment Sword also came from the patterns on the sword, many rules in this world seem to derive from trajectories...

With this conjecture, Ye Haochuan wasted no time and quickly ran his Flower Energy according to the totems’ trajectory on the door.

As the trajectory completed a cycle, the surrounding particles were indeed attracted, hovering around Ye Haochuan’s fingertips, spinning constantly.

Following his thoughts, Ye Haochuan guided the particles to gradually disperse.

As the particles scattered, Ye Haochuan clearly saw the space at his fingertips being torn into a white hole by the particles.

”Is this the process of black hole formation?”

Ye Haochuan rejoiced inwardly, attempting to make the black hole continue to expand.

But at this moment, he felt somewhat powerless; the particles retreated a certain distance, no longer under Ye Haochuan’s control, freely drifting away.

The black hole, in the end, was only less than a centimeter in diameter, unable to fit even a finger, rapidly closing up.

”To easily traverse space, indeed, it’s not so simple!” Ye Haochuan shook his head with a sigh.

”Finally awake?” Xu Lingfeng saw Ye Haochuan back to normal, pouting discontentedly, ”You’ve been raving for ten whole days; it’s killing me with boredom!”

”Ten days?” Ye Haochuan smiled wryly, not expecting the time to have passed so quickly during his introspection.

Then he curiously asked, ”Did you have any insights over those ten days?”

”Yes, and no!” Xu Lingfeng replied confusedly, ”Some intangible insights, but can’t think them through, driving me crazy.”

”Understanding such mysteries requires some experience; you haven’t been exposed to the Power of Space, it’s inevitable not to know how to proceed.”

Ye Haochuan preached patiently, ”Don’t worry about it for now, just keep those insights in mind, someday all the fog will clear.”

”Since when did you become so long-winded?”

Xu Lingfeng pouted again and threw a ring to Ye Haochuan, ”This is the front half of the Spirit Vein; I’ve already dug it for you, let’s leave now, I don’t want to stay here a moment longer.”

Seeing the four to five billion red crystals in the ring, Ye Haochuan’s gaze towards Xu Lingfeng transformed.

The remaining half of the Spirit Vein is actually hidden in this endless void; only those who understand this space can see it. Ye Haochuan had long seen this Spirit Vein but didn’t want to distract himself during his insights and therefore didn’t dig it.

Unexpectedly, Xu Lingfeng’s understanding had reached such a level, soon she might discover the existence of those space particles like Ye Haochuan does.

This young girl’s talent is truly noteworthy!
