On the way there, Ye Chen sat in the backseat with his eyes closed.

A faint stream of spiritual energy swirled around him.

Zhu Ya glanced at Ye Chen through the rearview mirror every now and then, wondering what he was thinking.

Her identity in the Zhu family was special, and as such she had never been anyone’s chauffeur. Today, this had changed.

However, with Ye Chen sitting at the back, she felt a sense of security. Perhaps this was the aura that powerful experts exuded.

“Mr. Ye, we’ll be there in about ten minutes,” Zhu Ya said.

“Alright.”

Zhu Ya drove at a steady pace, which made it easy for him to focus his attention on cultivation.

Suddenly, the sound of two roaring engines were heard coming from behind them.

Zhu Ya glanced at the rearview mirror and noticed two sports cars speeding toward them, one red and one white.

These two cars were undoubtedly racing!

However, when she saw the number on the license plate, her face turned pale. One of the cars belonged to the Luo family, a martial arts family in Capital City! As for the other car, although she did not recognize which family it was from, it also bore the number code of Capital City. The fact that it was racing this other person meant that their statuses should be somewhat comparable.

Furthermore, as they had appeared on this route, it was clear that they were heading toward the event organized by the Medicine Alliance as well.

The speed limit here was 70 kilometers per hour, yet they were going well over double that!

Helplessly, Zhu Ya could only turn the steering wheel and move to the side to let them pass.

However, the two cars had no intention of avoiding Zhu Ya at all. They were side by side, neither giving an inch to the other!

Rather than passing on her left, both cars maintained their position, and the car that was directly behind Zhu Ya began to frantically honk.

Zhu Ya’s face turned cold, but she could only speed up in order to avoid a collision.

However, the two sports cars were even faster. The one on the left brushed past the Bentley, scraping its side and creating sparks as it did so.

This frightened Zhu Ya!

However, this was not the end. The white sports car behind her was forced to slow down, and was thus overtaken by the red one.

Incensed, the driver of the white car rammed the Bentley from behind.

Bang!

The car shook, and Zhu Ya lost her grip on the steering wheel, sending the car careening toward the cliff.

The cliff was a thousand feet high. If the car fell, it would be the end.

Panicked, Zhu Ya grabbed the steering wheel again, trying to regain control of the car, but it seemed too late.

The car had completely lost control!

She briefly glanced out the window and saw the driver of the white sports car giving her the middle finger as he drove past with a disdainful expression.

This person clearly did not care about their lives!

However, Zhu Ya was in no position to respond. She could only try her best to wrest control of the car and drive it away from the cliff.

She stepped on the brakes, but did not dare to slam them as hard as she could, afraid that the car would flip over if she did.

However, just as she was about to despair, and the Bentley was about to fall off the cliff, something strange happened!

The rear windows and windshield shattered, and powerful gusts of wind wrapped themselves around the car.

The speed of the car suddenly dropped, as if it was forcefully controlled by an external force!

Zhu Ya realized something and turned around. Ye Chen’s eyes were extremely calm and cold, and he seemed to be holding a ball of rapidly-spinning air in his hand!

A black shadow flashed past her, and Ye Chen’s hand was suddenly on the steering wheel.

“Leave the steering to me! Step on the accelerator and give chase!”

The one who spoke was Ye Chen, who was undoubtedly infuriated by the whole incident. He too had seen that middle finger and a cold smile!

Those two sports cars were undoubtedly a murder!

Zhu Ya finally reacted, and stepped on the accelerator. The Bentley rushed forward, as Ye Chen’s hand remained steadily on the steering wheel.

“Faster!”

“Alright…”

Zhu Ya slammed her foot on the accelerator. She knew her actions were dangerous, but with Ye Chen by her side, it did not seem that way at all.

Soon, the two of them caught the shadow of one of the sports cars. Ye Chen’s eyes were filled with killing intent.

“Zhu Ya, move to the passenger’s seat and fasten your seatbelt.”

“Alright.”

Zhu Ya had some foundation in ancient martial arts, so this was not too hard for her. Once she did, Ye Chen took her place in the driver’s seat.

He did not even bother to fasten his seatbelt. He simply put his foot down on the accelerator.

Because they were almost at Medicine King Valley, the two sports cars had slowed down. However, the Bentley was getting faster and faster!

The car’s powerful engine roared!

The man in the white sports car also heard this and cursed, “Which bastard is accelerating at this time?”

He glanced at the rearview mirror and his expression changed!

“The Bentley didn’t fall off the cliff? How is that possible?”

The car should have lost control! How could nothing have happened?

By this time, the Bentley had caught up with him!

Ye Chen opened the window and stuck out his middle finger!

He did not stop there either. He turned the steering wheel sharply, causing the Bentley to crash into the white sports car!

The man was completely caught by surprise. This time, it was his turn to lose control of the car!

Lunatic!

Fortunately, he was used to racing, and his quick reactions allowed him to stabilize the car. However, before he could even heave a sigh of relief, the Bentley rushed up and rammed the sports car again!

Bang!

The white sports car brushed against the side of the mountain, and sparks flew!

The man’s eyes were filled with fear!

Was this guy trying to kill someone?

Bang!

He was hit again, and the white sports car crashed into the side of the mountain, crumpling the entire front end of the car.

The man in the car reacted extremely quickly. Before the car hit the side of the mountain, he flung the door open and jumped out!

He rolled on the ground for a full ten revolutions before coming to a complete stop.. A few seconds later, the white sports car exploded into a ball of flames!
