Echoes Of The Seven

“I still love you both, and I want to be with you forever!” Alex spoke quickly and earnestly. “I just- I know that what you two have is special. I love that. I love that you two love each other so much, but I don’t really want to try and be a part of that when I know I’ll always be the odd one out, you know?”

Eris, naturally, had tears streaming down her cheeks while she babbled less-than-coherently.

“Bu- bu I lub oo!”

“I know, I know,” Alex took a step forward and held both of Eris’s hands. She, too, was getting dewey-eyed. “And like I said, I love you too! Both of you, so, so much. I do! I’m with you both until the end of the line, and I know you’re with me, too.”

Eris sniffled; the snot bubbling in her nose making an unpleasant noise. “Them why aroo breekin ump wimuss?”

“Eris, I- I can’t understand what you’re saying…”

That only made Eris fall harder into her sobbing. Thankfully, Jaxie leaned in to be a shoulder that Eris could cry on while translating for Alex.

“She’s asking why you’re breaking up with us, then, if you’re still going to be with us forever.”

Alex gave an apologetic look while gently squeezing Eris’s hand. “I- uhh, err… How about this? Don’t think of this like a breakup. Just think of it like we’re putting a different label on it.”

Eris raised an eyebrow, her vision blurry with tears. “Huh?”

Jaxie snuggled the redhead into her side and nodded. “Yeah, it’s just a different label. Functionally, everything is going to be exactly the same. We’re still gonna love each other, and hold hands, and hug and kiss and all that lovey-dovey stuff, and we’re still gonna fuck each other’s brains out. However, she just doesn’t want to be called our girlfriend while we do it. She’s the bestest best friend with benefits.”

Eris didn’t say anything. It was merely a confused noise. Jaxie grinned down at both girls, pulling them into a deep, three-way hug.

“So she isn’t leaving us, Ell, and she never will. We’re staying exactly the same, just calling it something different.” Jaxie nuzzled into the tops of both their heads. “And I said this to Alex before, but when we all have kids, we’re getting babysitters every once in a while. That way, us three and her partner can have a weekend-long foursome at least once a month. Doesn’t matter if it’s for Desire or not- that dick is just too fat to give up that easily.”

Eris managed a teary chuckle, which turned into a noise of surprise alongside Alex’s as Jaxie lifted both girls slightly while pivoting around and falling backwards. Eris’s face was roughly pressed up against Alex’s forehead and Jaxie’s shirt-covered breasts while all three girls fell onto Eris’s bed in a pile of giggles. There was quiet for a moment as Eris enjoyed the feeling of being squished on top of Jaxie with Alex.

Alex.

Her not-girlfriend.

Friend with benefits.

Best friend with benefits.

But not girlfriend.

But still apparently doing everything girlfriends did.

Just not calling it the same thing.

Eris wiped her nose on the back of her hand. The part that sucked the most was that Alex was one-hundred-percent right. Every word. What Eris and Jaxie had was completely different than their feelings for Alex, no matter how strong those secondary feelings still were. Nothing they could ever do would bring Alex up on that pedestal with them in the relationship, and she would always be the odd one out.

Ugh. Even thinking back on the three of them starting this relationship a month ago just felt like a cruelty to Alex. Like dangling bait on a barbed hook. Eris never even considered the thought before that Alex was the third wheel, but now that it was pointed out, it seemed obvious enough to punch Eris in the face.

“I’m… I’m sorry for putting you in that position…” Eris muttered. One of Alex’s hands came to rest on her shoulder while giving it a small squeeze.

“Honestly, I’m the biggest one to blame,” Alex tried a smile. “I knew what you two had was something special, and I wasn’t going to be able to wiggle my way into that, but I still went for it anyway despite knowing it would hurt. That’s on me.”

Jaxie chuckled. “Oh, well if we’re all trying to take the fault for it, then it’s gotta be me. I was the one that encouraged you two to kiss that very first time, then the fondling, then the actual sex, and I’m pretty sure I shoehorned the ‘girlfriend’ tag on you without even asking once. I’m the asshole in this scenario, and I will not be accepting rebuttals.”

Eris whined. “Well, I’m still sorry…”

Both girls squeezed Eris lovingly.

“Are you okay now that we’ve explained it?” Jaxie asked. Eris sniffled into Jaxie’s shirt but gave a weak nod.

“I think so?”

Jaxie rubbed her back. “Good. Again, nothing actually changes between us- just the title. We can be as romantic and lovey as we want. For example, the first opportunity I get, I’m taking you both out on a date.”

That made both Eris and Alex lift their heads to look at Jaxie with raised eyebrows and a simultaneous question. “A date?”

“Damned right, a date,” Jaxie laughed and snuggled both girls tighter to her chest. “We didn’t even have the chance to go on a single one as a throuple before you up and skedaddled into a magic prison. You had us worried sick for a month, little lady.”

Eris blushed. “Sorry…”

“Eh, you can make it up to me by letting me take you on a terrible, low-budget date. And you-”

Jaxie turned her eyes to the Knight with a twinkle. “-You joining this date would be your way of apologizing for friend-zoning the two of us.”

Alex also blushed, looking back down away from Jaxie. However, because of their positions, that simply meant she was now staring at Eris in an equally awkward manner. The silence was thick for several moments before Jaxie patted both of their backs.

“Alright, that went better than I thought it would. I thought there’d be more tears.”

Alex shifted her face up to also look at Jaxie with a raised eyebrow, then at Eris’s puffy eyes, runny nose and streaked cheeks. “More tears?”

Jaxie rolled her eyes. “She cried once when she put her pants on inside out. This is actually pretty tame.”

Face burning with embarrassment, Eris rolled over to lay beside Jaxie. She wiped her face with one hand, searched for a change in topic and looked up at the ceiling of her bedroom.

“It’s so weird having my own room,” Eris muttered, finding her escape. Jaxie laughed and pulled the redhead just a teeny bit closer.

“Not just your own room. Your own house.

Her own room, in her own house. Not in the dorm with Bailey as her roommate, but a room in one of the houses they had on the campus that had been officially designated for her. She had a master bedroom- that by itself was a wild thought. The bed alone was practically the size of their living room back in Kelshiir, and it had an attached bathroom, a walk in closet, and even a pair of very plush couches pressed up against either wall with a throw rug in the middle that was so soft Eris could probably dust a cloud with it.

And that was just the master bedroom.

There were three other bedrooms.

And a full-sized kitchen.

And a living room.

And an office.

And another living room, just because it could fit.

Stranger still was the fact that despite all that space, the house was practically bursting at the seams.

Carmine Charlotte had one of the three other rooms to herself- which also happened to be the closest possible room to Eris’s own. In fact, that one had been the proper office- it had an interior door connecting it straight to the master bedroom but had been purposefully turned into the bodyguard’s room. In return, one of the bedrooms had then been turned into the larger-than-it-needed-to-be office, leaving two left for the other residents.

Eris had to focus on trying to remember their names. Bailey was easy, for obvious reasons. She was bunking with the graduated Artisan lady- Grace? With them were the other two that were easier to remember- Baker and Smith. The Smith and the Baker. The other four tutors, which Eris had a much harder time recalling their names of, were all in the other bedroom. She supposed she’d get to know them soon enough, but frankly, there was a lot happening in a short amount of time. Eris was content to focus on things bit by bit. She could play ‘get to know you’ with everyone new later. Right now, she just wanted to touch Jaxie and Alex. She needed to. Her thoughts were being loud and upset. This moment, with the two people that loved her most, was nearly like a tranquilizer. It finally felt like she could relax. Let loose- relationship conversation aside.

Eris rolled over Jaxie’s stomach- lying on the larger girl while tilting her face down towards the Knight on Jaxie’s other side. Eris didn’t wait for permission before letting their lips press together in a deep embrace. While one hand held onto Jaxie’s, the other went and rested on Alex’s chest for the duration of the kiss. Eventually, Eris pulled back, then looked both girls in the eyes.

“Please, I need you. Both of you.”

Jaxie grinned. “Not content with just waking up in our arms, eh?”

Eris shook her head. It had been very nice- in that there was no doubt. Finally being able to fall asleep in Jaxie’s arms again, after so long, was incredible. The fact that Alex was right there too and all three of them snuggled to unconsciousness was even better. It didn’t matter that they performed no kind of bedtime sexual act- like Eris and Bailey had done almost religiously for the last month. Eris could just nuzzle into the warm flesh of those she loved most dearly and doze off knowing she’d be held by those same people when she woke up.

Right now though, Eris needed to stare up into the eyes of those two people while they railed her.

Her expression steeled. “I want you to fuck me.”

Both of them blinked. Alex stammered. “A-are you sure? Did you want to-”

“Don’t,” Eris warned. “Just don’t. I don’t care. I know I was raped, and I don’t give a damn. I don’t want to care, and I don’t need to care. I just want everyone else to ignore it so that I can too, and then nobody needs to treat me like I’m made of glass and I’m going to fall apart. Because I won’t. So. Just. Don’t.”

Alex hesitated. “I was… talking about her?”

The Knight looked over to the corner of the room, where there was another, much-higher-level Knight wearing enough moons-worth of magical items to crash the entire economy of Kelshiir just by walking through the town square. Charlotte still had her helmet on with the visor down meaning no part of her was visible, but Eris could see the body language of an embarrassed woman while the voice came through.

A woman who had also been quietly present for the entire conversation up to this point, including Eris’s ugly sobbing.

“I can… wait in the other room?”

“Oh,” Eris replied. Jaxie laid a hand on Eris’s back in a loving way.

“Ell, we can just do light stuff for now, especially since we’re just trying to test the skill again. We don’t have to go all the way-”

Eris narrowed her eyes. “Yes, we do. Because I want to. I need to, because we have an entire month of missed time to catch up on.”

“I’ll just step outside…” the armoured bodyguard in the corner began to stand from her chair, but Eris snapped her head over.

“Don’t you dare.”

The woman paused. Eris narrowed her eyes. “You’re going to sit right back down and you’re going to watch. We both know the two of us are gonna be fucking eventually, so think of this as a good opportunity to sample the goods with your eyes. And you two-” She looked back down at the wide-eyed pair of combatants underneath her. “You both are going to fuck the shit out of me.”

The hesitation was palpable. Eventually, it was Jaxie that spoke, a concerned expression all over her face. “Eris, what’s going on?”

The redhead grit her teeth and let out a terse breath.

“Nothing. I’m fine.”

“Eris…” both girls looked at her with such concern and worry that it melted Eris’s heart. Eventually, the redhead sighed and dropped her head to let it rest on Jaxie’s chest.

“Look, I’m scared. But I know I’ll never be able to do what I need to do without becoming something I’m afraid of. I murdered the only other Echo that had the possibility of helping the Syndicate in our current situation, which means everything now falls to me. I have to get strong enough to destroy the Hollow, which means I need to do whatever it takes to reach that level.”

Eris’s fingers gripped onto Jaxie and Alex’s shirts as the redhead trembled slightly. “And I’m already forcing the Syndicate to take the harder path by levelling you and the others up. I could easily just put my damned Wonders on their best soldiers and their best sluts like they wanted, so I could get stronger as fast as possible. But I’m not. I’m keeping it on you even though it’s the worst possible idea, all because I know that you’re going to be fighting the Hollow anyway and if I don’t make you strong you’re probably going to die and-”

Eris’s words choked in her throat- her fingers gripped so tightly onto the tops of both girls that her knuckles were turning white. Both of them laid a hand over each of Eris’s, squeezing gently while the redhead gave a shuddered breath.

“I wanted to become an Artisan so I could do my best to keep the people I love safe. I’m not changing my goal even as an Artificer, so I’m going to become whoever I need to in order to pick up the slack. No matter what label we’re deciding to put on us.”

Eris tilted her face back up to look at both girls. Alex held a tense expression, while Jaxie looked apologetic more than anything.

“You don’t need to slow yourself down for us…” The Berserker mumbled. Eris shook her head.

“I’ll do anything for you two, and you aren’t going to change my mind.” Eris pushed herself up so she was sitting on Jaxie’s stomach and looking down at both her lovers. “Now, we have a skill to test, and we can’t test the cooldown until we actually start doing stuff.”

A nervous voice muffled by a metallic twang chitted out from the far corner. “Did you… did you still want me to stay, or…?”

Eris looked at her bodyguard, who was almost amusing to behold. Despite being on the diminutive side of things- even probably being an inch shorter than Alex, Charlotte cut such an intimidating figure. All the most powerful magic items the Syndicate could equip her with and what may have been the most important job in the world by acting as Eris’s personal bodyguard? Under any normal circumstances, looking at the soldier would have been akin to staring at King Geriege himself sitting on his throne. There was so much power and responsibility there.

However, the way that the armoured figure was shuffling awkwardly, tilting the helmet down to avert Eris’s gaze and even picking at the edges of the fancy embroidered cloak she wore, it made Charlotte look more like an embarrassed teenager- despite the fact that Eris couldn’t see a single millimeter of skin. Eris sighed.

“I’d prefer if you stayed, but I won’t stop you if you feel like you need to step outside.”

Charlotte hesitated for numerous moments, then somewhat awkwardly shuffled back down into a small chair in the corner. Staying, it seemed. Meanwhile, Eris turned her gaze from their spectator back to the girl she was seated upon. Jaxie’s long dark hair was somewhat bunched up underneath her and framing all around her head, almost making a poofy indent where her skull rested. Eris leaned down intently, resting both hands on either side of Jaxie’s face and bringing their lips together in a tight embrace.

Eris used tongue.

Jaxie did not resist.

Eris probed deep, laying claim to the mouth of her beloved that she had been away from for so long. Jaxie’s hands merely rested in Eris’s waist, keeping the smaller girl balanced on top of her. That was, until Eris broke the kiss just long enough to mumble into Jaxie’s lips.

“Undress me.”

Bless the Seven, they did.

It wasn’t fast, but it was insistent. It wasn’t rough, but it was firm. Soon enough, Eris was sitting on the bed wearing nothing but her skin and a haircut that was a little bit too long for her taste. The way Jaxie and Alex were ogling her nude body, especially when Eris pried her legs open to reveal her core, made tingles of heat flush through Eris’s face. Despite that, she loved it. She loved that her lovers enjoyed the sight of her, and if they asked, she would trance around wearing nothing all day, every day. For them, she’d do anything.

Not to mention, having the two of them stare so lustfully at her flesh was damned near intoxicating. The look was exactly the same as Pravala’s, but at the same time completely different. Different because it was them. Because it wasn’t that woman. Because it was the people Eris wanted to look at her.

Gods, Eris could almost feel her Desire points climbing by the second. Not that she’d look. She didn’t care right now.

She.

Just.

Wanted.

Them.

Her throat was dry and her lips were moistened by a desperate tongue while Eris stared at her two partners. “Now each other.”

Eris’s voice was barely a whisper, yet the two yielded the command as if the Artificer had shouted it from the rooftops. If there had been any hesitation from either of the pair, Eris couldn’t tell. It was merely their hands rubbing over skin, lifting cloth, undoing buttons and lowering zippers. Garments were removed one by one, letting each tantalizing inch be revealed and more, and more, and more.

Meanwhile, Eris just let herself sit back with her legs wide open and body on full display for either of the girls to look over at. When both of their underpants were shed to reveal two extremely erect cocks practically throbbing with arousal, Eris damned near salivated.

Eris knew Jaxie had been bearing a dick from last night. Even if they hadn’t actually done anything sexual, the fact that all of them cuddled to sleep wrapped in the nude flesh of the other two meant that Eris was well aware of Jaxie’s little fellow. She could draw her own conclusions, but when Jaxie saw Eris staring, she clarified.

“It’s from one of your potions that the Syndicate found,” Jaxie said. “They let me be a test subject for it while also testing out how it interacts with a bunch of other stuff. If we’re tracking the time right, I’ve probably got another sixteen hours with it.”

Eris reached forward, fingers wrapping gingerly around the turgid shaft. It pulsed in her grip with warmth and affection.

“I’ll make as many potions as you need,” Eris breathed. “You never have to be without it again. You can love me the way you want to.”

The cock throbbed in Eris’s grip, and a little bead of liquid formed at the tip. The same went for Alex’s just beside her, which Eris took in her other hand. Two dicks- two throbbing slabs of meat ready to claim Eris as their own, and ready to be claimed in turn. Jaxie’s chuckle brought Eris’s attention back to the world.

“And one of these days, you can love me however you want.”

Eris raised an eyebrow. “Huh?”

Jaxie leaned down to the seated Eris, even putting one knee between Eris’s legs and lowering until their faces were an inch apart. She smelled nice. By the Seven, did Eris ever miss that scent.

“I’m not the only one who can take a penis potion, you know.” Jaxie smiled.

Eris’s eyes widened. “Wait, are you…?”

Jaxie nodded with a lustful grin that sent Eris’s heart slamming.

“Yep. Even though I don’t want a vagina or anything to do with having one, that doesn’t mean I won’t have a few other holes you can stuff with your own big girl dick if you want one.” Jaxie chuckled, even reaching beside her to Alex’s girthy meat and interlocking her fingers with Eris’s. Then, the two slowly moved their grip forward and back, jacking off the Knight together as Jaxie whispered.

“If Bailey made a penis potion, I can bet that she’s also got a potion that could give Alex a pussy. Wouldn’t you like that? Shoving your thick cock into your best friend’s breeding hole and then pumping her full of delicious cum?”

Oh.

Fuck.

Eris shuddered. Thankfully, hers wasn’t the only reaction given the way that Alex’s dick lurched with enough power to nearly break the two-handed grip the girls had on it. Jaxie leaned forward and planted a kiss on Eris’s nose.

“Ah, but giving you your own cock to play with is gonna have to wait another day. You can’t fuck me yet.”

“I can…”

The voice was so quiet that Eris had to refocus and try to figure out what was said, but also who said it. Looking up, she could gaze into Alex’s eyes who almost seemed dazed. A moment later, the Knight’s vision cleared and her attention dialed back in. Eris and Jaxie were staring at her. Jaxie grinned.

“What was that?”

Alex blinked. “Uhh, I meant…”

“Uh-uh.” Jaxie pivoted, turning her back on Eris and tightening the grip both of them had on Alex’s throbbing dick. “Did you just try to imply that Eris can’t fuck my ass right now, but you can?”

“Uhh…” Alex’s face went bright red. The Berserker responded with a laugh and a twinkle in her eye.

“You know, that sounds like a great idea. Eris, any objections?”

Alex fucking Jaxie? Eris never realized how much she needed to see that happen until just now. Oh gods, with Jaxie above her, thrusting deep into Eris’s pussy while Alex took the Berserker from behind…

Eris swallowed what felt like a rock in her throat, her chest growing uncomfortably warm with arousal. She shook her head quickly. “N-no. No objections.”

Jaxie’s other hand reached to grab not onto Alex’s cock, nor her breast, or even her butt. Instead, it went down and gently grabbed Alex’s hand, interlocking their fingers before raising so Jaxie could kiss Alex’s knuckles.

“Alexandra Qualley, I would be honoured to let you take my butt’s virginity. But please, for the love of the Seven, be gentle. You’ve got a fucking monster down there, after all.”

Naturally, it was at that moment that the dick in Eris and Jaxie’s grip erupted as Alex came.
