Striker of The Gods

Vesta sits down in the over-luxurious living room, where she can see a Stuart Hughes Prestige HD Supreme Rose Edition TV given to Caos as a gift by the greatest club in the world.

As Caos enters the room, he touches his neck, thinking that they could break up this time. However, he just couldn’t make up to her on this occasion. One of the very few times Vesta got mad at him was when he got to visit his mother’s grave, feeling in distress, for he never had a father. At least, he wondered what his father would look like, drinking at a pub where he had overindulgent sex with prostitutes, with his 6-foot-5-inch towering figure. He cared very little about how he looked now. Looking into her eyes, he readies himself to utter his words in this tense conversation.

”I have to try, yet words falter against the storm of my emotions. You are my sunrise, my sunset, my entire existence; without you, I am but a shadow, lost in a colorless world. I admit that where warmth previously flourished, I’ve faltered and allowed distance to seep in. Nevertheless, your name is screamed by every heartbeat, an unrelenting reminder of my adoration. I see our whispered dreams and our laughing, and I won’t let them go. My love for you is an unwavering fire that burns through uncertainty and fear, despite my imperfections. Every day, every moment, every breath—I choose you. Let’s repair what’s damaged—through peaceful evenings, shared mornings, and unshakable presence—rather than with words. I’ll fight for us, for the beauty of what we are, because losing you would be losing my soul. Take my hand, my love, and let’s rewrite our story, not as strangers, but as us—bound, unbreakable, eternal. Forgive me, stay with me, love me still. I am yours, utterly, irrevocably, always. I meditate on it and realize how lucky I am to share my life with the greatest woman I ever met. You still fascinate and inspire me. You influence me for the better. You’re the object of my desire, the #1 earthly reason for my existence. I love you very much. Do not let Caos get away from you,” says Caos, trying to grab for air. As for his body, it was trying to protect its natural borders from death. With every breath, he fought against the suffocating grip of despair, determined to hold onto the love that anchored him. In that moment, he knew that even in the darkest times, the strength of his feelings could light the way forward.

“I cannot do this anymore.” Says Vesta, flattered and mad at Caos, trying to purge her anger. Her voice trembled, a mix of frustration and vulnerability spilling into the air between them.

”You need to understand how deeply this affects me,” she continued, her eyes reflecting a storm of emotions as she searched for the right words to convey her turmoil.

“I am tired of you, Caos.” Says Vesta, devastating Chaos. With that, she turned away, her heart torn between love and frustration. Caos, gasping for breath, felt the weight of his own despair as he realized that their bond was slipping through his fingers like sand.

“We cannot even spend that much time together.” Caos looked deep into Vesta’s eyes, pleading for understanding.

”But we can change that,” he urged, his voice trembling with desperation.

“I am done with you. Ciao amore.” Says Vesta while taking her things and leaving the house in 10 minutes. Caos stood frozen, the weight of her words crashing over him like a tidal wave. As the door clicked shut behind her, silence engulfed the room, leaving him to grapple with the emptiness that now filled the space where their love once thrived.
