Naruto: Adopted Son of Minato

The Hidden Leaf Village had changed significantly after a year. A series of changes had occurred everywhere. Even the old houses had been demolished, and most importantly, many high-tech items had appeared.

Although there were high-tech items, some things were still lagging behind.

”I never expected a year to pass so quickly. I feel so empty inside now. I don’t know what will happen, and I’ve successfully left the Hidden Leaf Village. I’m now traveling the world!” Hiroshi thought to himself, standing in a forest somewhere, looking at the horizon.

”Hiroshi, come down and eat quickly. I’ve already prepared all the food!” A gentle voice came from beneath the large tree.

Hiroshi immediately turned his head and said with a smile, ”Okay, Harumiko, I heard you. I’m coming to eat now!”

Yes, that voice belonged to Harumiko. A year ago, Hiroshi had received permission to travel the world, so he and Harumiko had set out together. In the past year, they had traveled to many places, met many people, and recognized their own shortcomings.

”Alright, I can’t talk anymore. Let’s eat first, or Harumiko will get angry soon!” Hiroshi said, looking at the horizon, and then slowly jumped down.

He quickly returned to Harumiko’s side. At this moment, he saw a fire and a pot hanging above it. It had to be said that the pot was bubbling, and it looked very delicious.

”I never expected it to smell so good. I’ll have to eat more later, or it would be a disservice to you. And I’m really hungry now!” Hiroshi said to Harumiko with a smile.

Harumiko nodded with a smile and said, ”Okay, okay, sit down quickly. I’ll serve the food now. We’ll definitely eat until we’re full!”

After a while, they sat together and ate the delicious dinner. It was already evening, and the sun was about to set.

”I never expected that a year has already passed. I have to say, in this past year, we’ve traveled so many places and met so many people. I suddenly feel like this is truly magical!” Hiroshi said to Harumiko with a smile while eating.

Harumiko nodded with a smile upon hearing Hiroshi’s words. She felt the same way. In this past year, Harumiko’s strength had also improved a lot. It had to be said that with Hiroshi by her side, her strength would definitely improve quickly.

”Yes, a year ago, I never thought we would actually be able to come out. At that time, I was very worried that they wouldn’t agree to let us come out because we were too young. But I never expected that we could actually come out and travel the world. The outside world is truly much better than I imagined!” Harumiko said softly with a smile.

The outside world was indeed colorful and diverse. Even the people were different from those in the Hidden Leaf Village; their strength was much greater, unlike the ordinary villagers in the Hidden Leaf Village.

”Let’s rest well after we finish eating. We’ll wake up early tomorrow morning and continue our journey. We’ll try to reach our destination by evening. I really want to see the great lake there. I heard the lake there is as clear as a mirror, and you can see your reflection just by standing beside it!” Hiroshi said to Harumiko with a smile.

Harumiko nodded with a smile. She knew that place was called the Land of Mirrors, and there was a famous lake there called Mirror Lake. Its appearance was indeed very special. As long as a person stood beside it, they could see their reflection very clearly, just like a mirror.

”Okay, let’s eat and then rest early. We’ve been traveling all day, and I’m already tired. It has to be said that coming out together is truly wonderful. Now I feel like we’re like a young couple on their honeymoon!” Harumiko suddenly said something that made Hiroshi blush.

”Cough, cough...”

Upon hearing what Harumiko had just said, Hiroshi choked on his food. He never expected Harumiko to say something like that. It had to be said that he was quite happy and delighted.

”Hiroshi, what’s wrong?” Harumiko asked Hiroshi.

”It’s nothing, I just ate too quickly and choked. It’s okay, let’s eat!” Hiroshi said, blushing.
