Naruto: Adopted Son of Minato

The next day arrived quickly. In the morning, the sun slowly rose, bathing the earth in its light. The birds chirped, though there were few of them, as winter had just begun, and only a few birds had not yet migrated.

”This is so comfortable! I slept so soundly last night. I feel incredibly refreshed now. I must train hard today and find another technique. I can’t let my body get so injured again!” Hiroshi said with a smile as he woke up early in the morning.

Hiroshi was truly becoming obsessed with training. The first thing he thought about upon waking up was how to train. This feeling was quite unique and completely different from others.

”I should hurry and wash up. After that, I’ll go to the back mountains. I’m really afraid of seeing Aunt Kushina and Uncle Minato right now. If they see all these wounds on me, they’ll be heartbroken and will definitely ask how I got them!” Hiroshi said, slowly sitting up and getting dressed.

He quickly tidied himself up, folded his blanket, smoothed his bedsheet, and then slowly walked out of the bedroom.

As soon as Hiroshi stepped out of the bedroom, he encountered the two people he least wanted to see at that moment: Kushina and Minato.

”Uncle Minato, Aunt Kushina, I didn’t expect you to be up so early?” Hiroshi said with a slightly nervous smile.

Minato Namikaze nodded with a smile upon hearing Hiroshi’s words and replied, ”Indeed. If it weren’t for something important, we wouldn’t be up so early. Of course, we were waiting for you. Come here quickly, your aunt and I have something to tell you!”

Hiroshi, still a bit groggy, slowly walked towards them and sat down. At this moment, he already had a good idea of what this was about.

”Hiroshi, I saw the wounds on your body last night. To be honest, Auntie’s heart aches seeing so many injuries on you. Your uncle and I are also very distressed. So, the main thing today is that we want to have a good talk with you!” Kushina said to Hiroshi with a worried expression.

Hiroshi scratched his head and said with a smile, ”These wounds are from my training yesterday! But they’re just minor injuries, nothing serious. They’ll heal completely with a few days of rest, so don’t worry, Uncle and Aunt!”

”We can see that these are minor injuries, but we’re really worried that with such high-intensity training, your body might collapse one day. That would be a very serious matter!” Minato said to Hiroshi with a smile.

Kushina nodded with great concern and added, ”Yes, if you continue to train at such high intensity, your body will eventually give out. That’s why your uncle and I want to have a serious talk with you today. I couldn’t sleep well last night because of this.”

”Uncle Minato, Aunt Kushina, I know you both care about me. But I also want to become stronger quickly so that I can protect you. I’m truly sorry for making you worry, but I can’t promise you that I won’t get injured again. I will create a training plan that suits me!” Hiroshi said, standing up with a smile.

Minato Namikaze finally nodded and said, ”It seems there’s something worth being happy about. Hiroshi is growing up and becoming more like an adult. But you can’t let yourself get so seriously injured anymore. It would break both your aunt and me.”

”Training is a good thing, but you must also pay attention to the process. You absolutely cannot get seriously injured. So, you need to be careful when training in the future. Only then can you truly grow up!” Minato said to Hiroshi with a smile.

Upon hearing Minato’s words, Hiroshi nodded with a smile and replied, ”I understand, Uncle Minato. Don’t worry, I won’t make you and Auntie worry anymore. I’ll take good care of myself!”

”Alright, alright. Since we’ve cleared the air, there’s nothing else. I believe Hiroshi won’t disappoint us. Go wash up quickly. I’ve already prepared breakfast. After breakfast, I’ll treat your wounds. You should rest at home today. I believe you must be very tired right now! Go train again after you’ve rested!” Kushina said to Hiroshi with a smile.
