Charm point maxed out, inheriting game assets

Chapter 1099: Chapter 433: Ouyang Xianyue_2

The actual situation at Yanbei Printing Factory, according to the estimate from the All Stars Due Diligence Team, is already insolvent.

The company has accumulated debts totaling 39 million yuan, including 26 million yuan in bank loans, 8 million yuan owed to suppliers, and 5 million yuan in unpaid employee salaries.

Meanwhile, the actual asset valuation stands at 40 million yuan, with the most valuable being the 30-acre industrial land worth 28 million yuan; equipment residuals, accounts receivable, and raw materials amount to just over 12 million yuan.

The company is in a state of continuous loss, with hefty interest on loans persistently accumulating.

For the acquiring party, it’s akin to taking over a mess.

If it weren’t for the trust in Su Yu, Wen Ruan wouldn’t even dare to sign.

The thunderous applause in the venue gradually dissipated.

The original owner and general manager of Yanbei Printing Factory, Liu Zengming, felt relieved and sincerely expressed his gratitude and expectations to Wen Ruan.

He has deep feelings for this company and very much hopes it can continue operating.

In fact, as early as last year, the company had already faced significant issues.

However, at that time, he still harbored fantasies and didn’t want large-scale layoffs, instead reinvesting 4 million yuan into the company, setting up an e-commerce department, and acquiring a gold stamping machine for gift boxes, hoping for a breakthrough, but ultimately failed.

Now that this Chairman of the Xingyun International Group has stepped in to take over, backed by TY Precision.

For him, it’s also a kind of solace.

After the stock transaction concluded, the venue gradually quieted down.

Following was the start of the second signing event.

The main topic was the memorandum of cooperation between TY Precision and Yanbei Printing Factory.

Formally confirming the cooperation intention between the parties.

Sitting back at the conference table, Wen Ruan looked at Fang Sijun across the table, with an uncertain gaze.

Prior to this, Zhen Yu had just mentioned a process for signing a cooperation intention to stabilize morale at the printing factory.

But she didn’t expect it would be TY Precision, let alone in this form of cooperation.

Looking at the memorandum in her hand, she finally understood why the leaders of the district committee would attend this meeting.

It can be said, this is the real highlight!

And also a priceless gift!

...

As noon approaches.

News spread from the venue, causing a seismic effect among the employees at the printing factory.

After wave after wave of shock, the entire factory area erupted in cheers and applause.

Many excitedly held their phones, sharing the joy with relatives and friends.

Yanbei Printing Factory officially completed the equity handover, with Wen Ruan becoming the sole shareholder.

The original layoff plan was canceled, and all employees returned to their original positions.

The four months of overdue salaries will be paid in full on the 20th of this month.

Yanbei Printing Factory and TY Precision (Yan City) branch reached the ”Memorandum of Cooperation”.

It will be incorporated into the other’s supply chain system, providing low-interest loans and advance payment support.

At the same time, TY Precision will provide new printing equipment to Yanbei Printing Factory in a leasing manner, dispatch engineers to the factory for guidance, and conduct comprehensive technical training.

Assisting them in equipment upgrading and digital transformation.

They will provide a certain amount of packaging orders annually to ensure the basic income of the printing factory.

Within the next five years, TY Precision will continuously empower them with technology and management, comprehensively enhancing the competitiveness of the printing factory.

This means that Yanbei Printing Factory will become TY Precision’s 33rd local ”specialized and innovative” supporting enterprise.

In a way, these previously unemployed employees have gained an ”iron rice bowl”.

...

In the bright office.

Wen Ruan looked at Fang Sijun and Zhen Yu across the table, unable to calm her restless heart.

Initially, she thought the small business gifted by Su Yu was just a means to boost her prestige within the family, to continue operating self-sufficiently in the future.

Who would have expected it to become so grand?

Even a real giant like TY Precision was drawn in.

This instead made her feel slightly uneasy; she owed too much to Su Yu.

In the future, even if the other party asked her for help, she would find it hard to refuse.

Thinking of this, Wen Ruan’s gaze wavered, and her face reddened slightly.

If it’s Su Yu, it actually wouldn’t be impossible.

This female star is simply a masterpiece, admired by both men and women alike.

Fang Sijun took a sip of tea with a smile, saying, ”Please rest assured, Chairman Wen, our group has deep cooperation with equipment manufacturers like Heidelberg and BOBST. The relevant printing equipment will be fully in place this month to quickly assist Yanbei Printing Factory in completing the upgrade work.”

”Thank you, President Fang!” Wen Ruan then looked at Zhen Yu, sincerely saying, ”Also, thanks to Chairman Su, this matter has troubled you.”

Zhen Yu was silent for a moment, choosing words carefully, saying ”We merely entrusted TY Precision to assist with the procurement of new equipment, the deep cooperation with TY Precision was not facilitated by us.”

Wen Ruan was slightly stunned, unable to react.

What does this mean?

Even if it wasn’t facilitated by them, it was still due to Su Yu and All Stars’ reasons.

There was no need for Zhen Yu to explain deliberately.

”It’s like this.” Fang Sijun gently put down the teacup beside him, with a warm gaze, said, ”The cooperation with Yanbei Printing Factory is the intention of our group’s headquarters; our chairman values this matter very much.”

”Chairman...” Wen Ruan muttered, her eyes suddenly widened, ”President Fang, are you referring to... Miss Ouyang?”

Fang Sijun nodded with a smile, ”Yes, Chairman Ouyang specifically instructed us to fully cooperate with Chairman Wen.”

Wen Ruan’s lips trembled, incredulous, ”How does Miss Ouyang know me?”
