New Age Of Summoners

’Ding,

25 units of the essence of nature are gained.

”What?” Ajax was shocked to see the sudden decrease in the number of units he gained from the second level-breaking pill.

He didn’t expect the efficiency of the pill to be decreased by half.

Although he knows that the efficiency of any pill will be decreased by consuming the pill over time, he did not expect the decrement this soon.

”Sigh...whatever at least 25 units are good”, sighing lightly, he took another pill form the gourd and swallowed it.

’Ding,

15 units of the essence of nature are gained.

”There go another 10 units,” Ajax did not bother with the decreased 10 units of the essence of nature.

He directly took a bunch of pills from the gourd and tossed them into his mouth.

’Ding,

10 units of the essence of nature are gained.

’Ding,

8 units of the essence of nature are gained.

’Ding,

6 units of the essence of nature are gained.

’Ding,

2 units of the essence of nature are gained.

’Ding,

2 units of the essence of nature are gained.

As the number of pills he consumed increased, the pills’ efficiency also decreased finally settled at 2 units per pill.

All his previous expectations were in vain when he saw the final number of units he gained for one pill.

”Anyway, I have more than 700 pills which will give more than 1400 units of the essence of nature,” Ajax consoled himself with the less number of units he was gaining and thought that these essences of nature would be enough for him to last for some rounds of refinement before he gets some more pills.

After consuming all the pills in the gourd, he checked his spirit consciousness.

’Ding,

Spirit consciousness:- 3255 units/ 6200 unis (200 units capacity are locked).

”Not bad, not bad. At least I got more than 3000 units of the essence of nature from the refined pills,” Ajax felt somewhat better when he saw his spirit consciousness was filled by half.

”If I managed to refine rank 2 or higher than that in the future, then I have nothing to worry about the essence of nature and easily upgrade my skills and other things,” Ajax interest on the alchemy increased when he thought about the high ranked pills which can give him more essence of nature.

Although he can buy the pills form some alchemy store, he can’t continuously buy and eat for the increment of the essence of nature.

Mostly, the high ranked pills are hard to find and even if managed to find, they are very costly.

So, he can’t buy the pills in the long run.

”Still, the consumption of essence of nature to refine one batch of pills is somewhat high and comparing it with the gained essence of nature form the refined pills is not very,” He started thinking about the consumption of the refinement.

”I need to refine rank 2 pills to get the more essence of nature”, he thought of improving his Alchemist rank quickly.

Even so, he has to finish the Alchemy maniac mission to get any further alchemy missions.

He checked the mission progress,

’Ding,

 Mission name:- Alchemy maniac

Description:- Refine any rank one pills 100 times successfully.

 Mission progress:- 66/100

 Danger rating:- No danger

 Reward:- A Mysterious reward box

Time limit:- Within one month after this mission was generated.

Penalty:- Sealing one major realm of the cultivation.

”Uffffu… Just 44 successful attempts more to complete the mission,” Ajax took a long breath before proceeding to his refining position form yesterday.

He took out tens of sets of ingredients and placed them on the ground according to his convenience.

Soon, he immersed himself with the refining.

…..

In the main room of the Hawk tribe’s leader’s house,

”This human kid is very diligent in the refining of the pills non-stop,” Qwerek looked at the Ajax with his spirit sense and found out that he was back to refining.

”If only we have some kids like that in our Hawk tribe, it would have long surpassed other tribes….Sigh”, at the end of his words, Qwerek sighed think about his tribe’s younger generation who always play flying in the sky.

”Also, what did he gave to his contract beast, that managed to improve its bloodline purity” Elder Qwerek next looked at the sleeping Snow and thought about its increased bloodline purity.

”Although it is only increased by a small margin, it will increase its chances in the three tribe contest,” Qwerek contemplated for a moment before deciding to ask Ajax about the improvement in the bloodline purity of his contracted spirit beast.

...…

’Ding,

The essence of nature in the host’s spirit consciousness is less than 50,

’Ding,

The system suggests the hosts wait or cultivate until the essence of nature in his spirit consciousness can increase.

Back in the Ajax’s room, he woke up the system notifications, which were reminding him of his low essence of nature.

Without wasting any time, he swallowed the newly refined level-breaking pills which were stored in the gourd.

’Ding,

2 units of the essence of nature are gained.

Soon, he got some notifications about his gained essence of nature from consuming the level-breaking pills.

’Ding,

Spirit consciousness:- 3520 units/ 6200 unis (200 units capacity are locked).

”Huh? The number of units of the essence of nature, I gained in this alchemy session is more than yesterday’s alchemy session of 8 hours”, Ajax compared the two alchemy sessions where he refined the rank1 pills.

”System, please show today’s alchemy session’s records,” he was excited to know how much he improved in refining the pills.

Yesterday, he refined for a total of eight hours and managed to refine the pills for 152 times, combining both the successful and failed attempts.

In which he successfully refine 66 times, resulting hm gain 792 rank 1 pills. (For one round of successful refinement 12 pills will be refined)

But now, he only managed to refine for 6 hours and consumed the refined pills and gained almost the same number of the essence of nature.

So, he asked the system to show him the records of his refinements.
