New Age Of Summoners

Chapter 1421 No Mercy ʼSwooshʼ

Soon, black smoke and Golden mist came out of Cain and King Stephenʼs bodies respectively.

”Please forgive us, young master Ajax.”

”We were blinded by greed and betrayed your father.”

Since the guardians didnʼt recover their bodies, they could only take the appearance of the Black smoke and Golden mist.

The black smoke was none other than the ʼPatriarch of Nightmaresʼ, also known as ʼAncestorʼ.

As for the golden mist, it was the ʼLord of the waterʼ who was greedy to the core.

”Give me one good reason for me to let you live in this world.”

Ajax was calm as he asked them to give a reason.

”...”

However, both the guardians didnʼt say anything because they were unable to find a good reason.

They wanted to tell that they protected the Purple stone world; however, sensing the furious gaze from Elder Boron, they didnʼt dare to make that claim.

Back then, the Purple stone world was mainly protected by Elder Boron, the protector of the skies and the Emperor of the Purple stone world, also known as Administrator of Justice.

Because of the previous emperor, they were unable to use their power to suppress the other cultivators of the Purple stone world.

After Vaguh became the Emperor, the four guardians didnʼt get any gifts or other items from the residents of the Purple stone world.

Overall, they lost their freedom because of him and waited for a perfect opportunity.

Finally, they got the opportunity; however, what they didnʼt expect was Vaughʼs wife was also an Emperor realm cultivator.

In the end, their bodies were destroyed and reduced to souls.

”What happened? You canʼt find a single reason?”

Ajax scoffed at them and without waiting for their reply, he casually waved his hand.

ʼScreechʼ

Alder, the king of the devourer eagle king flew towards them and landed beside Ajax.

”Devour.”

”Yes, master.”

With an order from Ajax, the devourer eagle king opened its mouth and sucked the golden mist.

”Young master Ajax, please stop…I…pleaseee…”

The lord of the water cried for help; however, Ajax didnʼt show mercy and let Alder devour his soul completely.

ʼDing,

The hostʼs contracted spirit beast devoured an injured Emperor realm soul.

ʼDing,

The contracted spirit beastʼs bestial souls will be increased by three levels each.

ʼThe souls can be used like this?ʼ

Ajax was surprised by the sudden system notifications in his head.

ʼLooks like I need to keep an eye on the souls in the future.ʼ

He decided to keep note of it and learn more about it in the future.

”Please, donʼt kill me.”

Seeing that the ʼLord of the waterʼ was devoured just like that, the Ancestor got scared as he started begging Ajax.

Even though it was so not like him, he could not afford to die yet.

So, even if begging could give him a chance to live, of course, he was willing to beg.

”How many people must have begged you like this?”

”Have you ever shown them any mercy?”

”Also, your assassin sect, there is no count of how many they killed and how many they tortured.”

Ajax became furious with each sentence and wanted to torture the Ancestor.

”Just like you is making me furious. Just become nutritious food for my contracted spirit beast.”

However, Ajax didnʼt want to torture Ancestor which makes him no different from him.

”Alder, devour.”

Without wasting his breath, Ajax ordered the devourer eagle king to take care of the soul.

”Wait…please…donʼt do…B*stard, let me go.”

ʼSwooshʼ

No matter how many ancestors begged, Ajax didnʼt show mercy.

ʼSigh…in the end, I am just like him, showing no mercy; however, he deserved to die.ʼ

Ajax sighed and at the same time, he was convinced that cultivators like Ancestors have to die.

ʼDing,

The hostʼs contracted spirit beast devoured an injured Emperor realm soul.

ʼDing,

The contracted spirit beastʼs bestial souls will be increased by three levels each.

Once again, the three bestial souls of Alder increased by three levels, making Alder excited.

”Master, except for my newly awakened Bestial souls, the remaining two souls have already reached level 10. So, in the future, if there are any souls, let others have them.”

Even though the devour eagles were known for being greedy, Alder started changing after forming a contract with Ajax.

Because he was sure that as long as he stopped being greedy, Ajax would let him have more good things in the future.

”Sure.”

Ajax nodded his head and praised Alder, ”Looks like you are thinking about the other devour eagles too.”

ʼI wonder, whether the other contracted spirit beasts and elemental spirit could also absorb the souls?ʼ

At the same time, Ajax thought about the other contracted spirit beasts.

The other contracted spirit beasts and the elemental spirits didnʼt have the ability to devour. So, he thought the chances were low but still asked the system about it.

ʼDing,

No. The elemental spirits and the contracted spirit beasts with a ʼDevourʼ skill can only absorb the souls to increase the levels of their souls.

ʼAs I expected; otherwise, everyone would continuously hunt the other emperors and absorb their souls to increase the level of their souls.ʼ

Ajax silently thought in his head as he nodded his head.

”Grandpa, can you take care of the Assassin sect? I donʼt want a single one of them to be alive.”

Until today, Ajax was excited about his revenge against the assassin sect; however, after becoming the Emperor of the Purple stone world, he didnʼt feel thirsty for revenge.

Nevertheless, that doesnʼt mean he was going to let the assassin sect go; instead, he asked Elder Boron to take care of it.

”Yes, Emperor.”

Even though Ajax was his grandson, he was also the emperor of the Purple stone world. So, he showed Ajax the respect and nodded his head.

”By the way, if anyone thinks that I am doing wrong, they can say it out loud.”

At the same time, Ajaxʼs loud voice resounded in the entire Purple stone world.

Whether it was because they really wanted the assassin sect to disappear or it was because they were scared to speak against Ajax, no one knows.

For whatever reason, no one took the assassin sectʼs side.

”Emperor, the assassin sect might have done some misdeeds in the past; however, we are willing to change.”

”Previously, I was just following the orders of my ancestors. Unlike my father, I never betrayed the Purple stone world.”

The sect leader of the Assassin sect, Oliver kneeled in front of Ajax as he begged Ajax.

Even though he ordered the subsidiary sects to hunt Ajax, Oliver was just following the orders of the ʼAncestorʼ.

”I know you are just following the orders.”

Ajax nodded his head as he agreed with Oliverʼs words.

”Thank you, Emperor. I will follow your orders in the future.”

Oliver became excited as he hurriedly thanked Ajax.

”Elder Boron, why are you not following your orders?”

Ajax said to Elder Boron in a serious tone as he asked, ”By the time I come back, I donʼt want to see a single one from the Assassin sect.”

ʼWhat?ʼ

When he heard those words, Oliverʼs face turned pale and lost all hope in living.

”Yes, Emperor.”

Elder Boron nodded his head as he looked at Oliver with a slight smile on his face.

”Do you think the assassin sect will not fight back?”

Soon, Oliver returned to his senses as he furiously shouted.

”By the way, I already destroyed the formations and all the assassin god statues in your sect. So, even if you fight back, there is nothing you can do now.”

Ajax said those words to Oliver before calling, ”Cale and Cade, follow me.”

Soon, Ajax left with the two devourer eagle kings while leaving the assassin sect to Elder Boron.

Without the assassin god statues, the assassin sect was nothing. Even a single protector could take care of the entire sect, not to mention Elder Boron, who was a guardian.

ʼWhat?ʼ

After hearing Ajaxʼs words, Oliver once again lost all hope.

”Looks like the assassin sect is over.”

”I already knew they would meet their end one day; however, I didnʼt expect it would come this early.”

ʼFrom now on, we could sleep without getting worried about the secret assassinations forms the assassin sect.ʼ

Almost all the cultivators were happy with the elimination of the assassin sect.

However, there were a few cultivators who had close ties with the assassin sect, they were getting anxious because if Ajax found out about their misdeeds, they would also get erased just like the assassin sect.

.....

ʼI thought I could become the Emperor of this world; however, I…ʼ

Oliver was unable to finish his last thoughts as he got killed by Elder Boron.

After killing Oliver, Elder Boron started hunting down the members of the Assassin sect.

....

On the other hand, Ajax flew to a deserted forest with two devourer eagle kings.

ʼCale, devour it.ʼ

ʼDing,

The hostʼs loyal spirit beast devoured an injured Emperor realm soul.

ʼDing,

The spirit beastʼs bestial souls will be increased by three levels each.

After destroying the soul of the third guardian, Ajax flew to the next location where the soul of the fourth guardian was trapped.

After he became the emperor, the system made the 10 devourer eagle kings into loyal spirit beasts and just like the contracted spirit beasts, they get almost all the benefits from Ajax.

”It is your turn, Cale.”

ʼDing,

The hostʼs loyal spirit beast devoured an injured Emperor realm soul.

ʼDing,

The spirit beastʼs bestial souls will be increased by three levels each.

ʼʼSwooshʼDing,

Congratulations to the host for successfully completing the two missions at the same time. Please wait while the system adjusts the rewards.

ʼHuh? What? I completed two missions?ʼ
