New Age Of Summoners

215 Using the Bloodline for the first time

ʼHuh?ʼ Ajax was surprised at the system notification.

”2 percent increase in attacks with this form. Itʼs good,” Ajax was satisfied with the improved bloodlust spear formʼs attacks.

Although the increment seemed very little, it was very high as the spear only absorbed the blood from a single cultivator.

ʼIf it absorbed more, then it will become more powerful than heavenʼs destroyer form, right?ʼ Ajax thought and wanted to kill more of these assassin sect b*stards.

Next, he looked at the fight that was going on between his elemental spirits and the assassin sectʼs disciple.

ʼIf only my elemental spirits are little more powerful, then the fight would have completed by now?ʼ

Even though Volcanis was only at the Elemental spirit commander realm, with the help of Necors and Slait, he was able to manage against that disciple.

If Ajax didnʼt use his strength earlier, Ajax and Volcanis would have been able to injure the masked disciple or even kill him.

However, his two boosts were disappeared, and he became a weak level 4 commander realm cultivator.

So he just sat in the earth shield ordering his elemental spirits.

When he saw the slight disadvantage to his elemental spirits, Ajax sighed and suddenly thought of something.

”System, activate Abyssal bloodline,”

He knew Darbaudr would come soon, so he wanted to use to his another trump card to help his elemental spirits.

ʼDing,

The host is in a weakened state now.

ʼDing,

So, the Abyssal bloodlineʼs true power can not be utilized by the host, and the chances of the host turning insane will be increased.

ʼDing,

Do you want to use it?

”Huh?”

Ajax surprised for a moment and understood what the system meant.

ʼI should try it now or in the future anyway. Letʼs see how powerful this weakened Abyssal bloodline,” he took the risk and said, ʼYesʼ in his mind.

He wanted to use his Abyssal bloodline to give a boost to his elemental spirit until Darbaudr comes.

According to him, Darbaudr could come anytime now; he wanted to go all out.

ʼDing,

The Abyssal bloodline is now activated. The host is requested to remain focus and should be ready to cancel the bloodline before could turn insane.ʼ

When he saw the system notification, Ajax nodded his head and closing his eyes, and he remained focused.

As soon as the Abyssal bloodline was activated, all the elemental spirits that were fighting received a boost in their battle prowess by a twofold.

With the boost, Volcanisʼs strength which was already on par with the level 1 elite commander realm increased to level 5 of the elite spirit commander realm.

As their cultivation levels increased, the fighting became easy with the assassin sectʼs disciple.

ʼWhat the heck! Was he from Hawkpelt family? But he didnʼt touch them, right?ʼ

When he saw the increment in the elemental spirits, the masked disciple was shocked at Ajax, who silently sat inside a transparent shield with his eyes closed.

ʼBrother help me. I may not win them?ʼ

The masked disciple contacted with his teammate who planned the whole assassination plan through spirit transmission.

However, to his surprise, he didnʼt get any reply from his teammate.

ʼI should escape,ʼ

Since he didnʼt get any reply, he knew that his teammate was already escaped and he wanted to do the same.

ʼSwooshʼ

ʼPuchiʼ

But, just as he turned around to escape from the fight, Volcanis slashed his fire sword at him.

ʼShitʼ

Although he dodged the Volcanisʼ sword slash, he was pierced by a blood-red spear that came from the shield which was not active at the moment.

ʼSystem, cancel the bloodline,ʼ

As soon as he threw the blood spear, he cancelled the Abyssal bloodline as he felt that he would not be able to suppress the crazy thoughts in his head.

Thatʼs right, as soon as he activated the bloodline, some crazy thoughts were wanting him to destroy everything around him.

The reason he threw the bloodlust spear was also due to those thoughts, but he managed to suppress those thoughts and divert the killing intent towards the assassin sect disciple.

ʼI felt happy when I threw my spear at him, but thatʼs not I really felt when I kill the other assassin sectʼs disciples,ʼ Ajax thought that he was changed somehow when he activated the Abyssal bloodline.

Every time he killed an assassin sectʼs disciple, he thought of Silver orphanageʼs children who were massacred cruelly.

But earlier, he felt that he had to kill others for no reason.

At the same time, there was a voice that was constantly telling him to kill all, which frightened him, so he quickly diverted all the killing intent that was generated in him towards the assassin sectʼs disciple and cancelled the Abyssal bloodline.

ʼDing,

Abyssal bloodline is deactivated.

ʼDing,

Congratulations to the host for resisting the killing intent generated in you and successfully increased a certain percent of resistance against the level 1 Abyssal bloodline.

ʼDing,

Next time, when the host uses the Abyssal bloodline, there are very fewer chances of turning insane with the killing intent.

”Excellent,” Ajax was excited when he saw the system notifications that rung in his head after he deactivated the Abyssal bloodline.

ʼI think I should use the bloodline more often to increase my resist against it,ʼ Ajax thought in his head, and he was eager to use the Abyssal bloodline more often from now.

After checking the system notifications, Ajax walked towards the assassin sectʼs disciple, who was on his last breath.

”Huh? Just a simple throw with my spear and you were already dying? Do all the assassin sectʼs disciples are like this?”

The attack was a simple one, but after the spear was pierced into his body, it started absorbing all the blood from him, making him look like a withered tree.

With each passing second, the disciple felt that his life was passing away slowly.

Although Ajax knew the real reason why that disciple was dying, he wanted to criticize him.

But he didnʼt feet good making the criticism and quickly killed the assassin sectʼs disciple to send to his afterlife.

ʼDing,

The host gains 2000 units of the essence of nature.

As soon as he killed the assassin sectʼs disciple, he got the usual after-kill notification informing about the essence of nature he gained.
