Evil MC's NTR Harem

Chapter 253 Contain

Ten minutes later, Kirito found himself standing on an enormous baseball field.

He could hardly believe such a grand setup was hidden in the backyard of Rossʼs mansion, yet here he was, standing on the pitcherʼs mound.

In an unexpected twist, he picked this challenge above everything else he could have done tonight.

Opposite him stood Brandon, poised to deliver a powerful swing at the ball Kirito was about to throw.

”Let me go over the rules again,” Ross began, his authoritative voice cutting through the quiet evening.

”Each of you will throw 100 pitches. Every time the striker hits the ball, even if it doesnʼt result in a home run, it counts as one point. However, bunts donʼt count. Whoever has the most points at the end of the match wins.”

Ross sat comfortably on the sidelines, flanked by Mari and Reina, both of whom seemed equally not interested in the unfolding game.

”You can start whenever youʼre ready,” Ross announced, leaning back as if he were settling in for an entertaining spectacle.

Kirito took a deep breath and focused, gripping the baseball tightly.

He turned it over in his hand, feeling its weight, before blowing on it for good luck.

Baseball was more than just a sport to him; it was a deep part of his past. As Japanʼs most popular sport, baseball had shaped much of his younger years.

Kirito wasnʼt just any baseball player—he was a prodigy.

His exceptional skills as both a pitcher and a batter had earned him an invitation to join Major League Baseball during his college years.

However, practicality had won out over passion. Kirito chose to focus on founding his businesses, believing that path would yield greater financial rewards.

His gamble had paid off spectacularly—by the age of 25, he had become a billionaire.

Even so, Kiritoʼs love for baseball never waned.

He remained devoted to the sport, practicing and playing religiously every Saturday.

This lifelong connection to the game gave him confidence in his abilities, and now, standing on the field, he felt that same competitive fire reignite.

As he prepared to throw the first pitch, Kirito couldnʼt help but smile.

This wasnʼt just a friendly challenge anymore—it was a chance to prove that he hadnʼt lost his edge.

More than anything, this felt like another chance at life.

Kirito doubted Ross would let him walk away tonight after all the bloodshed his men had caused.

A witness to such a crime was a liability, and Kirito knew it. His only hope was that Ross would honor his word when it was all over.

Still, before throwing the first pitch, there was something he needed to address—something that had been gnawing at him since he arrived.

”Why, Reina? Why did you betray me?” Kirito asked in Japanese, his voice steady but filled with quiet anguish. Enjoy new adventures from My Virtual Library Empire

”That… I…” Reina stammered, her voice trembling. She couldnʼt finish the sentence. Instead, tears spilled from her beautiful eyes, streaming silently down her face.

”Oh? That?” Ross interjected smoothly, his voice laced with mockery.

”You donʼt need to blame your lovely wife for anything. I forced myself on her. Sheʼs still the innocent, faithful woman you know—just caught in... unfortunate circumstances.”

Ross spoke in perfect Japanese, his words cutting through the tense atmosphere like a blade.

Kiritoʼs vision blurred with rage.

”You! Iʼm going to kill you!” he roared, his anger boiling over.

He charged at Ross, fully intending to strangle the life out of him and feed his body to the fish.

In his mind, the act played out clearly—a fitting end to Rossʼs smug arrogance.

But reality struck back with brutal clarity.

”Bang!”

The deafening roar of a gunshot echoed across the field, halting Kirito in his tracks.

A burst of dirt exploded near his feet, the ricochet pelting his face with sharp fragments. The cold shock snapped him out of his blinding fury.

Kirito turned his head, his breath caught in his throat. Brandon stood a few paces away, his gun still smoking, aimed with unnerving precision.

His icy glare bore into Kirito as he spoke.

”Make the same mistake again, and Iʼll blow your legs off,” Brandon said coldly, his tone as sharp as the gun in his hands.

”I reckon you donʼt need your legs to pitch and bat.”

The threat hung in the air, heavy and unyielding, as Kiritoʼs anger was replaced by a creeping, paralyzing fear.

Kirito glared at Ross, his fury simmering beneath the surface, but it exploded into pure rage at the manʼs next words.

”Your wife is now my woman,” Ross declared with a cold, unfeeling smirk.

”You need to accept this truth.”

The audacity in Rossʼs tone struck Kirito like a blow to the chest.

It wasnʼt just a statement; it was a proclamation of dominance, a deliberate attempt to break him.

Kiritoʼs fists clenched tightly at his sides, his nails digging into his palms as he struggled to contain his boiling anger.

Without hesitation, Ross reached out a hand toward Reina, his every movement deliberate and mocking.

She sat there, trembling, dressed in a brown miniskirt that clung to her shapely hips and a red sleeveless blouse that accentuated her generous curves.

Her long, smooth legs, as pale as porcelain, gleamed under the soft light, and the faint rise and fall of her chest betrayed the turmoil within her.

Rossʼs hand rested on Reinaʼs flawless thigh, his fingers brushing against her skin with a casual familiarity that made Kiritoʼs stomach churn.

Slowly, deliberately, his hand began to travel upward, hiking up the hem of her skirt inch by agonizing inch.

The motion revealed a tantalizing glimpse of the black thong beneath, a sight that sent Kiritoʼs blood roaring in his ears.

The intimate fabric left little to the imagination, and Rossʼs smug expression only deepened the insult.

”Stop!” Kirito shouted, his voice cracking under the weight of his desperation.

His entire body shook as he took a step forward, his instincts screaming at him to intervene.
