Reborn at Boot Camp: General, Don’t Mess Around!

Chapter 5124: CriticismEditor: Henyee Translations

Five minutes later, all the female soldiers ran back to the dormitory at their fastest speed to pack.

”Ye Jian didn’t come back. She’s clearly the worst. She’s even running away so that she doesn’t have to do the 20-kilometer cross-country! Why didn’t the squad leader find her?”

The female soldiers ran back to the dormitory to pack their luggage. As they tidied up, they muttered in a low voice, ”She missed out on punishments a few times. Is she doing it on purpose?”

”Alright, stop talking. Let her escape. When the time comes, everyone will know that she can’t do it. It won’t be long before she gets kicked out of the team.”

”We’ve been saying that she would leave the team every day. It’s been almost two months but she hasn’t left. The squad leader doesn’t dare to report the problem to Captain Lei either. Should we go and voice out?”

”Forget it, it’s useless! It’ll only work if she leaves the team voluntarily! Unfortunately, she’s too shameless. She knows that we all have something against her, but she has never thought of leaving.”

When Guo Cui, who was tidying her satchel, heard this, her expression changed again and again. She tied the rope around her backpack and looked coldly at the female soldier who was still talking non-stop. ”Are you done? Does it feel good to always criticize others behind their backs?

”No matter how bad Ye Jian’s personal ability is, at least she has never criticized you behind your backs! Can’t you stop for a while?

”You keep saying that Ye Jian can’t do it. Do you think you’re all that? Are all of you amazing?”

She opened her mouth suddenly and spoke up for Ye Jian. The female soldiers in the dormitory were embarrassed. Guo Cui performed well in class and usually took care of them. Now that she stood up for Ye Jian, they couldn’t retaliate.

But Lu Hui, who was also very capable, dared to do so. Hearing that, she smiled coldly. ”What’s the matter? Just because she helped you once, you think kindly of her? Don’t you remember the times she implicated us?

”Don’t forget that when the two of you had to pack the parachutes, you got implicated and lost every day! I remember that you had a bad impression of her at that time. You even asked the squad leader to change your assistant.”

The two of them needed to cooperate to pack the parachutes. After packing one person’s parachute, they would pack the other person’s. Ye Jian, who had just arrived, partnered with Guo Cui for the first half a month, so she said many unpleasant words.

Guo Cui snorted. ”That’s because she just came. She didn’t know anything. Has she lost recently? It’s been less than two months of training. Why haven’t you seen her hard work?!”

”Do you still want to continue quarreling? Do you still want to run for another 20 kilometers?” The deputy squad leader, who applied to leave the camp and returned to the dormitory late, heard that the female soldiers were quarreling because of Ye Jian again and reprimanded them with a cold expression. ”You’re quarreling every day. Do you think the military unit is a market where you can quarrel and kick up a fuss whenever you want? Look at you now. Do you look like soldiers? If you continue quarreling, we’ll double the cross-country!”

20 kilometers of weighted cross-country had to be completed after leaving the military camp. Any soldier who left the military camp had to apply in advance. Even if it was training, the entire class had to apply in advance.

Five minutes later, the 14 female soldiers gathered. Ye Jian, who didn’t know anything, still didn’t appear in the line. After reporting the number, the squad leader didn’t send anyone to look for Ye Jian. She led the 13 female soldiers to complete the 20-kilometer cross-country.

Within five minutes, the deputy squad leader applied to leave the camp for training. In front of Ye Jian, Captain Lei agreed to the 20-kilometer armed cross-country run that the female soldier class suddenly decided on.
