Reborn at Boot Camp: General, Don’t Mess Around!

Chapter 5073: Occupy A Place

The squad leader’s words didn’t have much effect. If Ye Jian’s military branch was the same as theirs, there would be no rejection at all. If her personal ability really dragged the class down, they would lend a hand.

However, Ye Jian was from the army. Even if they helped her, it wouldn’t benefit them much. They wouldn’t be working together in the future anyway. If Ye Jian was facing problems, then she should leave quickly.

If she really became a martyr, it was her family who would suffer the most.

The second female soldier, who had already kept her things, didn’t agree with what the squad leader said. She retorted calmly, “Are her feelings more important than someone’s life? She should go back to where she belongs. Ever since she joined, all the soldiers have been worried about her safety. Squad Leader, she’s not from the same military as us.”

The female soldier who completed the second jump came from the Aerial 17th Division. Previously, she was from the first brigade of the air force. The first division commander was Division Commander Wang. She was also the first elite of the first military unit of the country in 1950. The Aerial 17th Division had made countless contributions and was one of the top elite divisions.

The female soldier from the Aerial 17th Division was one of the best even among the male soldiers. The tradition of the Aerial 17th Division was survival of the fittest. Those who failed would be eliminated.

Hence, this female soldier felt that Ye Jian, who was from the army, was a member who needed to be eliminated. There was no need to waste too much energy on her.

It was not easy to groom an airborne soldier. She hoped that everyone who joined this team would be a real airborne soldier.

One had to know that their current direction of development meant they would not be ordinary airborne soldiers who would retire after serving for two years. Instead, they were special scouts among the airborne soldiers. They were special forces soldiers in the air force!

As an army soldier, Ye Jian shouldn’t take up the slot.

After saying this, she pursed her lips and continued in a low voice, “Her arrival caused our comrades who originally had a chance to stay to leave. She was the one who pushed away our comrades who should be training with us.”

The female soldier was talking about the two female soldiers who were under observation previously but couldn’t adapt to the high altitude climate. In the end, they had to return to their original military unit. One of the female soldiers was also from the Aerial 17th Division.

The squad leader thought of this too. Her expression turned a little cold. She took a deep breath and comforted the female soldier as they ran, “It’s not a decision that we can decide, nor is it a decision that Ye Jian can decide. Also, those two couldn’t adapt to the highlands. It wouldn’t have done them any good to stay.

“They couldn’t adapt to the highlands, so whether Ye Jian joined us or not, they wouldn’t have been able to stay.” The squad leader’s tone gradually turned serious. “You can have an opinion if Ye Jian drags the class down, but you’re targeting her because the female soldier from the Aerial 17th Division had to return to her military unit. Ye Jian is just a first-class soldier. She can’t make any decisions.

“Don’t say such things again. If you continue to target Ye Jian unfairly, I’ll have you reflect on yourself! Do you hear me?”

The squad leader heard that the female soldier targeted Ye Jian because Ye Jian was an army soldier who was dragging down the class and also because a female soldier from the Aerial 17th Division could not adapt to the highlands and left on the third day after Ye Jian arrived. The squad leader did not let it go and immediately issued a warning.

The squad leader was a little angry. Although the female soldier still had complaints in her heart, she didn’t dare to continue talking. She bit her lower lip and nodded. “Understood!”

“Louder!”

“Understood!” the running female soldier replied loudly.
