I, the Destined Villain, Will Win Over the Female Lead Right from the Start

230: Chapter 230 The Girl Who Was Secretly LovedEverything happening before Qin Yun’s eyes was a bit tricky.

In reality, if these people knew that he and Xiao Shang weren’t blood relatives, they would probably easily figure out who the tenth person was.

But for Qin Yun, if he admitted it now, he would become a scumbag reviled by everyone.

Taking a deep breath, Qin Yun said directly, “I’ve traveled a long distance back and my body is a bit tired. I just want to sleep and rest now, so, can we talk about this tomorrow?”

“No!”

Qin Yushang was the first to speak, then added, “If you don’t tell us, we’ll be too restless to eat or sleep. And is your tenth woman so special that you can’t even tell us? It’s not like I’d disagree with you adding a new sister-in-law for me, but you should at least give them the right to know, right?”

Clearly, Qin Yushang had already sided with his harem. Although the other women didn’t speak, the anticipation in their eyes and their expressions, wanting to speak yet holding back, already showed it.

They also really wanted to know who this so-called tenth person was.

Qin Yushang’s words immediately gave Qin Yun courage. He used to think about taking things step by step; at the very least, pursuing Xiao Shang would typically take one to three years!

After all, the most difficult part of them being together would always be the resistance from those around them, especially his parents. If he were to bring Xiao Shang back, he could already imagine what would happen to him.

For a moment, Qin Yun took a deep breath. “Xiao Shang, I can only tell you about this. How about you tell them later?”

Upon hearing this, Qin Yushang froze in place, then turned to look at her Senior Sisters behind her.

Su Muyan didn’t say much, but gently patted Qin Yushang’s shoulder and said.

“Xiao Shang, it’s alright. Maybe Qin Yun just doesn’t want us to know in advance, and wants you to vet it. We trust you.”

Hearing her Great Master Sister say this, Qin Yushang also took a deep breath and nodded towards Qin Yun.

“Okay, Brother, I hope you’ll tell me truthfully.”

“Don’t worry, I will.”

Qin Yushang followed Qin Yun to the room. As soon as she entered, Qin Yushang quickly said.

“Brother, you can tell me now, right?!”

Qin Yun didn’t immediately say the person’s name, but slowly raised his head and began to speak to himself.

“Xiao Shang, before I say her name, can I tell you her story?”

Qin Yushang frowned, then nodded.

And Qin Yun slowly began, “She’s a very lively girl. The first time I met her, her appearance was deeply etched into my mind.”

Upon hearing this, Qin Yushang couldn’t help but frown. She always felt that her brother had a deep affection for this so-called tenth woman!

Especially when he spoke about this woman’s story, his face was full of tenderness.

“I met her in my childhood. Because of her cute appearance and lively personality, I secretly swore in my heart to protect her for a lifetime. Even now, her figure is still imprinted in my memory. I can remember her every frown and smile, her angry look, her happy look, her crying look, her excited look—I remember them all.”

Upon hearing this, Qin Yushang was startled. This tenth woman’s rank was quite high! She suddenly felt that her Senior Sisters might not be able to keep her in check!

From her brother’s description, wasn’t this clearly a ’white moonlight’ level figure?

Elementary school classmate? Middle school classmate? What’s the difference from a first love!

Although nominally the tenth, from her brother’s emotions, it was no different from the first!

“Later, as time passed, my personality also became a bit mischievous, and she changed from being compliant with me to pressuring me. She wanted me to become a better person, to return to my old self. I was young at the time, perhaps it was my rebellious streak acting up, and I constantly went against her. Finally, she was completely disappointed in me.

One day, when I saw her disappointed eyes and watched her leave, I finally realized. I liked her. After so many years together, I was completely unable to leave her. But in her heart, I was already rotten. After she left, I frantically changed myself, forcing myself to learn all sorts of skills, just so that one day, I could meet her again and confidently tell her that the rotten person Qin Yun was gone, that he had turned over a new leaf.”

When Qin Yushang heard this, a sudden tremor went through her heart. So, her brother changed because the woman he loved left? She had never known this.

Thinking of this, Qin Yushang subconsciously said, “Brother, did you see her then?”

Qin Yun looked at her for a while, then said.

“I did. But when I met her again, I was so happy I wanted to share my progress and abilities with her, and she ended up beating me up. That day, I was hospitalized; there wasn’t a single spot on my body that didn’t hurt. I felt very wronged and very bitter. Years of effort ultimately couldn’t earn her forgiveness. And that time, I secretly decided to practice martial arts, to definitely make her look at me with new eyes. And just like that, I embarked on the path of martial arts.”

Speaking of this, Qin Yun smiled softly, a very happy smile, his eyes filled with longing. Qin Yushang, seeing her brother like this, also felt a slight pang in her heart.

She seemed to have never truly understood her brother. There was such an important girl in his life, and she hadn’t known anything about it.

“Brother, then... what happened to her later?”

Qin Yun looked at Qin Yushang and said, “She has changed her opinion of me now, and I’ve told her about my changes. She’s also very happy, genuinely happy because of my transformation. But I don’t dare to tell her my feelings for her, because she’s the object of my secret affection for at least ten years. I thought that sometimes, being able to see her smile, to see her happy, would be enough.”

Seeing that her playboy brother actually had such a deeply affectionate side, Qin Yushang felt a little bitter.

Perhaps she would never encounter such sincere affection in her life! Really, why did she have to meddle? After hearing her brother’s inner monologue, what was this feeling of emptiness and envy in her heart?

Immediately after, Qin Yushang quickly shook her head, then said.

“So, Brother, you haven’t confessed to her yet, right?”

A hint of sadness appeared on Qin Yun’s bitter face, then he nodded, his voice a little hoarse as he spoke.

“Yes.”

“...Brother, aren’t you the King of Pickup? My Senior Sisters were all conquered by you, but when you meet the girl you’ve secretly loved for ten years, you don’t even dare to confess! You... you coward!”

As Qin Yushang said this, her heart also felt a little sour. Although she didn’t know why it felt sour, after hearing this story and experience, she sincerely wanted that girl to know her brother’s feelings.

After all, this girl changed her brother’s entire life!

“But... I can no longer give up Muyan and the others. I can’t promise her that I’ll only love her in this lifetime. I truly like her, so much that I can’t bear to let her suffer any harm...”

As he said this, Qin Yushang immediately said, “You haven’t even said anything, how can you not know? Besides, if she doesn’t agree, she can totally refuse! Just consider it you bringing a perfect end to your secret love!”

After Qin Yushang said this, the feeling of emptiness in her heart deepened, and she simultaneously laughed at herself.

Indeed, she was also this kind of person! What reason did she have to criticize Qin Yun then!

She truly envied the girl he had secretly loved all this time.
