Chapter 1142: Chapter 358: South London Thieves (5)

Fuck!

It’s the first time he’s seen a referee celebrate a team’s goal during a match he officiated.

This should clearly be considered biased.

Today’s calls can’t simply be explained away as home biases.

A perfectly fine match has been blown to a 3-3 draw.

Drogba got a yellow card for protesting, and Boas’s language became more intense.

Under the fourth official’s instruction, Mike Dean showed Boas a red card.

The White Hart Lane Stadium erupted in applause once again.

Tottenham fans were very pleased with the referee’s performance today. If they were to pick, Mike Dean would be the best referee of the season.

”Damn it, how are we supposed to play like this?”

Drogba asked with his hands on his hips.

Cech shrugged his shoulders.

This time the goal conceded was the defense’s fault, not the referee’s.

But it was definitely not the time to go against his teammates, so he chose to stay silent.

”This bastard is nothing but a clown, a bastard, if he’s not a Tottenham fan, I’ll clean the toilets at White Hart Lane myself...”

Terry shouted.

”Then you better go!”

Mike Dean didn’t know when he appeared behind Terry, pulled a red card from his pocket, and flashed it at Terry.

”Fuck!”

Terry was a bit agitated.

Huang Kaiwen quickly wrapped his arms around Terry’s waist from behind, and seeing this, Ramos directly rushed over to help Huang Kaiwen control Terry.

”Mate, don’t start trouble, go take a break on the bench, we still need you...”

Huang Kaiwen said quickly.

”Yes John, if you want a long-term suspension, feel free to continue.”

Ramos said.

Terry was both angry and amused. When did Ramos become someone who could persuade others against getting suspended?

”Let go, I’m leaving the field.”

Terry stopped struggling and said.

”Really?”

Huang Kaiwen asked.

”Really, I swear on my son’s life!”

Terry replied.

Huang Kaiwen released Terry with a strange expression.

Terry took the captain’s armband off his arm, handed it to Huang Kaiwen, and angrily walked towards the sideline.

Before Huang Kaiwen could react, Ramos directly helped him put the armband on his left arm.

Faria subbed Drogba off for Michael Mancienne, adding a fourth defender.

That’s the benefit of having a banned head coach frequently.

If it were any other team, there might have been some mess, lack of communication, etc.

But that would never happen at Chelsea.

Damn, even Chelsea’s chief medic English recently applied for the FA coaching courses.

Harry replaced Lennon with Jamie O’Hara, continuing to bolster the defense.

He didn’t think of getting all three points just because Chelsea was a man down.

In the final phase of the match, the entire Tottenham team was pretty much huddled in their own half, leaving only Darren Bent to occasionally charge into Chelsea’s half for counterattacks.

In the away fan section.

Chelsea fans kept chanting ”coward” to mock Tottenham.

Unfortunately, their voices couldn’t overpower the home fans at White Hart Lane.

The fourth official raised the stoppage time board.

Due to the number of unexpected incidents, the stoppage time for this match was a full 6 minutes.

”Redknapp is protesting the length of stoppage time; actually, 6 minutes of added time isn’t much, given the couple of incidents and player injuries in the second half.”

”True, but it can be understood, getting 1 point against Chelsea isn’t easy. Especially with Huang Kaiwen on the pitch, as a starter, Chelsea has won every match this season with Huang Kaiwen starting!”

”Haha, Tottenham players just won’t get up off the ground, they’re stalling for time. Huang Kaiwen and Ramos are directly carrying the players off to the sidelines, then Tottenham players come up to stop them, today’s match is really entertaining.”

”Keane is obviously faking it, he can’t help but laugh himself, haha.”

[Andy Carroll] ”Fuck, Tottenham is really shameless. Keane just got up and Palacios goes down, when Chelsea continues playing, they complain to the referee.”

”It’s really disgusting, but you have to understand. Real Madrid, Manchester United, Liverpool have all been shredded by Chelsea, what can Tottenham do? Last season, they were a mid-table team.”

”I get it, but it’s still disgusting. And one thing, Pool wasn’t shredded by Chelsea, it was Carragher who shredded Pool.”

”Haha, you guys can’t seem to get over this crisis of mine as vice captain.”

”The key is Carragher’s own goals are too many. Actually, I’m really looking forward to whether his own goals can break 15, or even 20.”

”Now that you mention it, I’m curious too. If he scores a few more, he’ll become like the reverse Hierro. Real Madrid’s captain scores on the opponent’s goal, Carragher scores on his own goal, hahaha.”

”Terry’s performance today was average too, especially the second half. Today’s conceded goals were all related to him.”

”Playing too much causes fluctuations in form, it’s inevitable. This season, Terry’s been almost fully fit except for one suspension. His partners keep changing, managing until March was already impressive.”

”Chelsea should really buy some defenders, they have the numbers, but few are usable.”

”Damn, this should be the last chance, right?”

At the 96th minute, Huang Kaiwen carried the ball down the left flank. Faced with four Tottenham players, they practically formed a line, blocking off Huang Kaiwen’s passing lanes.

No choice, Huang Kaiwen quickly kicked the ball against Ledley King, securing a corner.

”Kevin?”

Ramos asked as he jogged over.

”You take the corner, direct it towards the center.”
