After signing with AC Milan, I will be the king of football!

”Go sign them, otherwise we can’t leave either.”

Mourinho said in surprise.

As soon as the two got off the plane, they were recognized by fellow passengers.

Coupled with the waiting hall passengers being attracted, Mourinho and Huang Kaiwen were surrounded.

Huang Kaiwen fished out a pen from his pocket and signed skillfully.

He even handed one to Mourinho.

Among coaches, Mourinho probably has the most fans.

His distinct personality makes those who love him willing to give anything, and those who hate him wish he’d disappear the next day.

After being delayed at the airport for 20 minutes, Huang Kaiwen finally apologized to the fans, saying he was in a hurry.

Once they got in the taxi, Mourinho curiously asked, ”Did you dye your hair red specifically for the Ballon d’Or?”

”Of course not.”

Huang Kaiwen replied with a deadpan expression: ”I dyed it for a short film with them earlier. If you pay attention online, you should see it, coach.”

He’s not Pogba, after all.

”But I remember you used to have blue hair,” said Mourinho.

Huang Kaiwen: ...

There’s no denying this embarrassing history.

In early Milan videos, his blue hair is crystal clear.

So, you’ve got to think about whether you can handle the consequences of everything.

The online bashers call Huang the leader of the trendy family, which is hard to explain.

After eating, they sat in a café for a while before heading to the venue.

The Mourinho and Huang Kaiwen duo drew considerable attention even before reaching the entrance.

Both wore sharp, tailored suits, walking with different demeanors.

Huang Kaiwen showed no signs of aggression at all, while Mourinho’s stride exuded defiance.

Reporters waiting at the door immediately abandoned other footballers and converged on the two.

”Jose, do you think Kevin can win a third Ballon d’Or Trophy?”

”Kevin, if you win a third Ballon d’Or Trophy, you’ll tie with Cruyff, Platini, and Van Basten. Do you think you’re the best player in history?”

”What do you have to say about the rumors of the Real Madrid coach being dismissed?”

”Mr. Boas vandalized property and will face charges. Will it affect his position in the coaching team? Are you considering replacing an assistant coach?”

”...”

Mourinho couldn’t help but ask, ”Boas? Villas-Boas, my assistant coach, right?”

”Yes, while you were flying to Switzerland, Mr. Boas sneaked into Big Ben and vandalized the inside. He probably hasn’t left the London Police Station yet.”

A reporter replied.

Mourinho rubbed his temples, feeling a headache coming on.

He didn’t expect Boas to be so unreliable.

Mourinho said, ”I don’t know the specifics yet, so I can’t comment. Sorry, I need to make a call.”

Mourinho looked at Huang Kaiwen, indicating for him to handle it.

Huang Kaiwen nodded slightly.

After Mourinho left, Huang Kaiwen said, ”I will only answer one question. No matter how many times I win the Ballon d’Or, I will not comment on my historical status, because people can’t objectively evaluate themselves.”

Having said that, Huang Kaiwen went straight in.

Guided by staff, he went to the dressing room.

”Long time no see, Leon.”

Seeing Messi coming out of the dressing room, Huang Kaiwen said with a smile.

”Good evening, Kevin.”

Messi proactively greeted him.

”Catch you later.”

Huang Kaiwen patted Messi on the shoulder and said.

National TV had also started broadcasting live.

Before Huang Kaiwen’s Olympic win.

Ballon d’Or’s viewership ratings were already high.

And now, the ratings were even more exaggerated.

Even though the awards would start after 3 a.m., many domestic fans still stayed in front of the TV.

Before the awards started, Shao Shengyi and guests were discussing this year’s situation.

Shao Shengyi said, ”There was the European Cup last year, but this year’s situation is unclear.”

”Yeah, but this champion team, Spain, isn’t easy to talk about. Everyone on this team played well, but if you really have to pick an outstanding player, there isn’t one; they are a stable ensemble.”

”That’s right.”

Shao Shengyi said, ”The Real Madrid Spanish players who participated in the European Cup are Casillas, Ramos, and Guti; none of them made it to the top ten of the Ballon d’Or.”

”That’s right, plus, Huang Kaiwen performed excellently at the Olympics. Although it’s not in football, it will still affect the journalists’ considerations.”

[Lampard] probably.

”What they’re saying seems right, that punk Huang Kaiwen is going to win an award again.”

”Who told Huang Kaiwen to run so fast, an Olympic gold and silver, that’s more dazzling than winning the European Cup.”

”That’s so unfair; this punk didn’t even take part in the preliminaries and went straight to the Olympics, and it still impacts the Ballon d’Or voting.”

”Are you dumb? Winning an Olympic gold medal isn’t a big deal? Then others should just go win it.”

”Messi did win an Olympic gold, but it wasn’t really reported.”

”Team and individual events are different. Before, Huang Kaiwen lost to Nadal several times at the Laureus Awards; you can’t compare these. In the selection, team events already start at a disadvantage.”

Once inside, Huang Kaiwen hadn’t seen anyone yet but first heard Sir Ferguson’s distinctive Scottish accent.

”Kevin, come over here!”

Sir Ferguson waved and said.

”Sir, coach.”

Huang Kaiwen nodded and said.

”I was just talking about you with Fabio earlier.”

Sir Ferguson laughed heartily: ”Jose, that guy, has such a stiff mouth. After the last game at the Theatre of Dreams, he drank with me and still said Chelsea is a unit as a whole.”
