After signing with AC Milan, I will be the king of football!

”Come for a visit when you have time.”

Huang Kaiwen saw Capello out with a warm wave.

On his way back, Huang Kaiwen felt that Capello was very nice.

So polite.

The news that he brought gifts upon his recovery from injury was touching.

This had to be ’accidentally’ leaked to the reporters from Marca, to show future coaches how to treat key players on a team.

A few minutes later, he went back to his room and the timeout ended.

”Big sister, do you like green peppers?”

On the TV, a bratty kid was hitting on ’big sister’ through the gate.

Huang Kaiwen held the list of Valencia players and their technical characteristics marked by Capello.

He finally understood why Capello had been worried.

The Valencia players were not to be taken lightly, boasting both fame and strength, not at all inferior to the G14 elite on paper.

Well, the Yellow Ball King shall descend from the mountain.

Such an opponent was worthy to mark the Yellow Ball King’s return.

He hadn’t really used the 20,000 Euro travel allowance for away games before.

He would use it to go to Valencia with the team, having heard their Sherry wine was quite good, and buy some to take home.

He’d call Calderon later to ask if that budget could carry over since he hadn’t used it for quite a long time.

Alas, it was the Yellow Ball King who ended up bearing it all.

He talked on the phone with the young miss for a while at night.

After hanging up.

Barbara, who was in Milan, immediately arranged for commentary staff.

Those fools had persuaded her that Canale5 also had commentators.

But Barbara felt their level of commentary was too low.

Crudeli was much better than them by no small margin.

...

November 26th.

Mestalla Stadium locker room.

Huang Kaiwen helped Raul put on the captain’s armband and said, ”There you go.”

Raul didn’t speak.

Guti voluntarily explained, ”He has many former teammates playing today, his feelings might be somewhat complicated.”

”I see, Morientes, right?”

Huang Kaiwen asked with a smile.

Raul’s good brother had transferred to Valencia in the summer.

”It’s not that simple.”

Guti said, ”If we don’t win today, none of us will have a good time afterwards, except for you.”

Huang Kaiwen: ...

It was as if they thought he had removed himself from the locker room drama.

Huang Kaiwen didn’t say anything and quietly put on his soccer shoes, stowing away the second prize lottery ticket.

The Yellow Ball King didn’t love money; he just liked surprises.

Seeing that the [Expectation Value] was full at 100, he chose to draw a card.

[Ding, you have obtained a one-time experience card for Miroslav Klose in the 9th round of the 2005-2006 Bundesliga season, Werder Bremen vs. Nuremberg]

Ha, see, the surprise came just like that.

He just didn’t know if ”I have no head” would significantly weaken Klose’s heading ability.

Klose at Werder Bremen had also trained his feet well, so it wasn’t a big problem.

”Kevin, time to warm up.”

Ramos urged from the side.

”Let’s go.”

Huang Kaiwen nodded and said.

”Today is another high-profile match, Huang Kaiwen is warming up, we are just finding out about Huang Kaiwen’s return from injury, during the last match of Spain’s El Clasico, Huang Kaiwen suffered a serious foul, it is unclear if his hearing has recovered.”

”Hehe, Capello was once confounded by Ancelotti’s smoke bombs at Juventus, with Ancelotti always holding off on announcing the lineup until the last minute, and today Capello has played a trick as well.”

”From the look of the warm-up, Huang Kaiwen might be playing forward today.”

”Yes, Huang Kaiwen seldom practices headers during warm-ups. It’s rare, and it makes you wonder if he is targeting Ayala, whose height of 1m77 might be insufficient.”

”But isn’t Huang Kaiwen’s plan to target Ayala a bit underconsidered? Ayala’s jumping ability is remarkable, and his defending is fierce, Ronaldo has struggled against him, too.”

”Valencia is definitely not an easy opponent. Last year they achieved third place in La Liga under the leadership of Flores, and this summer they brought in several strong reinforcements.”

”Right, let’s take a look at the line-up for both teams.”

Valencia 442 double pivot:

Goalkeeper: Santiago Canizares,

Defense: Kuro Torres, Albiol, Ayala, Luis Miguel,

Midfield: David Silva, Miguel Palacios, Baraja, Joaquin,

Forward: Miguel Angulo, David Villa.

Real Madrid 433 double pivot:

Goalkeeper: Casillas,

Defense: Robert Carlos, Cannavaro, Ramos, Salgado,

Midfield: Mahamadou Diarra, Guti, Emerson,

Forward: Huang Kaiwen, Raul, Robinho.

”From the formation given by Real Madrid, it’s Raul who’s playing forward, but his position with Huang Kaiwen is quite flexible. Seeing Huang Kaiwen try headers during warm-up, it seems he might be playing central today.”

”Huang Kaiwen has shown decent prowess playing forward before, he even had good performances when placed in that position.”

Back in the players’ tunnel.

Raul asked Huang Kaiwen, ”Switch positions?”

”No need to switch!”

Huang Kaiwen replied.

”Okay, just let me know if you want to switch. I thought you were going to play forward when I saw you trying headers.”

Raul nodded and said.

Forwards can also head the ball from the flanks,

Huang Kaiwen said with a laugh.

[Klose]’s speed was adequate during his youth, the ball-sense and technique weren’t freakish like Ronaldinho’s, but were solid nonetheless. There was no forward who made it into the Top Ten for Ballon d’Or with a glaring weakness, like Owen whose strengths did a good job of masking his shortcomings in physical duels.

With various traits and skill bonuses, [Klose] playing on the flank shouldn’t be a problem.

If he wanted to move central, he could swap with Guti, having someone up front was preferable after all.

Huang Kaiwen had tried it a few times before and still preferred the position just behind the forward.
