The Cannon Fodder and Her Mr. Right

Chapter 1563: Chapter 1564: The Scourge Chapter 1563: Chapter 1564: The Scourge After his daughter was transferred out of the intensive care unit, Gong Chenye seemed to have found a new hope in his life.

He lived and worked in the hospital.

Normally, if there was nothing important, he would not leave the VIP ward.

A week later, he learned how to carry the baby, make milk powder for the baby, and even change the baby’s diapers.

The confinement nanny was trembling in fear at first. This was originally their job.

In the end, the employer did it. Moreover, this employer didn’t look like someone to be trifled with at all. He was very terrifying.

However, after a few days, everyone got used to it.

The main reason was that Gong Chenye was too good in front of the child.

He was completely a filial father. When he saw his daughter, his face was full of smiles, filled with doting love for his child.

If one didn’t know him well enough, they wouldn’t believe that this was the Gong Chenye who terrified everyone.

Now, the nanny could even talk to him a little, but she still did not dare to ask about his private life. She mainly taught him how to take care of the baby.

However, there was one more thing.

The child still did not have a name.

It was very difficult for the doctor to come for ward rounds every time because the child didn’t have a name. If Gong Chenye wasn’t so amazing, he wouldn’t have met the criteria to be hospitalized.

At first, the doctors and nurses were a little afraid of Gong Chenye, but after seeing how good he was to the child, they realized that Gong Chenye was not a good doctor.

He spoke a little more freely.

Another day, the doctor came for a ward round. He said,”Mr. Gong, I think it’s better for you to give the child a name first. Otherwise, we won’t know how to write it when we check the form. Even if you give the child a baby name first, it’s fine.”

Gong Chenye fell silent.

He didn’t dare to name his child. He wasn’t a superstitious person, but he was afraid because the name would follow the child for life. He was worried that if he didn’t choose it well, it would bring misfortune to the child.

After all, his hands were covered in other people’s blood.

Who knew how many lives he had taken.

“I don’t know what to call her. Why don’t you help me get one, Dr. Hu?”

Dr. Hu waved his hand. ” That’s not very good. The child’s name is given by the parents. Mr. Gong, you should do it. ”

” I can’t think of a name. Ever since this child was admitted to the hospital, the attending doctor has always been Dr. Hu. You’re her savior. You should help her give her a name. It’s also a good omen. ”

Doctors saved lives and healed the wounded, accumulating countless virtues.

Gong Chenye felt that he would be blessed if he were to name his daughter.

Dr. Hu was a little tempted. Actually, he had wanted to do it for a long time, but Gong Chenye didn’t mention it before, so he didn’t dare to mention it.

“Then…Then I’ll really name the child?”

“Yes.”

Dr. Hu thought for a moment and said, ” How about Chen Yang? The sun rises every morning. The sunlight nourishes all things and grows endlessly. I hope this child can grow up healthily under the sun. ”

“Dr. Hu, this name doesn’t sound like a girl’s,” the nurse said.

“Then, why don’t I think of another one?”

Gong Chenye shook his head. ” No need. Chenyang is fine. ”

Dr. Hu’s words had hit the nail on the head.

He just hoped that his daughter could grow up healthily and live happily under the sun like other children.

She wouldn’t have a dark childhood like him.

“Thank you, Dr. Hu.”

“You’re welcome, you’re welcome…It’s good that Mr. Gong is satisfied.”

The nurse gently tapped the child’s little nose and smiled.”Our baby has a name now. Chenyang, Little Sun!”
