Tempest of the Stellar War

Wang Zheng arrived at the restaurant, and it was clear that the whole place was reserved. This could also be considered as the usual way of doing things by the royal family of Asian. What did the brat, Huiyin, want to do?

It was clear from one glance. Wang Zheng didn’t see Huiyin, and only Aina was around.

She was wearing a one-piece spaghetti dress. On her fair-as-jade neck was a string of pearls. It was simple and elegant. Her hair was casually tied up in a ponytail. She had the approachable feeling like the girl next door while still remaining elegant.

Aina didn’t understand either. She rarely tied a ponytail. Moreover, she had initially wanted to come dressed in a grand dress. However, she kept having the feeling that something wasn’t right. Wang Zheng didn’t seem to be fond of that type… it was just that how would she know what Wang Zheng would like?

Wang Zheng wasn’t surprised and didn’t act like he was. He knew it inside his heart that it must have been the arrangement of that sly kid.

Aina smiled faintly and said, “Student Wang Zheng, please have a seat. It might be a little abrupt but I have made a promise to Huiyin. The outcome was that I have lost. Therefore the person who would be treating you to a meal has become me.”

Wang Zheng smiled and replied, “It’s my honor, Crown Princess.”

Aina looked at Wang Zheng, who was very casual and at ease. She wasn’t shocked or surprised. Why did she feel warmth?

“I have heard that Huiyin has received a lot of help from you in this place. As her sister, I should thank you. Please do not stand on ceremony.”

The waiter had already handed the menu over.

“I’m the kind that would not stand on ceremony.” Said Wang Zheng as he received the menu and ordered some of the dishes that he liked. The truth was he wasn’t picky at all. Meaty dishes were the best as they could replenish his physical strength.

“Your Highness would like this. You can serve one serving of this.” Said Wang Zheng as he pointed to a type of salad. “We don’t want the salad sauce.”

Aina was stunned for a moment. Her habit of eating a salad without salad sauce wasn’t known by many. Why would Wang Zheng know about it?

… it must be Huiyin that brat who revealed her secret. She really dares to say anything.

“Congratulations to Student Wang Zheng from achieving such outstanding achievements. It was truly shocking,” said Aina. The truth was she was a little curious about Wang Zheng too. The signs of the rise of the Solar System were obvious. No matter if it was economic or their military, the Solar System had been very active recently.

Wang Zheng smiled faintly and replied, “The developments of the Solar System Federation might have been a little slow recently but its fundamentals are there after all. In the field of physical techniques alone, as the origin of mankind, the resources it has are actually the best. It is just that they haven’t been well utilized recently.”

“Earth is a beautiful planet. I’m really fond of it and really wish to visit it.” Aina’s eyes were filled with sincere anticipation. “I have heard that the environment of Earth has recovered really well. Perhaps I will need you to be the host for me if I ever go to Earth someday.”

Wang Zheng had the feeling of wanting to say something but he couldn’t say it. Looking at the lost feeling within Aina’s anticipation, as a man, he didn’t know what to say. If he was just an immature guy, he wouldn’t have to consider so many things. He could just ignore whatever that might happened tomorrow. If he was a mature man, he would also know what he should do for the best of his surrounding. However, unfortunately, he was in the middle currently.

Aina’s eyes, that were as shiny as the milky way, was flickering. How… could this man look at her like this? However, she didn’t know why she just couldn’t resist it.

Aina rarely could find this type of people that could resist her beauty. Sometimes this type of gaze was a burden. This was because her appearance and identity were enough to bewitch everyone, resulting in no one caring about how Aina was really like.

However, Wang Zheng’s gaze seemed to have penetrated the external layer. It seemed to be seeing through what she was inside.

For the first time, Aina raised her champagne, to hide her groundless fear.

“Student Wang Zheng, let me have a toast with you to thank you.”

Wang Zheng smiled. “Although I do not know why you are thanking me, your request, I would definitely accept.”

These words were actually a little offending. As the number 1 Princess of Aslan, what kind of request could she have for him? It might be because of the strong conviction of Wang Zheng, Aina surprisingly didn’t feel anything about it.

Wang Zheng did not go into the issue of their relationship. On the other hand, Aina was very interested in the culture on Earth. After removing the “shell” of Princess, this Aina had an additional level of rationality and maturity as compared to a few years back. The truth was she seemed to be desiring something more in her heart.

Two hours surprisingly passed in a blink of the eye. How fast time had passed couldn’t be understood by others. Aina felt that it was as though only 10 minutes had passed. However, the truth was it had been a long time.

“Student Wang Zheng, thank you for your simple and clear explanation of things. I have just realized how much I’m lacking in the understanding of the Solar System.”

“You can just call me Wang Zheng. Unless you wish for me to address you as Crown Princess.” laughed Wang Zheng.

Aina also felt like laughing. “Wang Zheng…”

When she called out the name, a crack seemed to appear in her heart. She seemed to have lost something, something very important.

“Are you okay?”

Luckily, this feeling dissipated in an instance. Aina smiled faintly and replied, “I’m fine. Perhaps I’m a little tired. If Imperial Glory battle team is like the Saruman Snake battle team, I wouldn’t have a headache.”

Wang Zheng smiled. When he was with Aina, time no longer mattered. However, Wang Zheng did not know whether the feelings he had for Aina was pain or happiness.

That moment of paleness still made Wang Zheng a little worried.

Aina naturally didn’t need him to send her back. Wang Zheng looked to the night sky. The truth was no matter what, it was a great thing to be able to see Aina. Huiyin that brat was so supportive… I’m afraid her request wouldn’t be that easy.

Every student of Elite Academy received a new notification in their Skylinks. Simulation system notice: new Zerg data update, welcoming challenges.

In the Elite Academy, other than various battle modes in everyday training, there were also training against Zerg from the Abyss. It was similar to the dissection class. It was just that everyone’s interest in fighting these things weren’t that great. Did they have to make the update of new species such a big thing?

To mankind, although Zerg still posed the danger, they were no longer the main threat. It was still that old saying: the only thing that could destroy humans were still humans themselves.

However, they were always people who were fond of challenges. Through subsequent challenges, the discussion on the new species of Zerg gradually spread to various colleges in the Elite Academy.

The reasons were simple. Among the challengers, surprisingly no one was able to defeat these updated Zerg. Rather a more accurate saying was: no one was able to remain alive after encountering the newly updated Zerg in the simulation system.

The condition for challenging the new Zerg in the simulation system was a ‘team of not larger than 12 men’. Under the restriction of this condition, all the challenges against the new Zerg, without exception, were all slaughtered in a one-sided manner.

There were 5 new species of Zerg in the recent update. Currently, only one type was released. Moreover, when dealing with Zerg from the Abyss in the past, it was at most a 5 men team. This time, surprisingly a full section was allowed. Perhaps this condition had attracted the attention of the challengers. However, the outcome was shocking.

“What? You were slaughtered by the Zerg? And there was only one of them? Aren’t you too much of a noob?” Although Zerg from the Abyss was strong, those class 1 Zerg can still be defeated once one starts to be familiar with it. If it was a class 2, there were planned battle move sets for those that had appeared currently. Frankly speaking, they didn’t have much battle prowess. The learning ability of humans was really terrifying.

“Oh d*mn, you guys are the outdated ones? Do you know about the new Zerg? Before calling others noobs, why don’t you try it out yourself? Those who have never tried do not have the right to speak.”

Alright, let’s try it out! There were many people who weren’t convinced. Zerg was just Zerg. How new could it get? They weren’t anything. It was just that their shells were a little thicker and their movement speed was a little faster. Even if they were really a little stronger and one try wasn’t enough to defeat it, the second try should do it, right? Alright, even if it was even stronger, it shouldn’t take more than 3 tries.

Moreover, the training craze had been very hot recently. Although fighting Zerg didn’t have much technical content, since the commotion caused was so large, why not give it a try?

Those who were harboring such thoughts… lost in an even more pathetic way!

They were no match for it at all. After expending all ways and methods, it was still not enough. Initially, everyone just thought that if they were to be serious, what was the Zerg? Wouldn’t it be the same as a game?

Good friends formed a team and worked together believing that it would be enough.

However, after failing consecutively for over 10 times despite being serious about it, those challengers that started noticing the difficulty unknowingly gathered together. They started to seriously form the maximum allowed 12 -men section. To back off after losing wasn’t the style of the Elite Academy. They wouldn’t stop if they never beat it. The challenges against the new Zerg in the simulator started to get more and more popular. Not only were there more and more people participating, but it also ignited the anger in many people. Whoever was stronger would go for it. They worked closely together and changed their members to execute various strategies for the challenge.

All warriors attacking line up…

All scouts in an attempt to pin down the opponent line up…

They tried everything they could. However, the outcome was still the same. The only difference was the time taken for the new Zerg to completely destroy the entire team.

The opponent was surprisingly only a class 1… it seemed to be a new species. Such a strong new species! Could it be that the Professors were fooling them?

“This is impossible to win against. Under the situation where there are only 12 mecha, there’s no way to win against it. We will need at least 20 mecha to stand a slim chance. Moreover, we will need the strongest line up in our school currently. At least we have to include Wang Zheng and Olivios in it.”

The people from the battle strategy research department had also joined in. The new Zerg in this new update was also an important subject in the battle strategy research department. The Professors had issued relevant research work to look for the battle strategy to defeat the new Zerg with 12 mecha. The first to find the solution would receive a recommendation letter from the Elite Academy. This would allow them to enter practical battle strategy rehearsals in the army in advance. With the letter from the Elite Academy, one would be free to choose between the various major armies of the Federation. It was equivalent to reading ten thousand books and traveling ten thousand miles. Where one interned at would directly affect one’s future achievements.

The topic of the new Zerg was getting hotter and hotter. Finally, it had attracted the attention of real experts. After watching the videos of some of the failed challenges, that Zerg was truly interesting. Looking at it, it had some similarities as those typical strong offensive Zerg. It had 8 whip-liked tentacles that were as sharp as the edge of the knife. However, its attacking prowess couldn’t be compared with the past. Furthermore, it possessed a higher level of Zerg intelligence. Currently, in the Academy, it was now called the Super Zerg.

This was only the first Super Zerg. In the introduction of the Zerg by the school, this super high offensive Zerg was only 20% of the total updated data. Only by defeating this Zerg successfully in a challenge would the form and ability of the second Zerg be released. Furthermore, the next Zerg would only be stronger than the previous one.

“Big news, Senior Yang Pan has the intention to form a team openly this afternoon to challenge the new Zerg!”
