Lackey's Seducing Survival Odyssey

Chapter 1301: My lovely husbands... loves me so much

The Empires finally stabilised, and the major problems were brought under control as the worst of the chaos was stopped.

People began working together again—trying to rebuild, to restore the broken rhythms of life and economy. No one wanted to die like the monsters outside the doom, so everyone did their best to avoid causing problems for their rulers.

Yet, tension lingered. Everyone was still on edge, glancing at the sky where the ominous words above doom remained—unchanged, hovering above, casting a shadow over hope.

The world looked the same as before, but fear pulsed beneath the surface.

Still, life crept back to normal for most... except in one place.

Naiadae Palace.

Inside the great hall, the Empress sat upon her throne, as her trembling people gathered before her.

The nobles who had betrayed her were forced to kneel in shame and terror.

For a long time, the Empress said nothing. She simply closed her eyes and leaned her chin against her knuckles, her elbow resting on the armrest, her entire body radiating quiet menace.

The nobles waited, unable to meet her gaze, shivering like frightened cats about to be slaughtered.

Just then—

Thud!

The great doors of the throne room swung open.

Thuuckk!

A wet, sickening splash echoed through the chamber. Every head jerked up. All eyes turned as a severed head rolled across the marble floor, spinning to a stop before them.

Their faces contorted with horror as they recognised the head—one of their own, a noble who had betrayed the Empress.

But it wasn’t over. More heads were hurled inside, tumbling across the stone to pile up near the trembling nobles, wet blood trailing after them, staining the floor with the memory of betrayal.

Each severed head wore the same expression: eyes frozen wide in terror, mouths twisted in silent screams.

”Those were the ones who tried to escape, Your Majesty,” came Aqualina’s cold, steady voice as she strode into the throne room.

Beside her walked Celestia with an unreadable expression.

The Empress finally opened her eyes, lifting her head with regal, chilling poise. ”Their bodies?” she asked, her tone icy and sharp as glass.

Aqualina bowed her head, her voice empty of emotion. ”They are hanged on the gates of the palace.”

The remaining nobles grew even paler, some on the edge of fainting, others trembling so violently they nearly collapsed.

The Empress nodded, her face as cold and unforgiving as winter stone. She swept her gaze across the kneeling nobles. Even without using her powers, even without a trace of Arcane energy, she was a living nightmare—an embodiment of judgment and wrath.

Just her cold gaze was enough to send a jolt of horror through their bodies, knocking the sense from their minds.

”So... what do we do with traitors?” The Empress’s voice was cold as steel, lips curling into a smirk as she twirled a slender knife between her fingers.

”N-no... No! Please, forgive us!” one of the nobles wailed, collapsing to her knees, hands outstretched in desperate prayer.

”We came as you ordered... Please show us mercy!!”

”H-he’s the one who asked for my help! I didn’t act on my own, Empress, forgive me... give me one more chance, I beg you!”

”I’ll be your loyal dog—!”

The plea ended in a wet, choking gasp. The knife flashed through the air, sinking deep into the woman’s throat. She staggered, clutching at the hilt, eyes rolling back as blood spilled between her fingers. Within moments, she slumped to the marble floor, dead.

Sandra leaned in close, her voice twisting with wicked amusement. ”I will give you all... a painless death for your final obedience~”

Meanwhile, far away in Velc territory, Velc was hiding inside his own house, fear eating away at him.

He pressed himself flat under the bed, eyes darting to the table where an orb flickered with the image of Aether hugging Victor. The recorded scene looped again and again, freezing on that moment—the two of them so close, unbreakable friends, their bond obvious to anyone.

What had he done!!!

Thud!

A sharp noise sent Velc scrambling deeper under the bed, heart hammering. Sweat beaded on his brow.

But then—

”Come on, father... don’t be a coward.” The dry, careless voice belonged to Kai, Velc’s only son—a fool, and just as reckless as his father.

Velc peeked out, glaring furiously.

”Have you lost your mind? Didn’t you see what just happened? Aether! That damned Sla—” He clamped his mouth shut, glancing around to make sure no one could hear.

”That man... he’s going to marry Aqualina, the Princess of our Empire, and if that wasn’t enough, he’s also the Archpriest in the Aurora Empire! What do you think those priests and their cultist bastards will do to us now?”

Kai shrugged, eyes thoughtful but unfazed. ”So what if she’s Empress? So what if he’s Archpriest, or marrying Aqualina? If any of them try to harm my family, I’ll kill them all. I don’t care who they are!”

Velc’s lips twisted, half in anger, half in disbelief. ”Boy, have you completely lost it? You— you’re messing with a slut—”

Before he could finish, Kai’s sword was out, the blade glinting as he pressed it to Velc’s throat. ”Don’t you dare call her that!”

Velc’s eyes widened in genuine terror. ”For that slu—”

”Father!”

Velc clenched his teeth, seething with rage and humiliation. ”Tell me—where did I go wrong with you?! Of all the women in the world, you could have had anyone in your arms, and yet you choose her? A woman the whole world calls a slut, who lies with any man she pleases!”

Veins bulged on Kai’s forehead, just about to snap and do something reckless, when—

”They call me a slut?” A seductive woman’s voice echoed through the room. Velc flinched and turned his head, eyes widening at the sight before him.

A tall, stunning beauty stood in the doorway. Her hair, a cascade of yellow-tinted silk, flowed down almost to her feet, shimmering as it caught the light. Her face was flushed a deep red, lips curled in an unreadable smile that made Velc’s heart skip a beat. Her body moved with effortless grace, hips swaying in a way that drew every gaze, and her sharp, yellow, slit-pupil eyes locked onto Velc with an intensity that almost made him look away.

Velc swallowed hard, feeling a heat rising in him that he couldn’t control. Something was happening to his body—his lower half trembled just from looking at her.

Was he really this aroused just by seeing her?

Who was this woman?

She was so dazzling that even the Empress herself would seem plain by comparison.

With a playful smile, she reached out and gently touched Kai’s hand, urging him to lower the weapon. ”It’s all right, darling... There’s no need to hurt your beloved father,” she whispered, her voice dripping with seduction as she pressed a kiss to Kai’s cheek.

Kai blushed, his anger vanishing as he lowered his sword. The woman glided forward, her every step graceful and commanding. Then, with the tip of her toes, she lifted Velc’s chin, forcing him to look up into her eyes.

”Tell me, Father-in-law... If a man sleeps with many women, you call him a man among men. But if a woman sleeps with many men, you call her a slut. Why?” Her voice was both curious and amused.

Velc barely heard her words. His eyes were locked on her foot, a desperate, almost worshipful hunger in his gaze. His lips parted and, without thinking, his tongue slid out, trying to lick her foot as if he was compelled by some overwhelming urge.

The woman’s expression twisted with disgust. ”Yuck. Trying to lick your son’s wife’s foot... That’s disgusting,” she said, and then, with a cold smile, pressed her foot firmly onto his face.

Velc’s cheeks burned even deeper as she pinned him down, the dirt from her foot sticking to his skin, only making his desire more obvious.

”See... It’s not me who wants this,” she taunted, lowering her face with a sly look. ”Do you want to fuck me too, Father-in-law?”

Velc, completely entranced, nodded without hesitation, his eyes glazed over with lust, ”Y-Yes... I want to plunge cock into your deep pussy! L-Let me...! Please!!”

Kai’s eyes turned rage, ”FUCKING ASSHOLE!!” as he was about to cut down his father’s tongue when the woman raised her hand, calming him down.

The woman shook her head in disappointment.

”Tsk, tsk... I’m not a woman who just fucks around with many men and stays with a man for money.

I choose my men... My MAN is the only one who gets to see my real side—who gets to touch my body.”

She leaned closer, her gaze fierce and proud. ”I don’t think that’s what you call a slut. Nor do I care...

As long as my lovely husbands are with me and shower me with their love~” She smirked.

At that moment, Leon and Finnian entered, both wearing serious, almost protective expressions.

She stepped back, an amused smile still on her lips, and glanced at Leon and Finnian, who immediately moved to her side. With gentle, practised hands, they began to gather her long hair, tying it into twin tails, their faces full of adoration.

”Vesp~” Leon murmured, leaning in to kiss her nape.

Finnian swallowed hard, then leaned in to lick her arm, his voice trembling. ”My love~”

Vesperine laughed, soft and seductive. ”We just had fun, and yet you both still want more~?” she teased, only to gasp as Kai suddenly groped her tightly from behind. He whispered into her ear,

”We can never have enough of you, darling~!”

Vesperine blinked, then burst into even more laughter, delight clear in her eyes.

”My lovely husbands... loves me so much~” she murmured as the men lavished kisses on her, each lost in their own need.

As her eyes wandered, she noticed the orb resting nearby.... the crystal showing the image of Aether and Victor together.

Vesperine’s smile turned sly, her thoughts swirling as she watched the glowing vision,

’Sooner or later... You two will be begging for my attention, too.’
