Flower Stealing Master

Chapter 1075: The Best Container

Upon hearing Song Qingshu’s answer, Cheng Yaojia immediately shook her head, saying, “No, I won’t go!”

“Feeling awkward?” Song Qingshu chuckled.

Cheng Yaojia pursed her l!ps, turned her head away, and didn’t reply.

Song Qingshu sighed, “Many things need to be clarified in front of him. Does Madam want to be wrongly accused like this without him knowing the truth?”

Cheng Yaojia’s expression softened, but she still hadn’t made up her mind.

Song Qingshu, without further ado, pulled her to the next room.

Lu Guanying, originally heartbroken in his room, thought about his wife going to that man. His fists clenched and unclenched, unsure of what had happened. He could only guess, but the more he guessed, the more unbearable images surfaced in his mind. The thought of his usually gentle and shy wife moaning and panting under another man made his face paler.

Bang!

The door to the room was suddenly kicked open, startling Lu Guanying. Looking up, he saw the bearded man he so vehemently hated walk in.

“You…what are you doing here?” Lu Guanying had assumed the man was currently enjoying a romantic encounter, never expecting him to appear here.

“Madam, please come in quickly.” Song Qingshu turned and beckoned, seeing Cheng Yaojia hesitate, he went over and pulled her inside.

“Yaojia?” Seeing his wife enter with an embarrassed expression, Lu Guanying suddenly realized something, and his face darkened.

Cheng Yaojia’s eyes flickered, and she turned her head away, avoiding her husband’s gaze.

Song Qingshu coughed and stepped forward, saying, “Young Master Lu, I know you don’t like me, and actually, I don’t like you much either, so let’s get straight to the point.”

“What do you want to say?” Lu Guanying snorted irritably, his tone filled with inexplicable hostility.

Song Qingshu didn’t seem to care. He simply pulled Cheng Yaojia close, placed his hand on her shoulder, and said, “I know there’s a misunderstanding between you and your wife. To be precise, you’ve misunderstood your wife. Originally, I didn’t want to get involved in your affairs, but Yaojia is my friend, and I don’t want her to be wronged. So I’ve come to solemnly tell you that before today, your wife hasn’t done anything to wrong you. She’s a well-educated and reasonable w0man, not at all as despicable as you imagine.”

Lu Guanying snorted coldly, turning his head away. His expression clearly showed he didn’t believe her.

Cheng Yaojia felt as if struck by lightning. She could only bite her l!p tightly, bitterly suppressing the tears that were about to spill.

Song Qingshu smiled slightly: “Actually, it doesn’t matter whether you believe it or not. I’m just giving you a heads-up. Also, from today onwards, your misunderstanding is no longer a misunderstanding.”

“Huh?” Cheng Yaojia was stunned, staring blankly at him.

“What do you mean?” Lu Guanying also looked at him in confusion.

“Because today I’m going to do some things to Yaojia that you can only imagine.” Song Qingshu’s l!ps curled slightly upwards. Before Cheng Yaojia could react, he pulled her close and ki$$ed her.

“Mmm~” Cheng Yaojia pounded on his chest, but her mouth was covered, and she could only let out meaningless whimpers.

Lu Guanying’s face turned ashen. He tried to rush forward several times, but then, for some reason, he suddenly stopped.

After a long while, their l!ps parted.

Cheng Yaojia turned her face away in embarrassment, not daring to look at any of the men in the room.

Song Qingshu turned to Lu Guanying and said, “Young Master Lu’s kindness is appreciated, and I will certainly not disappoint you. You can rest assured, I will help you rescue Han Dingxing and the others.”

After saying this, he scooped up Cheng Yaojia by the knees, carried her in his arms, and left, leaving behind only a burst of unrestrained laughter. (G: rip…)

Lu Guanying’s face alternated between pale and flushed, his nails digging almost into his palms. But remembering the other party’s final promise, he sighed resignedly.

Song Qingshu carried Cheng Yaojia back to the room, suddenly feeling a dampness on his chest. Looking down, he saw that the beauty in his arms was already in tears.

“Is Madam angry with me?” Song Qingshu placed her on a stool, unable to help but sigh.

“Are you finally satisfied? Is this what you wanted to see?” Cheng Yaojia suddenly began to sob.

Song Qingshu shook his head, saying softly, “This is not what I wanted to see. Actually, I wanted to see Young Master Lu suddenly attack, even if his martial arts are far inferior to mine, he should have shown that he wanted to protect you. If he had spoken up just now, I would never have taken you away.”

“I don’t believe it!” Cheng Yaojia raised her head, staring intently into his eyes.

“Indeed, I truly couldn’t bear to part with you, Madam. In my heart, I prayed a thousand times, ten thousand times, that Young Master Lu wouldn’t keep you. Fortunately, he didn’t disappoint me in the end,” Song Qingshu said with a smile.

Cheng Yaojia’s expression darkened. “You win.”

“In matters of the heart, there are no winners or losers,” Song Qingshu shook his head, comforting her. “Let’s not talk about those unhappy things anymore. Let’s drink.”

“Okay, let’s drink!” Cheng Yaojia seemed to have let go of everything, though a hint of bitterness lingered in her smile.

Song Qingshu filled both their glasses with wine before saying, “It seems it’s Madam’s turn to toast me now.”

“Alright, I’ll toast you!” A shallow dimple appeared on Cheng Yaojia’s cheek as she held her glass up to Song Qingshu with both hands.

To everyone’s surprise, Song Qingshu said, “Madam, this toast is rather insincere. I won’t drink it.”

Cheng Yaojia rolled her eyes at him, annoyed. “Then how do you want me to toast you?”

Song Qingshu smiled, not answering directly, but instead saying, “The ancients said, ‘Fine wine in a luminous cup,’ but in my opinion, while the luminous cup is nice, it’s not the best container for fine wine.”

Cheng Yaojia’s attention was immediately drawn, and she subconsciously asked, “Then what is the best container for fine wine?”

Song Qingshu glanced at her luscious red l!ps.

“Even the finest wine, after several distillations and fermentations, will inevitably have a slight sourness,” he replied. “The most suitable thing to counteract this sourness is sugar, but unfortunately, sugar is too coarse and doesn’t match the elegance of fine wine. However, there is another sweet thing that can both neutralize the sourness of fine wine and is anything but vulgar.”

“What is that?” Cheng Yaojia, also from a wealthy family, had never heard of this before and was very curious. Her large eyes blinked, perhaps because she had just cried, and her eyes were now exceptionally bright and clear.

“As the Grand Secretary of the Ming Dynasty once said, ‘When the wine is first poured, the frost-covered surface of the Han River is rich and fertile; like a newly cut sword, its beauty stirs the essence of Wu; it washes away the fragrant s@liva of the Jade Pool, and flows with the sweetness of a beautiful w0man’s l!ps.ʼ” Song Qingshu smiled slightly. “In this mortal world, the Jade Pool is hard to find, but in my eyes, how can the fragrant s@liva of the Jade Pool compare to the fragrant s@liva of a beautiful w0man?”

“A beautiful w0man’s s@liva is incomparably sweet, the perfect remedy for the astringency of fine wine. Therefore, a beautiful w0man’s cherry-red l!ps are the best vessel for fine wine.” After speaking, Song Qingshu looked at the beauty before him with great interest.

Cheng Yaojia’s pretty face flushed instantly. He had made his meaning so clear; how could she not understand? For a moment, she sat there, unsure what to do, only constantly fidgeting with the hem of her dress, clearly her heart in turmoil.

Seeing her unmoved, Song Qingshu sighed, “It seems Madam’s toast lacks sincerity; perhaps it’s best not to drink it.” He then deliberately slammed his glass down on the table.

“Hey~” Cheng Yaojia quickly reached out to stop him, “Who said I lacked sincerity!”

However, noticing his amused gaze, she still felt somewhat embarrassed: “Could you try a different approach? This is rather awkward.”

Song Qingshu firmly shook his head: “No, I’ll drink the toast Madam offers.”

“How can you be so domineering?” Cheng Yaojia immediately pouted.

“That’s just how domineering I am!” Song Qingshu stared intently at her.

Under his gaze, Cheng Yaojia even felt a faint burning sensation on her skin. A surge of excitement coursed through her, and she blurted out, almost unconsciously, “Fine, I’ll toast you!”

She then downed the red wine in her glass in one gulp, then stood up and walked to Song Qingshu.

Faced with the situation, Cheng Yaojia ultimately wasn’t as carefree as she thought, and for a moment she froze, unsure what to do.

Seeing the faint red wine stain at the corner of her l!ps, contrasting sharply with her snow-white skin in the candlelight, making her look exceptionally alluring, Song Qingshu knew that now was not the time to wait for her to offer the wine. He reached out and pulled Cheng Yaojia into his lap.

Song Qingshu looked down at her, her rosy cheeks and especially the shyness in her brows, making her even more captivating.

A thought struck him, and he leaned down to lick the wine stain clean from her l!ps.

Cheng Yaojia’s almond-shaped eyes widened instantly. Feeling the other’s warm tongue, she felt a tremor run through her soul.

Glug~

Cheng Yaojia’s heart pounded, and her snow-white neck swayed as she swallowed, the sound extremely clear in the quiet room.

“I…I swallowed it.” Cheng Yaojia was extremely embarrassed, wishing she could disappear into the ground.

“It’s alright, I’ll feed you.” Song Qingshu grabbed the wine jug on the table, took a few deep gulps, and then pressed his l!ps directly to hers.

“Mmm~”

Cheng Yaojia instinctively tried to push him away, but her hand, halfway there, suddenly lost its strength. She simply held onto his clothes, letting him pry open her teeth and pour the sweet grape wine into her mouth.

After what seemed like an eternity, the wine was long gone. Song Qingshu savored her sweet, soft l!ps, unwilling to part.

Smelling the delicate fragrance emanating from her, Song Qingshu’s breathing became heavy, and his large hands unconsciously reached inside her clothes.

“No~” Cheng Yaojia hurriedly grabbed his hand, noticing the surprised look in his eyes, she suddenly lowered her head shyly, “I…I want to drink a little more wine.”

“To embolden yourself with alc0hol?” Song Qingshu didn’t say that aloud, but instead said, “Sure!”

So he picked up the wine glass again and took a few sips, then leaned down and pressed his l!ps to her soft l!ps.
