Young Master Mo, Are You Done Kissing?

The man’s voice was husky and teasing. Ji Nuan could hardly take it.

Especially right now… he was in so much discomfort…

Ji Nuan naturally felt apologetic toward Mo Jingshen. She felt that even if she had to do it all, there was nothing to be ashamed of. She reached over, wanting to tug on the belt hidden beneath his shirt.

Mo Jingshen abruptly pressed her hands down. His gaze was heavy, and it carried boundless darkness and depth as he stared at this little woman who did not fear death.

“Even surveillance cameras will have blind spots. Let’s find a corner where it won’t be able to capture anything.” Ji Nuan did not wish to see him hiding his pain and took the initiative to scan the bathroom and the surroundings of the tub. “Here, after closing the lights and blocking it with the door, they surely won’t be able to capture anything!”

She was about to head behind the bathroom door. Her hand remained tightly gripping his shirt, preventing him from moving away.

At the instant when Ji Nuan had moved behind the door, Mo Jingshen sighed lowly and did not allow her to unfasten his belt. Instead, he held onto her wrist, bending over to kiss her harshly. The kiss was deep and heavy, almost as though he was trying to swallow her whole.

Finally, he forcefully pressed down Ji Nuan’s disobedient hands moving about his body. He softly grunted, gritting his teeth to ask, “Do you want me to die?”

Ji Nuan’s hands were restrained by him and could not move. She could only stare at him with wide eyes while sincerely saying, “It’s just using my hands. I really can do it! In the past, Xia Tian and I have secretly watched… those type of movies…”

Seeing how Mo Jingshen’s brows had lifted, Ji Nuan immediately put on an agitated expression of wanting to try. “It’s so rare that I’m taking so much initiative! How can you not treasure it?!”

“Of course, I have to treasure it.” Mo Jingshen chuckled softly but continued gripping her wrist. “Although the wounds on your hands aren’t deep, when you climbed up, they were scratched by metal. These sort of wounds need to be dealt with a tetanus shot. Now that you were caught in the rain, the wound has already turned red and is beginning to be infected.”

As he spoke, he comforted her instead and gently kissed her forehead. “I can’t take the risk of infecting your wound. After tolerating for one night, it’ll be over. It’s fine.”

Ji Nuan deeply regretted the fact that she had prepared for everything but forgot to wear a pair of protective gloves when she was climbing.

She eyed her own palms that were indeed slightly swollen. A bit of blood would even ooze out occasionally from some of the scratches.

She sat there, thinking. Mo Jingshen had thought she was considering the wound on her hand. Yet, in the next moment, the words she spoke caused the composure he had been maintaining for more than twenty years to almost collapse.

“Or should I… use my mouth… to try?”

“…”

Ji Nuan felt embarrassed after the man’s sudden silence. She had seen many films in the future. Although she had never done it, it was not that foreign to her.

“Then, I’ll go turn off the bathroom lights…” Ji Nuan stood up and was about to walk around the man to switch off the lights.

In the end, she had only just stood up when the grip around her wrist tightened. The man pressed her against the wall, bending to thrust his heated face in her neck. He held her tightly with discomfort, and his ridiculously husky voice rang against her neck. “If you wish to try it, after leaving this place, I’ll give you the opportunity anytime.”

Ji Nuan’s face instantly bloomed red. “Who said I wanted to try it. It’s because you seem too uncomfortable…”

Mo Jingshen chuckled lowly, hugging her. “It’s fine. I’ll just hold you like this. Stand there and don’t move.”

“Are you sure… just hugging will do?”

“En.” His voice remained low and husky.

“But I feel that you are in a lot of pain…”

He did not speak any further, holding her tightly. Ji Nuan leaned against the wall and allowed the man’s tightened body to press against her completely. Their bodies were not separated by any gap, and his heated body gradually warmed her up.

Ji Nuan obediently held his back, pressing her face against his chest. She closed her eyes and listened to the man’s heartbeat; it was not as stable as it usually was.

Yet, even like this, even as Mo Jingshen’s short hair was slightly messy, he was still handsome without any flaws. Even as his clothing was half-soaked by her, he still maintained the unique charisma his composure had.

In comparison, Ji Nuan, who had just climbed up from the 30th floor without any care for her life, was completely soaked. There were even some blood stains on her clothing. With the small abrasion on her face, her figure was beyond sorry.

She never thought her figure would be sorrier than his even at this moment.

After embracing for a long moment, so long that Ji Nuan felt she was about to be burned by the heat of his embrace, her emotions finally relaxed. Ji Nuan stayed in his arms just like this and fell partially asleep.

All of a sudden, the man spoke huskily, “Go out first. Let me take a shower.”

Ji Nuan opened her eyes. She had almost fallen asleep and was not fully conscious. She asked in a daze, “A cold shower?”

“En.”

Ji Nuan nodded her head and cooperatively turned to walk out when all of a sudden, a dry towel landed above her head.

“This place is not convenient for you to change your clothes. Your body is still soaked. Wrap the towel around yourself.”

Ji Nuan nodded and brought the towel out.

After relaxing, she was really sleepy. She kept the towel around herself and subconsciously thought to move to the bed or sofa to rest. In the end, she had just approached the bed when she saw the large bundle of blankets. All of her drowsiness instantly cleared up.

She calmed her mind and flipped the bedside lights on. She slowly stretched her hand out, tugging open the blankets.

Indeed, she saw a young woman quietly lying there. She slept with steady breathing. In such a situation, that she was able to sleep so well meant she was truly drugged.

While it appeared unclear how long this woman would remain unconscious, her clothes were adequately fastened. Nothing was revealed, and this blanket was most likely tossed over by Mo Jingshen. Even her face was not uncovered.

This was after all a secretary from Mo Corporation. If it were not because she had drunk coffee with An Shuyan, she would not have been sent before her boss’s sight. At the end of the day, she was just an innocent girl.

Ji Nuan gently brought the sheets over her once more. Although she covered her face, she kept a small gap on the top to prevent from suffocating her.

Outside the windows, the rain was still coming down, but it was much lighter than before, and the thunder sounds were much more distant.

Ji Nuan stood before the window to stare at the ocean view not far away. Even now, she did not dare to look down from this angle. The height from the 33rd floor made it impossible to see clearly the shrubs downstairs. Even the passing cars were only the size of a fingernail.

The word love was indeed a strange event that only happened when the time and location was right.

It could strangely bring people limitless courage, even to the point of setting aside their fear of death.

The sound of running water stopped. Mo Jingshen stepped out of the bathroom to see Ji Nuan standing in front of the windows as she started toward the sea.
