Tower Defense Survival: I Defend the Whole Country Alone!

The battle angel and the divine weapon, Crimson Firmament, descended on the battlefield.

The two dark cavaliers were no match for Vivier.

Not to mention Vivier’s angel attributes that completely restrained their undead attributes, just the level 7 divine weapon, Crimson Firmament, was enough to annihilate them!

After cutting a dark cavalier into two, Vivier turned her gaze to the other dark cavalier.

The most basic characteristic of undead creatures was that they were not afraid of death.

To put it simply, their brain had a problem.

They could only reckless charge when they saw their enemies.

As expected, this dark cavalier became Crimson Firmament’s whetstone.

Pierce, who was standing on the high wall, smiled and nodded when he saw Vivier easily finish off the two dark cavaliers.

Even without Crimson Firmament, Vivier could easily deal with four to five dark cavaliers.

But it would not be so simple like now. Just two basic attacks had crushed the enemies into dust.

After the dark cavaliers were dealt with, they began to wait.

They were waiting for the peak level 5 Soaring Serpent to appear!

The fog still shrouded the forest and did not dissipate.

Lightning was swimming in the sky, occasionally rumbling.

At this moment, it was silent around Country M’s city. Even the slightest commotion could be easily heard.

The strange atmosphere did not last long.

It was broken by the trembling on the ground.

The stones on the ground trembled slightly, and rustling sounds appeared from the forest.

“Is it the Soaring Serpent?”

Pierce looked into the distance as if he could see through the fog and saw a body moving quickly on the ground.

It had an emerald green body, hard scales, and two horns.

This was the Soaring Serpent with peak level 5 strength!

According to the hint given by the Tower Defense world, this Soaring Serpent was considered a semi-mythical creature.

Vivier’s eyes narrowed as she turned to look deep into the forest.

As a level 4 battle angel, she easily felt the pressure that was sweeping towards her.

This was a very strong opponent!

Although it was not as powerful as the eight-headed serpent, Vivier had never fought against the eight-headed serpent, so this creature was one of the strongest creatures she had ever encountered and was about to fight.

The atmosphere of the battle was instantly condensed.

Even the griffin who was eating dog food stopped and stared at Vivier.

As for Succubus Mel, she could not find a chance to attack.

After all, the 3,000 zombie wolves were annihilated by the arrow towers, while the two level 4 dark cavaliers were killed by Vivier.

Mel’s wide eyes searched for an opportunity to strike the Soaring Serpent.

Boom!

A huge tree was knocked to the ground, stirring up dust.

Amidst the dust, a huge serpent head was staring at Vivier.

The peak level 5 Soaring Serpent appeared.

It had an emerald-green body, its scales reflected the lightning, and there were two exquisite dragon horns on its head.

These features reminded everyone that the serpent was a Mythical creature.

“This is going to be troublesome!”

Pierce looked at the serpent in front of him with a grave expression. This was the first time he had seen such a powerful creature.

He did not know if Vivier could deal with it.

The image returned to the battlefield!

Vivier held Crimson Firmament in one hand and stared at the Soaring Serpent who was hiding in the fog.

Her fighting spirit was also aroused.

Crimson Firmament burst into flames as it slashed with all its might.

A fiery red crescent slash was swung out.

The fiery red sword energy ruthlessly chopped at the Soaring Serpent’s body.

The Soaring Serpent immediately twisted its body in pain.

The slash struck its hard scales, leaving a red scar on its emerald body.

Seeing the Soaring Serpent wail, Vivier tilted her head in dissatisfaction.

She could tell that these were all caused by Crimson Firmament.

If not for this Crimson Firmament, it would have been impossible for her to break the scales with just the sword condensed from her divine power.

She stabbed Crimson Firmament into the ground. She wanted to use her strength to defeat this Soaring Serpent!

The golden light in her hand condensed into a long sword.

The corners of Vivier’s mouth turned up slightly as she charged at Soaring Serpent.

She was extremely fast. Before the serpent could even react, she had already arrived before its face.

The serpent revealed a ferocious expression.

It was this weak creature that had actually wounded it!

It opened its mouth, and a purple mist spewed out.

It was poisonous gas specially used to deal with food.

As a peak level 5 creature, Soaring Serpent relied on its hard body and insidious poisonous gas.

However, its body which it relied on for survival had suffered from that sword.

At this moment, Vivier, who had her wings spread open behind her, quickly dodged the poisonous gas that was spewing out.

The sword in her hand danced rapidly.

One, two, three…

The sword condensed from divine power sliced across Soaring Serpent’s body, but it was unable to cause any damage.

Am I too weak?

Vivier was a little absent-minded as she looked at the sword in her hand that had collapsed from the backlash.

The divine power collapsed!

If it were Crimson Firmament, the serpent would already be beheaded.

No, she could not depend on external power!

Vivier looked determined.

The sword condensed in her hand once again.

However, the damage was too low.

Even Pierce grimaced at the sight.

After all, the scales on the Soaring Serpent meant that it was about to advance to level 6.

The hint had appeared earlier, and Pierce knew the weakness of the indestructible serpent.

But it was better not to tell Vivier.

After all, Vivier, who had Crimson Firmament, could easily kill the Soaring Serpent.

Perhaps this was Vivier’s training for herself!

Before long, the battle was in a complete stalemate.

The serpent had no way to deal with Vivier, who had high agility.

Similarly, Vivier’s divine power had no way to damage the hard scales of the Soaring Serpent.

The situation fell into a stalemate.

Vivier gritted her teeth.

This was the first time she had encountered an enemy that left her helpless since she was born.

If Crimson Firmament was not around, did that mean that the invasion was going to fail?!

Vivier was unwilling to give up.

She could clearly feel the powerful divine power hidden in her body.

But she had no way to mobilize it…
