Madam Li's Identity Is Exposed Again!

Chapter 1820: Chapter 1810: Always Having Someone Follow Her

A man who looked like a secretary came in, placed his hands in front of him, and bowed respectfully as he reported, ”President Si, the Public Relations Department has already taken over Miss Lin’s emergency public relations. We have made contact with the mainstream media; they won’t deliberately track the story of Miss Lin’s statement. Regarding public opinion, we have convened an emergency meeting and locked in on guiding public opinion towards Miss Lin’s true disposition. However...”

”Speak!”

He paused, then braced himself to continue, ”But the commotion caused by Miss Lin this time is too big, I’m afraid it’s not so easy to guide public opinion. Even if the matter is suppressed, it may still have a certain impact on Miss Lin’s career.”

Publicly admitting to having a boyfriend while cooperating with the company to deceive the public with hype, only to be ’forced’ to reveal the truth due to her boyfriend’s jealousy, unilaterally tearing up the cooperation, and issuing a statement.

As soon as Lin Anxin’s statement came out, not to mention anything else, Lu Zhiang’s fans were the first to be upset.

The Weibo was filled with curses.

Now, Lin Anxin’s national favorability could be said to have hit rock bottom, no amount of public relations could save it. The best that could be done was to save whatever could be saved.

”President Si, we will try our best to guide public opinion to favor Miss Lin. But in the short term, Miss Lin should still not be too high-profile. It may be necessary to wait for one or two good works to come out and market them with those works.”

After he finished speaking, he buried his head, not daring to speak further.

Si Chen remained silent for a long time before saying, ”I know. Let’s first try to salvage things, and do what public relations can be done with the media. If we can’t manage it through public relations, we’ll directly acquire them! I don’t care what they say online, the mainstream media must keep silent!”

Online attention spans are short; new news will automatically divert people’s attention.

His thin lips touched, ”Also, arrange for the Paparazzi’s marketing accounts to timely release some new news to divert the heat.”

He looked sharply at the people in the Public Relations Department and said, ”Remember! I need to minimize the impact at all costs! Do you understand what I mean by ’at all costs’?”

The man reacted quickly, understanding that President Si’s words likely meant that the interests of all the company’s artists could be sacrificed. As long as Miss Lin could be protected, it didn’t matter if others were sacrificed. A chill ran through his heart as he quickly thought about any recent explosive material that could be used to divert public attention, and said swiftly, ”I understand, President Si.”

”And spread the word, there’s no need to blacklist Lu Zhiang anymore. Let that previous advertiser go talk to his agent again, say that I said cooperation can continue.”

The man didn’t understand why he suddenly decided not to blacklist Lu Zhiang, but didn’t dare to ask, ”Yes, President Si.”

”How is she?” After Si Chen finished giving instructions, he propped up his head and rubbed his temple, suddenly asking.

”Is President Si asking about Miss Lin?” The man, showing great perceptiveness, said, ”Miss Lin sat for a while at the bus stop outside the company and then took a taxi back to the hotel. Our people are still following Miss Lin.”

Si Chen said in a low voice, ”Have them follow her well, and contact me immediately if there is anything!”

”Okay.”

”You may leave.”

”Yes.”

After the man left.

He leaned against the swivel chair, silent for a while. The image of that woman with reddened eyes kept appearing in his mind, his heart tightening more and more, as though it was being held by an invisible giant hand, almost making it impossible to breathe...
