Madam Li's Identity Is Exposed Again!

Chapter 1392: Chapter 1392: Journalists Block the Door

He looked nothing like a patient.

Where is there a patient who is so demanding and domineering?

Li Beijue was yelled at by her, first stunned, a little taken aback. Quickly, he regained his composure, his temples thumping, falcon-like eyes squinting, just about to teach this clueless woman a lesson.

At this time.

Huo Yi, who had sent the doctor out earlier, returned and ran right into his fiery gaze, inwardly lighting a candle for himself, and said boldly, ”Master Jue, many journalists have come outside.”

”Journalists? Why are there journalists?” Chi Enen was puzzled.

Huo Yi explained with a headache, ”It should be because a member of the medical staff has leaked the news of Master Jue’s injury, attracting a bunch of journalists.”

Journalists coming isn’t a big deal; security can keep them outside.

But a hospital is not a hotel; no matter how rich Li Beijue is, he can’t book the entire place.

The trouble is that other people can’t be barred from being treated.

Journalists are such that they would use any means for news, including disguising as patients to sneak into the hospital; some journalists would absolutely do that!

Once one media outlet gets a photo of Master Jue, others will find ways, by any means necessary, to sneak in.

By then, not only would Master Jue not be able to recuperate properly, but he might not be able even to rest well.

What’s most problematic is that this hospital doesn’t have a standalone VIP ward area, meaning his VIP ward is in the same inpatient department as the ordinary wards. It’s even more difficult for security to screen people.

Chi Enen also thought of what Huo Yi had considered, furrowed her eyebrows slightly.

Li Beijue’s handsome face was still somewhat pale; he sat up and calmly instructed Huo Yi, ”I remember Yun Teng has a resort by the seaside; arrange to clear the place. I’ll move there.”

As if knowing what Huo Yi was going to say, he added, ”Call Si Chen, inform him of the situation, and have him come over.”

With Si Chen, the top doctor, there, Huo Yi swallowed back the words that had reached his mouth, and replied rigorously, ”Yes, Master Jue, I’ll arrange it immediately.”

Chi Enen, watching him pull out the hypodermic needle, quickly supported him, worriedly said, ”Li Beijue, are you okay?”

He was hit on the back of the head with a chair and had blocked a few knives for Chi Enen. Although the knife wounds were in non-fatal places, to say he was entirely okay was absolutely false. The blood color on Li Beijue’s handsome face faded even more, looking paler. Were it not for his strong aura, his illness would be more apparent, he said carelessly, ”It’s nothing, just some minor injuries. It’s not like I haven’t been hurt before.”

Chi Enen, however, keenly noticed his pale face, pressed her lips, and said, ”Li Beijue, wait here, I’ll get the doctor.”

She was just about to leave when she was seized by the wrist, ”What are you calling the doctor for?”

Chi Enen furrowed her eyebrows distrustfully, ”Let the doctor check you again, see if you are fit to move. If not, I’ll find a way to stop those journalists.”

”You can’t stop them.”

He had much more experience in this area than Chi Enen; journalists are essentially the most pervasive creatures.

And there would only be more and more.

If we don’t go now, when more journalists arrive, every door of the hospital will surely be swarmed, making it even more troublesome to leave.

”Chi Enen, listen to me!”
