What Do You Mean There Are Other Transmigrators In My Harem Fantasy?

Ok… So I fully believe that Lisa was acting this entire time to string this guy along for some reason. The only problem is that I don’t know why she was doing that and whether it had anything to do with my mission.

Maybe she found out something just now that made her act like this? Like he’s behind some kind of weird thing that outed him as someone who isn’t actually from this World?

Perhaps he was threatening her or something? Nah, that’s not possible.

I’ll just ask Lisa about it later anyway so I guess I’ll just play along with this act for now.

Lisa told the guy to start telling me how he got to his level of proficiency in Alchemy and the guy basically took that as his chance to go ahead and start boasting about his skills. Your source is m-vl|emp,yr

He started talking about how he would follow his teacher to gather herbs to familiarise himself with them, as if he was the only one who does that…

Then he would boast about how he would meticulously prepare the same potion over and over again until he could prepare them without referring to a recipe book. He said it only took him three weeks to memorise the procedure for making a Lesser grade healing potion.

I really had to hold myself back from blurting out what was there even to remember in creating a simple potion like that? I literally memorised it the same day I was taught since all you needed to do was grind up the herbs, toss it into the cauldron with the binding agents, then pour your mana into it and stir until it’s done.

You need three weeks to memorise something as simple as that?! Is your memory just bad or do you just suck?!

I was so surprised by him that I couldn’t help but let it show on my face. Luckily, he was basically boasting to Lisa so he wasn’t looking at me which prevented me from being exposed.

Still, I could tell that Lisa was really doing her best to hold it in with what this guy was saying.

Or at least I believe she was, since I could somewhat tell from the feeling I was getting from her.

That wasn’t even the worst of what he said too.

He even tried to claim that each of his potions was unique because all of them tasted different each time he made them.

For the uninitiated… He’s basically boasting that his potions tasted different because he put in different binding agents each time he made them… Which was not anything worth boasting about…

But the problem here was the fact that I knew he was using the same binding ingredients because of what he said earlier when we were making the mana potion. That could only mean that he’s constantly screwing up his potion making process as it would be either made with impurities or that he screwed up one of the steps while making the potion.

How the hell did this guy even get to the first tier of proficiency? What’s more… He even tried to drug Lisa with an aphrodisiac…

I don’t even know how to make an aphrodisiac…

Oh wait… Is that why Lisa managed to catch him? Because his potion was made so badly that Lisa could already tell what it was without drinking it?

Now that actually made sense…

I had already tuned out what he was saying at this point and was wondering whether I should strike him off the list of suspects or continue monitoring him when he finally finished speaking.

Lisa turned to me and gave me a nod, “Did you catch all that, Aster?”

I immediately nodded my head, “Yes, Professor Lisa… But if I may be allowed to do so… Could I just stay back for a moment and check some things I was unsure of with you?”

Lisa most likely understood that was my signal that I wanted to talk to her privately.

“Of course. In that case, you may leave now, Bracca.”

I thought the boy would listen to his crush but surprisingly, he stood his ground, “If I may, professor Lisa. I think it would be better if I stayed to answer her questions for you instead so that she wouldn’t waste your time. Your own time is more precious than hers after all.”

Oh geez, can you take a hint, dude?

Lisa shook her head, “I have already troubled you enough, Bracca. I can take it from here. You should go back and rest.”

The idiot turned out to not only be an idiot but also stubborn and oblivious since he still insisted, “That’s alright professor Lisa! I can handle something like this, no problem! It is in fact an honour for me to do it!”

“Bracca, my pride as a teacher is on the line here. You’re not suggesting that I couldn’t even handle a student like Aster?”

“Ah… Not at all, Professor Lisa. But… Could I stay and listen as well?”

“That would not be necessary. School is already over, Bracca and I have delayed you long enough.”

“But I insist that it would not be a problem, Professor Lisa! I could help you answer any stupid questions she might have so that you don’t have to!”

Lisa’s patience seemed to be waning as well since I could feel her irritation welling up.

She shook her head at him, “Bracca, someone of your calibre shouldn’t be wasting their time here. Go back and practise more to excel in class and perhaps I might teach you personally after that.”

The idiot definitely mistook that as a promise and invitation and quickly nodded his head enthusiastically, “I got it, Professor Lisa! Don’t worry, I’ll make you proud!”

He then turned to me and his face quickly changed to one of contempt, “You… Don’t you waste anymore of Professor Lisa’s time and actually learn how to do alchemy…”

The idiot didn’t even wait for me to respond before he left, Lisa guiding him to the door and bidding him farewell before shutting the door and locking it.

I let out the breath I didn’t even know I had been holding the moment he left.

Lisa then walked over to me and I looked up to see that she also let out a sigh of her own.

“Ok, I guess you should explain?” I prompted her.

“He tried to slip another aphrodisiac to me again this morning.”

I raised an eyebrow, “Didn’t you catch him the first time? And yet he still dared to do it after you caught him?”

She came over to my side, “Before we go further… I need to do a little bit of cleansing.”

I didn’t get to ask her what she meant by that before she suddenly pulled me into a deep kiss with her tongue invading my mouth to wrap around mine.

Instincts took over me and I kissed her back, enjoying her taste for a good long minute before we separated.

Lisa giggled, “Ehehehe~ That felt better~ Anyway… I didn’t call him out on it the first time. I just made an excuse and ended up not drinking it. So he thought that I didn’t know what it was. This time, I decided to test him to see what he planned to do after drugging me.”

I raised an eyebrow, “Isn’t it obvious? To fuck you, of course.”

“Mmm… That’s what I thought at first but the dosage is too low for that. At most it would just make me feel a little bit aroused and nothing more. That’s why I was trying to act like everything he did was right to me to sell that idea I was affected when I wasn’t.”

“I mean… Well… We know that he has a crush on you so it goes without saying that he wants to attract you in some way… Wait… Don’t tell me that was exactly what he was trying to do?”

Lisa tilted her head, “What was he trying to do?”

“The potion would make you feel aroused… Then he keeps flirting with you so you might mistakenly attribute your arousal to his words and then think that you actually like what he’s doing when you actually don’t?”

Lisa gasped, “Oh! How diabolical! I should totally do something like that!”

“Lisa…”

“Ehehehe~ I’m kidding~ I don;t need a potion to do that~ Besides… I already have you anyway so there’s no need for me to make use of something like that~”

“Uh huh… So what do you think? He’s clearly trying to seduce you so what should we do?”

She opened her mouth before quickly shutting it, taking a moment to think about it for a moment.

Her lips then slowly curled into a smile and I knew right there and then whatever she was thinking about definitely wasn’t good for that guy.

“I have the perfect idea of what we can do, Aster!”

Yeah… I think I can already guess what you have in mind…
