What Do You Mean There Are Other Transmigrators In My Harem Fantasy?

“So… Can I have something that would prevent that from happening?” I asked after telling Justinia my exchange with the innkeeper the next morning.

All of us were having breakfast inside Justinia’s tent which happened to be served by Mary.

Justinia nodded, the King looking immaculate and not like she just had an entire night of sex with Mother and I just a few hours ago.

“I see… That was indeed an oversight on my part. I hadn’t thought that they would be hiding in plain sight like that. But I cannot endorse you for this as it might be used against us where dissenters claim that we are against all Off-Worlders and sow conflict. Instead…”

Mother giggled from behind me where she was still cuddling me, “Oh my little one~ You have Mama’s permission to make use of our Family name wherever you need to~”

“Wouldn’t that bring trouble to our family though?” I asked.

“Ufufufu~ That would not be anything new, my little one~ And Mama knows my little one would not abuse it~”

Well… More like I’m already terrified of using it in the first place because of the implications that might come with it… I only used it the last time because it was the only thing I could think of at that moment.

Also… I wouldn’t expect everyone to know who the Nilm Family is especially for people at the border of the country. That’s why I was even surprised that the innkeeper even knew us and I was fully prepared to just knock him out or something to get away.

Since Mother was already telling me to do it… I guess I’ll most likely be putting on my maid uniform for our next hunt.

No, wait… That might tip off the Off-Worlder instead so I guess I’ll just wear them if I need to instead.

Mother giggled, “Oh, and if it’s too bothersome for my little one to bring these little useless wastes of space back, feel free to just kill them~”

Justinia frowned, “I… Would rather you bring them back alive, Aster… But if they are making it difficult and it would be safer for you to kill them, do so.”

I nodded, “I’ll keep that in mind… I suppose I should make a move first?”

Mother tilted her head, “Ara, ara? Already leaving so soon, my child? Mama was sure that you would be accompanying us for the next few weeks or so.”

I turned to look up at Mother, “I still need to search for them, Mother… All I know now is that he’s at the border between us and Shendhala Oligarchy. I might not be as lucky as this time and find him within a day of being there.”

“Ara? If you already know that he’s there, just flatten the entire place and you’ll get him right?”

What?

Justinia groaned, “Madam Nilm… Please do not encourage Aster to commit mass genocide…”

“Ufufufu~ What’s wrong with that? If this helps her come home to me faster, isn’t that the best solution?”

“I’m not even going to comment on that…”

Well… Don’t worry Justinia, I don’t intend to wipe out entire villages just to get one guy.

I got up from Mother’s lap, “Ummm… Anyway, I think I should go now. Thank you, Sister Justi, for the meal.”

She waved at me, “It’s barely worth thanking me over, Aster. I should be the one thanking you for helping us track down these Off-Worlders.”

I would tell her that I was also doing this for my own benefit as well but that would probably lead to us thanking each other repeatedly so I just accepted her thanks with a nod.

Mary was already waiting for me as though she had expected me to decide to leave at that exact moment.

“Where would you like me to teleport you to, Young Mistress?”

I already have an answer for that so I answered immediately, “Sands Border Town please~”

She nodded and turned away to start creating the portal that would lead me there.

Mother came over to me in the meantime and pulled me into another hug, “Be careful, my little one~ If you need help, don’t hesitate to shout for Mama! Mama will come flying to help you!”

I think she actually meant that literally…

“I’ll be fine, Mommy. I’m not alone after all.”

“Ara, ara~ My little one is growing up so fast~”

The portal materialised and I separated from Mother, letting her give me another kiss on my forehead before releasing me and waving me goodbye.

I waved back at all of them before stepping through the portal, expecting myself to appear near another Waystone like before.

Instead, I found myself standing in the middle of a desert with sand dunes as far as the eye could see.

Eh? Why did Mary drop me here? As far as I know, there shouldn’t be any deserts within LehcIarouc Kingdom which meant that I was in Shendhala Oligarchy right now.

I would understand being sent here if I wanted to go to a town owned by the Shendhala Oligarchy but Sands Border Town is still located within the Lehcarouc Kingdom’s borders…

Hmm… I guess this was the safest spot to teleport me without making me look suspicious?

But where is the– Oh! I see people in the distance! I think that’s a caravan too, judging by the wagons amongst the group.

And… Are they being attacked right now?

Instead of moving, the wagons seemed to be arranged in a defensive position and even from here, I could hear shouts and battlecries from that direction.

This actually brings back memories… Specifically how I would write about the main characters finding some merchant in trouble and rushing in to save them.

Then again, I experienced that for myself here as well so I guess– Ah, I should be going to save them right now instead of thinking about it. Especially since they might be able to help point me in the direction of Sands Border Town.

I leapt into the air and unfurled my wings from my back, propelling myself towards them and preparing myself for a fight.

As I got closer, I realised that the people guarding the caravan were defending themselves against some weird monsters that looked like a cross between a dog and a lizard.

And by that, I meant they had the head and body of a dog, but they had short clawed limbs and a long tail like a lizard. There were at least two dozen of them which outnumbered the caravan guards more than two to one.

I used [Screened] on them to see what their stats were like.

[Name: Dune Strider

Race: Monster

Stats:

20 Strength

35 Dexterity

15 Endurance

15 Magic

Magic Skills:

Geomancy (Tier 1)]

They’re not that strong so I guess their strength comes from the fact that there’s so many of them.

Time to get to work then.

I angled myself towards the ground and pulled out my Light Sword, dropping from the sky while aiming myself to drop on top of one of the monsters.

I flipped my sword to point downwards and the monster seemed to have heard the rush of wind coming from above since it stopped and tilted its head upwards to look at me.

Despite it being a monster, I could tell that it was clearly surprised to see me and it didn’t even have time to react before I landed right on top of it, my sword plunging through its head and killing it instantly.

That was a short moment of silence as everyone was surprised by my entrance, both monsters and the guards stopping their fight to turn to look at me.

I stood up from the corpse of the monster while pulling my sword out slowly, completing my dramatic entrance.

Hey, I need to make a good first impression ok? And you only get one chance at a first impression after all!

The monster nearest to me tried to lunge towards me from the side so I took a step back to avoid it while lifting my sword to cut it vertically in half.

The monsters finally recognised me as a threat and several of them rushed towards me to attack me.

I raised my sword and activated its enchantment, the blade of the sword glowing noticeably right as the next monster lunged at me.

I swung the sword down diagonally and the Dune Strider was cut into two almost like it was made of tofu.

Another came from the other side and I spun my sword in a casual manner, slicing off its head while avoiding it at the same time.

The third one tried to bite at my ankle so I pulled back my leg and punted it across the sand dune without mercy.

The last one that tried to attack me thought it was smart by sneaking up from behind but I turned and slashed my sword to slice its body into two the moment it tried to leap at me.

Just when I was thinking this would be easy, the sand beneath us rumbled and an even bigger Dune Strider appeared from underneath the sands, its size bigger than the caravan these guys were guarding.

Then, as if on cue, even more of the smaller Dune Striders appeared from beneath the sand to surround us, numbering more than five dozens of them.

Hmph… Just because there’s more of you doesn’t mean you got stronger you know?

More trash just makes you all trashier.

Heh.

Alright, let’s clean this place up.
