Regression - Second Chance At Life

Chapter 351: Online Harassment

Seeing Suzaan sexily walk away from Adam can’t help but picture conquering her. She will definitely be the hardest, given her preference, but Adam’s not someone who gives up so easily just because there is a hurdle in his path.

Adam’s also a very patient person. No matter how long he has to wait, he knows his time will come given the complex relationship between him, Isla, and Suzaan.

Suzaan’s not just Isla’s best friend but also her fbw, but now that Isla has Adam in her life, her priorities are definitely going to change.

And the tension that will create is definitely something that Adam can use to his advantage, but it will take some time; until then, he has other things to focus on.

Knowing Isla will take her time getting ready, Adam goes back to scrolling through his social media.

Curious, he opens his fastgram account, and to his surprise, he has over two thousand followers, which is quite a surprise given he really hasn’t posted anything other than a profile picture of his face and a selfie mirror showing off his extremely fit body.

Since he really didn’t care about this Fastgram account, he had muted the notifications and never went to his home page to check on it; the only thing he did was open and scroll through the things that were recommended to him by the algorithm.

Never did he expect his follower count to be over two thousand.

He went to his follower list and started scrolling through them; most of them were people he had never met or talked to.

Scrolling some more, he did find a few familiar names following him: Isla and her bandmates, Candice and a few of her mutuals; he also saw Julia and her friends following him. Then there was Bianca, Brandon’s lover, whom Adam went out of his way to ruin. There was Manny and his mother; Adam can’t wait to go back to her and continue from where they left off.

There were so many names that Adam knew he wasn’t following back, so he spent the next few minutes following them back- friends he had made, women he had talked to.

’Maybe I should spend some more time here, grow my audience given how important a social media following is going to be,’ Adam thought.

Seeing so many people had followed him, he couldn’t help but get curious and go into his DMs, and to his surprise, it’s filled with strangers messaging him.

He opened the most recent one; it’s from a guy. [Fuck you, asshole!! Those muscles aren’t going to help you in a real fight! I could kick your ass with my eyes closed]

Adam was bewildered reading this message. ’Who’s this dude?’ He questioned and opened his profile. It’s of a middle-aged dude. Looking at the face in the pictures, Adam couldn’t recall ever talking to this man or even being in the same room. Now curious, Adam began scrolling through the man’s profile and found videos of him training martial arts.

Seeing the videos of him punching and kicking the heavy bag, Adam couldn’t help but chuckle because the man was ass. His technique was all over the place.

Adam could tell the man had just started training in martial arts.

Adam’s curiosity grew. There are only a few reasons for a man in his late 40s to start training in martial arts. Either he is having a midlife crisis, or he genuinely enjoys the sport and is finally getting the chance to incorporate it into his own life.

And Adam doesn’t think it’s the latter because the more he scrolls down, the more he begins to realize why this guy was being an asshole. Most of his recent posts are just of him posting videos of him doing martial arts or reposting edgy quotes that depict what a man should be like.

Adam starts to realize he is dealing with a bitter internet alpha male, and the reason for his bitterness, Adam finds out after scrolling down a little more.

With every picture, Adam noticed the unraveling of this man’s life.

Before, he was a family man; now he is just a divorcee. To Adam’s surprise, he had a beautiful wife and two stunningly hot daughters who seemed to be around the same age as him.

Even though Adam was not there to see this man’s life unravel, he got a rough idea from what he saw. The wife left, the daughters don’t talk to him, the man had to find something, some purpose, and found martial arts.

But of course, there is only so much he could learn from pictures; luckily, the guy has a video blog channel. Adam clicked it open, and in it he found videos of the man sitting before a camera talking about how to be a real man, trying to advise young men, teaching them the ways of the world.

Of course, there is nothing wrong with what he is doing; it’s how he is doing it that’s wrong. A few videos in, and Adam has a complete read on what kind of man this is.

Divorced by his wife, she took everything he owned; he got bitter, his daughters stopped talking to him, which made him hate women even more. He feels abandoned. He thinks the world is out to get him; society is out to get him, so he has decided to become an asshole.

Ego, the feeling of betrayal, and steroids- one hell of a combination.

Even though Adam figured out why this man is the way he is, he still couldn’t figure out why he went out of his way to insult him, and that’s when Adam noticed he shares some mutual followers with this man. When he looked at who they were, he saw it was his daughters and his wife.

Adam smirks; he checks their profile as well. The daughters are a sight to behold: hot, beautiful, outgoing, dressing in tiny clothes, living the nightlife, enjoying their youth.

As for the mother, she is not some old hag past her prime. In the photos of her before the divorce, she looked like a mess: dark circles, thinning hair, slightly overweight; she looked like she was living in depression, but in the after-divorce photos, she looks like someone finally pumped life back into her.

Her beauty returned. She went from your average housewife to a top grade milf, she got in shape - yoga classes seem to have worked their magic- and then he saw it: a picture of her with a younger man, handsome, tall, lean, muscular; he had his hand around her.

In some, they are kissing. In some, they are semi-naked in the pool, pressed together tightly. There is even a video of them making out sloppily like teenagers while their hands are all over the place; he is grabbing her breasts and ass while she has her hand on his crotch, and in the comments everyone is praising them for being such a bold and outgoing couple.

Even the daughters are openly supporting this new side of her.

As Adam looks at the young guy, he can see the resemblance: tall, black hair, fit, handsome. There is a general resemblance to him.

”So is this it?” Adam murmurs. Is the man angry at him because he reminds him of the guy that’s fucking his ex-wife?

Adam smirks.

Usually, he would just pity such people, but this guy went out of his way to fuck with him, so now Adam is going to fuck with him back.

Adam follows the ex-wife and the two daughters back. He already has some dubious plans in his mind, but it can wait.

Going back to his DMs, he started reading other texts he got from the strangers. Most of them were from women trying to start something, but none of it interested him; it did surprise him that women were trying to slide into his DMs.

After all, he spent the majority of his life having no contact with the female race; he didn’t know the touch of a woman until he paid someone to take his virginity, but now he has women throwing themselves at him without even trying.

He chuckles and moves on. As much as he loves all this attention, he doesn’t have the time of day to entertain all these women.

Just as he was about to leave, a new message popped up from a new account.

He looks at the profile pic; the face in it looks familiar. He zooms in on the profile pic. It’s of the girl he saved.

Yes, that same streamer girl who was going around challenging people to beat her in a game for a kiss, only for a loser to almost kill her; luckily for her, Adam stepped in and saved the day.

’How did she find me?’ Adam questions and opens the DMs.

[Hey, my name’s Illiana, you may know me as Chiperz. The girl you saved that day. I have been trying to find you since that very day to thank you. Can you let me know when you are free,]

As Adam read the dm, his curiosity piqued. How did this girl find him? It’s not like he left anything behind that could be traced back to him.

[How did you find this account?] Adam messaged back.

The reply came immediately.

[Someone named Bart gave it to me. He said you are his friend]

’Bart? Oh, that guy’ Adam recalled talking to that nerdy guy, the one who introduced him to Illiana.

’Looks like his wish finally came true,’ Adam thought and chuckled to himself.
