Regression - Second Chance At Life

Chapter 318: Anonymous

”You can’t do this, boy!” Dante says that when he hears Adam trying to legally bind him.

”And you can’t force me into something I don’t want to, this matter ends here,” Adam says in a firm tone.

Before, he didn’t think much of Dante’s rants, as he just saw Dante as someone who was a little too passionate about this sport, but if he continues to be a problem to Adam, then Adam won’t be tolerant of him anymore.

Seeing Adam get serious, Dante decides to keep his mouth shut for now, as he can see that he is not going to get through Adam’s head anytime soon.

Adam feels relieved seeing Dante take a step back. He then looks at the engineering team and speaks up, ”Can you put some high-end street race tires on it?” He asks as he is going to be riding this beast in the streets very soon.

”We can do that,” One of the engineers says and gets to work. With what Adam did today, they are subconsciously willing to do almost anything he requests of them, as the change in their status has been immediately established.

Before, Adam was just a random kid who wanted to take the Stratosurge out for a spin in the circuit; now, he is the record holder for the person to have the fastest lap time in the Eylendra circuit.

While the engineering team gets to work, the manager once again approaches Adam.

”Mr. Grant, I respect your wish to stay anonymous, but we can’t keep the record hidden from the world,” The manager says.

”I have no problem with that, I just don’t want my real name next to it,” Adam says, as it would be a waste for the world not to know what he just accomplished today.

The only reason Adam doesn’t want this name next to the record is that he wants to focus on his MMA career right now and doesn’t want a distraction from any other career path.

Maybe once he has climbed the mountain top of MMA, he will think about making a name for himself in motorsport, as that would be quite an accomplishment.

Former world heavyweight champion, now the world motorsport champion. Adam smiles, thinking about it as it would definitely add a lot of prestige to his name.

The manager smiles, hearing Adam’s answer. He didn’t care if Adam wanted his name added to the record or not because what’s more important is the record itself.

They can use it to advertise their circuit and bring in more fans to the sport. Every time a record is broken, the general public, who are mostly ignorant of motorsport, would definitely try to look into it, and that could be a great way to bring in more fans.

This also allows the circuit to enter a partnership with Nexara, as it is their car that was used to break the record. The manager is certain that they would love to have a piece of this pie, which allows him to earn more money.

All the social media buzz that would follow from this is great for business; the manager is already thinking of all the ideas he could implement to milk every single drop out of this cow that Adam has just gifted him.

Even his choice of staying mysterious helps the manager because there is nothing the public loves more than a mysterious figure who is extremely exceptional but is walking amongst them.

”Thank you so much, Mr. Grant,” The manager says.

”Don’t thank me, it’s Danny you need to thank, after all, you need his clearance more than mine,” Adam says, pointing at Danny, who is clearly distracted by the lap timer, taking pictures of it, the car, and him next to the car with the timer in the frame.

He even asks Ben to take his picture with everything in the frame.

The manager looks at Danny and realizes that he completely forgot about Danny’s existence. Well, he couldn’t blame himself, as Adam’s too bright a shining start that even a billionaire got drowned out in his light.

But, of course, the manager is a realist. Adam might be shining the brightest right now, but Danny is still the biggest deal.

Now and then, a supernova outshines everything, but the massive stars in the sky continue to live on and shine the brightest.

”Adam, join me in a photo, I need one with the man who made it possible,” Danny says, waving Adam into the photo.

Adam smiles and puts on the helmet again before joining Danny.

”Why the helmet?” Danny asks.

”As I said, I want to be anonymous,” Adam says.

”Ah, I completely forgot, but then again, it’s cooler this way. I can’t wait for people to beg me to reveal your identity to them,” Danny says with a big grin and his arm around Adam’s shoulder as Ben takes their picture with the Stratosurge and the lap timer within the frame.

Adam and Danny stay in the Eylendra circuit for another half an hour as the team is busy replacing the track tires with the new racing tires that Adam requested.

As for Kelly, she hovers around Adam and Danny, wanting to talk to them, but with the manager sticking close to them, she doesn’t get the opportunity she wanted to say the last few words she wanted to convey to Adam.

To thank him for everything. Even though today’s events between her and Adam were not something normal people would do, it allowed Kelly to make some decisive choices that she had wanted to make for a while but hadn’t realized.

Adam also helped her get an internship in one of the racing teams, which is going to greatly help her with the career she has chosen for herself.

With the tires changed, it was time for Adam and Danny to leave.

They got inside the stratosurge and said their goodbye to the manager and Kelly.

As the manager and Kelly watched Adam and Danny drive away, the manager spoke. ”Whatever you did, you did well. Congratulations, you managed to get on the good side of the Coronant heir,” The manager says.

As Kelly heard this, she finally began to realize what this meant to her future. She has been so blinded by Adam and the things he did to her that she has completely sidelined the bigger picture.

As she stands there and contemplates, she recalls giving Danny a blowjob while she was still blissed out from the pleasure of the orgasm she received from Adam.

She sucked a billionaire’s cock, and she was instantly rewarded. It might have been Adam who suggested the internship, but if not for Danny speaking up for her, she wouldn’t have gotten it.

This realization changed the way Kelly looked at the world. The first few months of love she had with her fiancé were a great time; she was happy. Then the few minutes of overwhelming lust, desire, and pleasure she got from Adam completely overshadowed everything she felt in her relationship with her fiancé.

But now, as everything settles down, the biggest realization for Kelly is that power completely trumps everything. To have the world and its people bend to your whims and ways is what matters the most.

Kelly was blinded by Adam’s handsomeness, charm, and sexual prowess that she couldn’t see the bigger fish that was Danny, but Adam still managed to help her steer in the right direction.

He made her suck Danny off, and she managed to please Danny enough to make him happy.

Kelly realized that she could use this; she might be able to get closer to Danny and gain the one thing that could change her life for good and forever. Power.

She knows she has a chance. She might have been blinded by Adam’s light, but she was not completely blind to notice the way Danny looked at her; she knew she needed to use it to her advantage.

”Dude, I still can’t believe you actually broke the record itself,” Danny says excitedly as he stares at his phone screen, which has his picture alongside Adam, the Stratosurge, and the lap timer.

”Well, I did it. I made a promise, I kept it,” Adam says.

”Fuck! I am excited. I can’t wait to rub this on all their faces!” Danny says.

”Whose faces?” Adam asks.

”You know, the ones I talked about. My rich friends. They all had something they liked to brag and rub across my face. Now I have this,” Danny says, grinning.

Adam gives Danny a look but doesn’t say anything. Even at the highest level of society, the dick-measuring contest still exists. Adam is getting to see it; luckily, he has the biggest dick of them all, literally and figuratively. Once he is a billionaire, he wonders what it would be like to look down on other billionaires.

Billionaires compete with their wealth and achievements, and since Adam wants to stand at the very top, looming over others. He figuratively needs to have the biggest dick there is.

”I am sure they won’t be able to contain their envy for you,” Adam says as he continues to drive.

”Right! Dude, you are like the best friend I’ve ever had!” Danny says, smiling widely.

Adam smiles back. His task is complete.

Danny is already calling him his best friend, which is not a huge achievement considering the friends Danny’s used to having.

Now it’s up to Adam to make this bond even stronger, and the next event is right around the corner.
