Regression - Second Chance At Life

Chapter 95: Seen Naked

Whenever Clara thought of Jack, she would burn with rage. She never liked that man, but her friend fell in love with him and decided to marry him.

Clara couldn’t do anything but support her friend’s decision. But even though she supported her friend’s decision, she was not happy with it.

And when she found out that Jack was cheating on her friend, she was not surprised. She saw it coming.

The only thing that came out good out of their marriage is Adam.

And now that Adam is here, asking for her help, she suspects it might be something to do with that asshole Jack.

”No, Jack did nothing. I am here for something else,” Adam says.

”Oh, what is it then?” Clara asks.

”I decided to invest in a start-up. I have already talked to the owners of the startup and made a deal with them. I want you to represent me and my company from now on,” Adam says.

Clara’s eyes flash with surprise when Adam mentions acquiring a startup.

”Can you tell me more about it?” Clara asks.

”Sure,” Adam says and begins explaining what it is about, and things are going to work.

Clara listens with great interest. She is not someone who judges the nature of a work from its surface. The more she hears it from Adam, the more she begins to realize just how helpful this thing can be in the future.

Not only will it reduce sex crimes against escorts, but it will also reduce sex crimes in general, as desperate men will have easier access to sex and will be less likely to be violent with women.

After Adam is done finishing explaining what the app is about, he also tells her about the deal he struck with the creators, and she is surprised by Adam being able to take over fifty-one percent of their company share.

That’s like handing over the entire company to Adam, as he will be the most important figure of this company in the future. Clara is a brilliant woman; she can already see great potential in this company that Adam just acquired after listening to all the details.

She didn’t expect Adam to not only look good but also have the vision for such things.

”Here, I got them to sign this paper. This should be enough to bind them to it, right?” Adam asks.

Clara is once again surprised seeing Adam even manage to get them to sign a paper.

Though these are not legal documents, they can still hold up in the court of law.

”This is amazing~ But how did you manage to get your hands on all this money? I don’t think Jack is generous enough to hand over five hundred thousand dollars for nothing,” Clara says.

”Do you know about the recent crypto coin rug pull?” Adam asks.

”Yes, it’s all over the news,” Clara says.

”Well, I decided to invest in it a few days before, but then there was that sudden extreme growth. I realized that it might be some kind of rug pull, so I pulled out. I didn’t want to get greedy,” Adam says, smiling cheekily.

”Looks like God favors you a lot. He gave you everything: looks, intelligence, and luck,” Clara says, amazed by Adam’s good luck.

”So Clara, will you be my personal attorney?” Adam asks.

”You don’t even have to ask. You know I will do anything for my sweet boy,” Clara says, caressing Adam’s face while looking at him with a gentle gaze.

Adam finds it a little weird but doesn’t call it out.

Clara and Adam then start going over the company’s details.

”Wait, let me bring my laptop,” she says and gets up, but doing so makes her hand hit the wine glass that she had placed on the edge of the table, and it flies right onto Adam’s pants, spilling wine all over them.

”Oh my! I am so clumsy! I am so sorry~” Clara says, instinctively reaching down to wipe the wine, and in doing so, her hand feels something big and soft inside Adam’s pants.

”Ah! I am sorry again!” She says, pulling her hand away. She knows what she touched, and it snapped her out of her panicked state, but now she is embarrassed.

”Calm down, it’s just an accident. Where’s the bathroom?” Adam asks.

”You can use the one in my room. I don’t think Lana would like to be disturbed right now,” Clara says.

”Sure,” Adam says and gets up from the couch.

He finds Clara’s room and walks in. He looks around and sees the room decorated with blue tones. Some fake flowers to match the interior, and some paintings on the wall.

He also sees a picture of Clara, Lana, and a man together. Adam remembers this man; it’s Clara’s husband.

Adam then looks at Clara’s bed and notices that there is a dent on only one side of the bed, meaning that only one person sleeps on this bed.

Adam wonders what’s going on with Clara and her husband. Why are they not sleeping together?

Putting the thought to the back of his head, Adam walks into the bathroom and removes his clothes. It’s not just his pants; some of the wine has even stained his shirt, and since he is wearing a white shirt, it’s going to leave a mark.

Adam looks at his naked self in the mirror and can’t help but admire how good he looks without any clothes on. ’I am becoming a narcissist,’ Adam thinks.

Well, he is arrogant, but a narcissist? He is not. But with how things are turning out, he might become one in the future.

”Here, I got you some clothes to wear for the time being. These were left behind by my hus-” Clara suddenly barges in out of habit, as no one uses this bathroom other than her.

Her words get stuck in her throat as her eyes fall on the aesthetic physique that Adam possesses.

Wide shoulders, long arms, snatched waist, lean and toned muscles all over his body, a handsome face that could make women faint, but the biggest surprise is the thing between his legs.

Clara has never seen anything like it. She is so overwhelmed by it that she can’t take her eyes off it.

Adam stands without moving, letting Clara stare at him all she wants. He sees how stunned she is. He smirks. ’I want her,’ Adam thinks.

Clara might be his late mother’s friend, but that won’t stop him from having some fun with a hot, beautiful, sexy woman like her.

Adam decides to snap her out of her stunned state. He brings his hand before his big, flaccid cock, blocking her view. Seeing his hand, Clara finally snaps out.

”Oh, fuck!” she yells, and immediately steps out of the bathroom and closes the door behind her.

”I am so sorry!” she shouts from the other side. Adam smirks and walks up to the door.

”It’s okay. It was an honest mistake. It’s also my fault. I should have locked the door from the inside,” Adam says, giving her an excuse for her little accident.

Clara sighs in relief seeing Adam not take it seriously, but she, on the other hand, is unable to get the picture of Adam’s massive cock out of her head.

”I placed some clothes for you to wear on my bed. Put them on. I will wash and dry yours afterward,” She says and leaves.

Adam hears Clara exit hurriedly. He then gets out of the bathroom and looks at the clothes placed on the bed. He picks it up and notices that they are a little small for his frame, but it should work fine for now.

Adam puts on the shirt and pants. They are tight, which makes his muscles pop out a lot.

Adam does some adjusting to make it feel a little less comfortable before walking out.

He comes back to the living room and sees Clara sitting on the couch with her laptop already open. She clearly doesn’t want to talk about what happened just now, and Adam’s not going to press her about it.

He knows with the reaction she just gave him, it will be hard for her to forget what she saw, and the more she thinks about it, the more it will affect her feelings towards him.

Clara notices his arrival and looks at him. She sees that the clothes she gave him fit very tightly on Adam, accentuating his muscular physique. Clara takes an involuntary gulp, seeing Adam look so fine.

The tight dress is making her think about his amazing body again. Clara starts getting flustered, but she knows how to keep herself calm in such situations, as she is a lawyer.

”How does it fit?” she asks.

”A little tight, but I will manage for now,” Adam says, smiling charmingly.

”It’s to be expected. You are much bigger than my ex-husband,” Clara says.

”Ex-husband? You got divorced?” Adam asks.

”Yes, it’s been three years since we separated,” Clara says.

”Why? What happened?” Adam asks.

”Nothing serious. We both were too busy with our work lives. We never had time for each other, and whenever we tried to, it felt like a chore. We realized that we have fallen out of love and decided to go our separate ways,” Clara says.

Adam takes a second to process it. He is so used to people being shitty that the first thought he had in his mind was either she cheated or her husband did.

He forgot that people can also stop loving each other.

”Okay, let’s get back to work,” Clara says.

Adam nods and sits next to her as they go through the website that Tyler and Bobby have prepared for now. It’s still a beta version, so it’s rough around the edges, but it’s solid enough for Clara to see how it functions.

They continue their talk.
