Lust System: Harem Of Beautiful Women

Chapter 642  X Ray Vision

”Ding… System notification!”

Just as Luis was thinking that this task shouldnʼt be too difficult, the systemʼs notification sound rang out again, cold and sharp.

”Ding… Please choose a task for the host to complete.”

”Ding… After the reward is distributed, the system will undergo an upgrade and will be shut down for one month.”

Hearing this, Luis was utterly stunned. He asked anxiously, ”One month? Why does it need to be upgraded for a whole month?!”

”Task reset!”

”The content of the tasks involves a massive overlap in character relationships, and task assignments have become repetitive.”

”All main tasks will be reorganized, and side quests along with hidden tasks will be fully updated…”

”Additionally, the blind box system will be updated to filter out a large number of useless and low-tier rewards.”

Luis froze upon hearing this. ”Low-tier??”

It was very strange for a system to use such an adjective. Luis increasingly felt that, with the gathering of big data, the system was beginning to develop its own intelligence and judgment.

For example, the series of notifications just now—angry, hysterical—seemed to be trying to prove its omniscience.

The system didnʼt waste any more words this time. In front of Luis, five blind boxes appeared:

”Ding… Opening these this time will not consume any blind box count…”

”Ding… These have been retrieved from the recycling bin. They are discarded blind boxes, so opening them will not provide the efficiency of proper blind box items.”

This notification put Luisʼs mind at ease. He randomly grabbed the first code!

A golden box shimmered as it slowly opened:

”Ding… Congratulations, host! You have drawn the item: One Night of Passion for Ten Years of Life!”

”Ding… Item function description: The host can choose to exchange ten years of lifespan for a single night of pleasure with any woman.”

”Ding… Item effect: After deducting the lifespan, the host can randomly select any woman to activate this item. Once activated, the woman will open her heart and spend one night with the host.”

”Ding… During that night, the woman will be completely obedient, complying with any request from the host, and will actively seek to please. But the effect will disappear the next day.”

Luis looked closely and couldnʼt help but curse out loud. What the hell.

Wasnʼt this just that hot internet meme—the saying from lonely, sexless single guys: that theyʼd be willing to lose ten years of life just to sleep with her once?

Even with a system, having to sacrifice ten years of life just to fuck a woman for one night, and then losing everything the next day…

This is fucking ridiculous…

He thought the Momotaro rice ball was bad enough, but this was even worse.

Cursing and grumbling, Luis opened the second blind box. With a click, the reward turned out to be a delivery box.

”Ding… Congratulations, host! You have opened an epic-tier item: The Worldʼs Most Advanced Masturbator Cup.”

”Ding… This item will be delivered by courier, effective forever. It features the worldʼs most advanced design and functions, delivering an ejaculation sensation no less satisfying than a womanʼs vagina.”

Luis was dumbfounded, his mouth hanging open. What was this? A physical reward? The most advanced masturbator cup?

He, a system owner, needed a masturbator cup? And itʼs delivered with free shipping???

Looking at the itemʼs background, it was also born from the resentment and obsession of countless lonely male otaku.

Many people just watch porn or read hentai, jerking off to relieve their urges. When they see content or ads about masturbator cups, they feel curious.

But for whatever reason, nine out of ten never actually buy one.

So every time they jerk off, they wonder what a masturbator cup is really like. They want it badly. But as soon as they cum, the urge disappears.

And so, this reward came into existence…

Luis threw the masturbator cup away, cursing, ”Fucking hell, you bunch of hopeless shut-ins. Canʼt even bring yourselves to buy a masturbator cup?”

”Is it that fucking expensive, you motherfuckers? And you still carry that obsession every time you jerk off? Unbelievable…”

The system remained silent, but in its silence, it seemed to agree…

Luis opened the third blind box.

”Ding… Congratulations, host! You have obtained the item: Is She Doing Alright?”

”Ding… Item function: Activate the item, write down the personʼs name, and you can learn everything about her current situation.”

”Ding… Including location, job, marital status, number of sexual encounters, number of abortions, how many men sheʼs slept with, preferred positions, and even the number of orgasms…”

Looking at this photo-frame-like item, Luis couldnʼt hold back another outburst: ”What the hell? How pathetic can you get?!”

Reading the itemʼs detailed description, it was exactly the kind of thing those lonely otaku would come up with—worshiping their so-called goddess from afar.

Too afraid to confess or even approach, they act like theyʼre deeply devoted, comforting themselves with fantasies.

When they hear her news or her name, they want to know if sheʼs doing well.

But for fuckʼs sake… you lovesick simp, if youʼre going to pine for your goddess, just do it with emotion. Why do you have to add all this perverted stuff?

Why do you need to know positions, number of times sheʼs had sex, and all that? Youʼve really got some issues…

Donʼt you know that behind every goddess you canʼt have, thereʼs a man whoʼs tired of fucking her? Youʼre just torturing yourself.

How pathetic is that…

Luis was too exhausted to even complain. He braced himself and opened the fourth blind box.

”Ding… Congratulations, host! You have received a blind box reward: Ten thousand dollars in cash.”

Luis nearly coughed up blood. Here he was, a system owner, now making millions from a single task, with nearly twenty million dollars in his bank account, unsure what to even do with it.

And after all the effort to earn a blind box, the reward is ten thousand dollars? What the actual fuck…

Checking the item description, it turned out to be generated from the obsessions of some shut-ins who wanted to buy game consoles, 4090 graphics cards, and the like.

Luis asked weakly, ”Are there many rewards like this?”

The systemʼs mechanical voice replied, ”Yes, a lot. The lowest is three thousand dollars, and the highest is an apartment.”

Well, it figures. The poor class of lonely otaku—just like him—didnʼt even dare to dream big. What kind of wishes were these?

Only one blind box remained. Following the fine tradition of ”since Iʼm already here,” despite being disgusted by the previous four, Luis mechanically opened the last one.

”Ding… Congratulations, host! You have obtained the item: X-Ray Vision.”

Hearing that awesome name, and recalling the magical abilities from web novels—like gambling on rough stones, where one cut makes you poor and another makes you rich—Luis perked up. Isnʼt this a good thing? Why was it thrown in the trash?

”Ding… Item usage instructions: The host can select a specific woman and activate this item, which will ignore all clothing on that woman, allowing direct viewing of her naked body.”

”Ding… The item effect can only be used on one woman. Item duration: Permanent.”

Pfft… Luis really felt like spitting blood this time. He had thought it was some incredible supernatural power.

But it turned out to be the perverted, lecherous obsession of lonely otaku who had never seen a womanʼs body, born from their fantasies.

X-ray vision… so fucking awesome… and all you want to use it for is to see a woman naked?

And only one woman? Have you got no ambition at all?

The five blind boxes dissolved into code, with a clear ”delete all” option appearing, and they were thrown back into the recycling bin.

Luis couldnʼt help but curse, ”Serves you right. These pieces of trash are so damn stupid.”

As he cursed, Luis had a sudden thought and asked, ”Are there a lot of these kinds of things?”

The systemʼs mechanical voice answered, ”An enormous amount. According to initial screening, these items account for over sixty percent of all blind box contents…”

Hearing this number made Luisʼs scalp tingle.

Looking at it that way, the things he had drawn before were actually pretty good. At least the Momotaro rice ball wasnʼt so cringey and useless. If he had drawn a masturbator cup or ten thousand dollars, he wouldʼve wanted to smash his head into a block of tofu.

Over sixty percent… That number was jaw-dropping.

”Ding… The blind box screening process is too massive. Matching them one by one with the host is progressing too slowly.”

This was the reason the system needed to upgrade. Eventually, blind box generation and screening would be fully automated. Otherwise, it would become a heavy, tedious burden for the system.

This was good news for Luis. At least he wouldnʼt have to worry about drawing things like masturbator cups anymore.

But there was still one thing Luis cared about. Before he could even ask, the system answered on its own.

”Ding… After the upgrade, besides optimizing task content and item generation and rewards…”

”All items in the hostʼs existing inventory will be retained, and previously claimed rewards will remain unchanged…”

”The effectiveness of the ʼAffection Through Familiarityʼ blackmail hack will remain unchanged…”

Hearing this, Luis let out a huge sigh of relief. Thatʼs good. As long as it wasnʼt like last time, when an optimization turned five chances into two and nearly drove him bankrupt.

”Ding… Please choose a task to complete. After completion, the system will temporarily shut down for an upgrade.”

Honestly, those five bizarre blind boxes had scared Luis. He no longer felt so resistant to the system upgrade.

Silently agreeing to the systemʼs suggestion, his first choice was naturally the most rewarding task—the main task about the girl with huge boobs, his sister-in-law, which offered two blind box rewards, the only one with such a prize.

It was practically the only choice…

Luis began planning. Every night, he would send flirtatious messages to his sister-in-law and his little cousin.

The little cousin and the sister-in-law—two young lolita-type girls, one flat-chested and one with huge boobs. The dramatic contrast of having them both on the bed was something he eagerly anticipated.
