Lust System: Harem Of Beautiful Women

Chapter 348: Favorability Increase

If everything is fine tomorrow, she can be discharged. There are inpatient facilities right behind the emergency department. This is a newly built hospital wing, so space is very ample. With money, they directly secured a single patient room with a companion bed.

”Should we tell her mother?”

Looking at Avery sleeping soundly on the hospital bed, Leah asked weakly. Having encountered such a situation, a young girl like her was completely at a loss.

Now, her brother in law was her main support, her only reliance. Of course, she was also afraid that if her family found out about this, she would be severely scolded.

”We still have to tell her mother. After all, this is her daughter. No matter how distant their relationship might be, we cannot hide it.”

Luis gave the instruction. Just then, his phone rang. He looked and saw that the caller was Bella. He then said, ”I’m going out for a cigarette. You stay here and keep watch. I’ll be right back.”

”Brother in law, don’t be too long.”

”Don’t worry, you can see me from the window.”

Seeing that Leah was still shaken, Luis smiled and nodded before stepping out. He gently closed the ward door, then answered the phone with a darkened expression.

”Hello, Mr. Luis, the matter has been clarified. Let’s talk about it over a quick meal.”

Bella spoke in an apologetic tone.

”Although I really wish this unpleasant incident hadn’t occurred, since it happened in my hotel, I must certainly give you an explanation.”

A large establishment certainly bullies customers. If not for their previous connection, this cold woman definitely would not be so accommodating.

Luis thought for a moment and said, ”I’m at the Municipal First Hospital. It’s quite late now, and I still need to look after the patient.”

”Then I will visit tomorrow. You all rest early.”

Luis shook his head, not even bothering to smoke, and walked back to the ward. He was mainly concerned about his pitiful sister in law being afraid and did not dare leave her alone for long.

Just then, a nurse entered the ward to administer the IV drip. Pushing the cart, she paused for a moment upon seeing Luis with dried blood still on his face, and said, ”You have a wound on your head. Has it been treated?”

”Ah, the bleeding has stopped, right?”

Luis was slightly taken aback, touched his face, and found the blood had dried.

While setting up the IV drip for Avery, the nurse said sternly, ”What if the wound gets infected? Wait a moment, I will treat your wound. You can go pay the fee after I’m done.”

”Brother in law, are you okay?”

Only then did Leah snap out of it and notice that Luis was also in a sorry state. His clothes were stained with alcohol and various other substances, not to mention several footprints.

Most importantly, he had a head injury with blood, and his clothes were stained with it.

The sister in law was immediately filled with self reproach, her eyes full of guilt and heartache. But after all, she was young.

She was both a greenhouse flower and a child from an ordinary family. Having grown up without experiencing many hardships, she was now at a complete loss and did not know what to do.

”It’s nothing, just a minor skin wound.”

Luis smiled gently and continued to reassure her, ”It was just a little bit of blood, not even as much as a girl’s daily menstrual flow.”

”Stinky brother in law, what kind of time is this, and you still have the mind to act like a rogue, really.”

Leah was amused and chuckled despite herself, wiping her tears, but she felt particularly uneasy. If her mother and sisters found out, she would definitely be scolded severely.

The nurse pushed in another small cart, pointed directly at the companion bed, and said firmly, ”Lie down. I will take care of it for you.”

The way she said it sounded a bit strange, making it somewhat difficult not to have inappropriate thoughts. Even the virgin sister in law blushed slightly, clearly her thoughts had been led astray by Luis.

Luis obediently lay down on the companion bed. The nurse brought a chair, sat down deftly beside him, turned on the light, examined the wound, and said, ”There are still some glass fragments. Got into a fight, did you?”

”Oh, this brand. Budweiser. A bar.”

She was very talkative, clearly accustomed to such situations. As she cleaned and examined the wound, she also teased Leah, laughing and saying, ”Don’t worry, little girl. These are all just superficial wounds. You don’t even need a CT scan. I can feel the bones are fine. If he had a concussion, he wouldn’t be so spirited.”

”Your boyfriend is fine. You should stop crying now. Go wash your face.”

After treating the wound, she stitched it up with five stitches. It was not serious.

However, it was bandaged up a bit. It was actually just a superficial wound, but with the bandaging, it looked somewhat serious.

Leah was so distressed that tears welled up in her eyes again. She looked around and said, ”Brother in law, there are no towels here. I want to wipe you down.”

Hearing this, Luis hugged her tightly, chuckled lecherously, and kissed her on the cheek, saying, ”No need to wipe me down. But if you want to insert it for me, brother in law would be very happy.”

[Ding.... Sister in law Leah. Favorability meter 90%.]

The System’s sudden notification startled Luis, because the favorability meter only existed for the four women of the Wood family. Its presence was particularly low key, something Luis had almost forgotten about.

Most importantly, the Mother In Law’s favorability was almost maxed out, his wife Lily’s was at 99 percent, their relationship had always been stable with no fluctuations.

As for his sister in law Nancy, hers was also at 90 percent. The rate of progress had started to slow down. Since things had been progressing smoothly, Luis had not been paying very close attention to it.

The only headache was his sister in law Leah. Mainly because she did not have much feeling for him initially and somewhat disliked the brother in law, and this sentiment carried over to Luis as the second brother in law.

Therefore, her favorability started out very low, requiring Luis to accumulate it bit by bit with a careful and patient attitude.

But ultimately, she was young, afraid of being found out by her sister, and the effectiveness of monetary tactics was not very significant, so her favorability level had not been increasing very well.

The sudden jump to 90 percent proved one thing.

The hero saving the beauty is indeed a cliché, but the fact that it is a cliché proves it works. Damn it, it seems only that can win people’s hearts.

”Brother in law, do not speak such vulgar words now. You have no idea how worried I was.”

Leah was so anxious she was on the verge of tears, and she suddenly threw herself onto Luis’s body.

Luis, lying on the attendant’s cot, was stunned. His sister-in-law’s delicate, fragrant, and soft body was now in his embrace, truly illustrating what it meant to hold a piece of warm, soft jade in one’s arms.

Most importantly were her full breasts. This pair of huge breasts, disproportionate to her age, exerted immense pressure against his chest even through the restraint of her bra.

The invincible elasticity of youth, combined with the sensation of tender softness, made him feel light-headed in an instant.

”Leah, what are you so worried about?”

Luis took the opportunity to hold her, his hands directly resting on her shapely buttocks over her pants, stroking them as he said softly,

”Your Brother in law will definitely protect you. Even if I weren’t your Brother in law, since I like you so much, this is something I should do.”

”Stupid Brother in law, I was really so scared back then.”

Leah burst into loud tears again, burying her face in Luis’s chest and sobbing, ”I hate myself so much right now. How can I be so useless.”

”Brother in law, you were outside fighting with so many people, I was so scared my legs went weak and I didn’t even dare to open the door.”
