Ancient Godly Monarch

I’m sure I’m right. That was already enough.

How domineering and tyrannical were Qin Wentian’s words? He completely disregarded everything else, there was no need for proof or anyone to admit their guilt. Since he was sure he is right, that was already enough.

Qin Wentian would say this because there was basically no proof to be found. But he knew that it was definitely Jiang Zihua.

The people of the Jiang Clan had always kept low profiles and were exceedingly mysterious but right from the start, he already felt extremely wary towards them. Back then at the start, Jiang Zihua’s younger brother Jiang Ziyu was acquainted with him at the Southern Phoenix Clan’s inheritance ground and invited him multiple times to head to the Jiang Clan. At that time, he felt that the Jiang Clan already had some dubious motives. And now, three empyreans from the upper world’s Jiang Clan descended here. From this, one could tell how deeply they have hidden their true strength.

“You want to kill someone of my Jiang Clan just because you are sure you are right? Do you think we will agree?” An empyrean from the Jiang Clan coldly spoke. So what if Qin Wentian killed an empyrean earlier? That was merely an ordinary empyrean. As for them, they were three extremely powerful experts that were sent here to this lower world. Also, given their strength in the Supreme Ancient Immortal Realms, they truly didn’t have a mere Azure Mystic in their eyes at all. Although this Qin Wentian was also an empyrean, they couldn’t give a damn about him if this place was the Supreme Ancient Immortal Realms.

This was because there was a ban to enter this place. They believed that this must be the reason why Qin Wentian dared to act so brazenly towards them here.

“Even if you all don’t agree, I have to kill him. The grudge that has to be resolved, has to be resolved no matter what.” Qin Wentian continued.

“You have more people under you. In that case, if we go on an all-out slaughter, things will be easier for us than for you.” A Jiang Clan’s empyrean threatened coldly.

“I’ve remembered your words.” Qin Wentian stared at the person who spoke. He didn’t continue speaking to them. Next, he turned to the direction of the Heavenly Talisman Realm, “I already know where the Heavenly Talisman Realm is located in the Supreme Ancient Immortal Realms. Now that I’ve died once, any connection of fate and karma between me and the Heavenly Talisman Realm is already severed. But even so, I’ve received the gratitude of the Heavenly Talisman Realm before in the past and hence, I’m not willing to enter a war against the Heavenly Talisman Realm. I really hope that the Heavenly Talisman Realm can release Jun Mengchen and the other prisoners.”

Qin Wentian’s words were sincere. Although the actions of the Heavenly Talisman Realm today couldn’t be said to be wrong as after all, their original intent was clearly to unify and claim hegemony over the Azure Mystic Immortal Realms, because of some uncontrollable factors and reasons, it was destined that he would walk on a path that was a different direction from the Heavenly Talisman Realm. Since this was the case, let all connection between them be severed then. As long as the Heavenly Talisman Realm was willing to spare Jun Mengchen and Bai Wuya, he could allow all every grudge that had happened after his death to be wiped clean. If they encountered each other again in the war for supremacy over the control of the Azure Mystic Immortal Realms, they would contend against each other fairly, using their own methods.

But if the Heavenly Talisman Realm wasn’t willing to release the prisoners. In that case, for the sake of Jun Mengchen, for the sake of his senior brother Bai Wuya, the Heavenly Talisman Realm wouldn’t simply be an opponent that was vying for control over the entire immortal realms against him. They would truly, irrevocably, be his enemy.

“How can we easily release traitors? However, since they are members of our sect, if you and they are willing to submit again, the Heavenly Talisman Realm is naturally more than happy enough to receive you all within our ranks and forget all past grudges.” An empyrean from the Heavenly Talisman Realm calmly spoke. How can it be so simple, wanting them to release the prisoners?

No matter what, the Heavenly Talisman Realm was considered a realm unto itself in the Supreme Ancient Immortal Realms. These people were all disciples of the Heavenly Talisman Realmlord, how can they betray the sect just like that? What did they take the Realmlord as?

Or maybe, they don’t even know what sort of existence a Realmlord was.

Now that the rules of Azure Mystic have changed and the ban was relaxed, it had completely disrupted their original plans. Unifying Azure Mystic was not as important as the past, but then again, it was still useful if they could unify this world. In any case, given how much effort they had put in through the years, they naturally didn’t want all those efforts to go to waste.

“This is…they still chose to reject it.” Qin Wentian sighed in his heart. He turned his gaze to Jun Mengchen and Bai Wuya. The wind blew as his white robes fluttered. He stood there, nobody knew what he was thinking about,

“Is the Heavenly Talisman Realm sure that you want to do this?” Qin Wentian asked again.

“The words of empyreans are as heavy as nine gigantic cauldrons.” How could the four empyreans of the Heavenly Talisman Realm choose to compromise? Qin Wentian didn’t have the qualifications to make them compromise.

“Alright, since this is the case, Mengchen, Senior Bai. You guys wait for me a little more. I will definitely save you in the future.” Qin Wentian stared at Jun Mengchen and Bai Wuya.

“Senior brother, I’ll wait for you.” Jun Mengchen smiled brightly. Although he was imprisoned, seeing that Qin Wentian was alive and this powerful, made him extremely happy. He was truly happy. He believed in his senior brother Qin’s words. Since Qin Wentian said he would save them, he would surely do so.

“Right.” Bai Wuya nodded, only saying a single word.

Qin Wentian no longer glanced at the experts from the Heavenly Talisman Realm. He glanced at all the major powers gathered here, “I, Qin Wentian, summoned everyone here today for a specific reason. Firstly, it was for revenge, and secondly, it’s to unite Azure Mystic. From our history, ancient emperors had united the immortal realms many times and left behind records of glorious eras. Today, I’m planning to follow in their footsteps and desire for Azure Mystic to be unified, ending the current chaotic situation, concluding all mutual grudges between the respective powers.”

“In this chaotic world where geniuses contend against each other for supremacy, along with the appearances of dao elements in Azure Mystic, how can it be so easy to unify the world?” Someone spoke.

“It’s precisely so for that reason that unifying the immortal realms is necessary. The Azure Mystic Immortal Realm’s rules have changed and it’s time to set up new rules. Now, it should be a great period of cultivation with many heroes born in our Azure Mystic Immortal Realms. Why is there a need to kill each other just to gain the inheritances of dao elements? Things now are different from the past, empyreans from the upper world will continue streaming into here. Even if one of you steps into the ancient emperor realm, can you be sure that you will be invincible and can defeat all invaders? Only with me present can I claim to be so. What’s the point of slaughtering each other for the inheritances of the dao elements? If your dao is correct, you would naturally be able to break through and find a way to head to the Supreme Ancient Immortal Realms.”

Qin Wentian continued, “There are countless experts in our vast Azure Mystic. However, other than those from the Supreme Ancient Immortal Realms, is there anyone in Azure Mystic that is stronger than me? I seek to unify Azure Mystic but this isn’t because of my own selfish ambitions. You guys are useless to me, I don’t need more subordinates. As for the glory of the act, I look with even more disdain upon it. In the upper world, I can also be considered hegemon of an area, a world palace lord with millions reporting under me. My authority and status isn’t any less than what I would have if I unify Azure Mystic. Hence, my reason for doing so isn’t for personal benefits, I only want Azure Mystic to be stronger. For those powers willing to submit to me, they will receive my protection but they also need to obey my orders. All of you can consider it well.”

The experts from the various major powers felt their hearts trembling when they heard this. In the history of Azure Mystic, it was true that many ancient emperors had once united the world but they eventually left for other places. Truly, status and authority held nothing for characters of that level. Right now, Qin Wentian has already gained control of the Myriad Devil Islands, Evergreen Immortal Empire, and the Southern Phoenix Clan, Matriarch Ji and many others were clearly willing to follow him. Under his banner, already more than half of the major powers in the immortal realms have submitted to him. If the others submitted, they would be able to join this powerful alliance. If they refused to submit, they wouldn’t be able to receive his protection and in this chaotic situation, the strength of their forces would constantly weaken.

This was especially so if Qin Wentian’s subordinates pressured them in the future. They would have no one backing them at all. Hence, they needed to seriously consider this.

“My Heavenly Talisman Realm has established the Thousand Transformations Immortal Sect here in Azure Mystic and we also desire to unify the world. For those who are willing to submit to us, they will all be protected by the Heavenly Talisman Realm.” An empyrean of the Heavenly Talisman Realm spoke as he continued, “The Heavenly Talisman Realm is a major power in the Supreme Ancient Immortal Realms and we have branched out to Azure Mystic for countless years, even opening up another separate dimension. In addition, there will only be more empyreans from the Supreme Ancient Immortal Realms coming here in the future. Everyone, you best make your choices wisely.”

“Who is willing to follow our Jiang Clan?” An empyrean from the Jiang Clan spoke. Many of the other neutral empyreans had looks of interest on their faces. Right now, three peak powers were wresting control over the this immortal realm. How interesting. How would the major powers of this world choose?

No matter how they chose, they would definitely offend the two other powers. Could they endure such fury?

“My Askheart Temple won’t participate in this dispute for control over Azure Mystic.” The reverend from the Askheart Temple pressed his palms together.

“Reverend, given the current situation now, can the Askheart Temple survive independently? If you do not choose, you are only waiting to be destroyed.” The Jiang Clan’s empyrean calmly spoke.

“Reverend’s state of heart is extraordinary. The Askheart Temple is a sacred ground and if Reverend isn’t willing to participate in the dispute of control, I will not force you all. I, Qin, am willing to protect the Askheart Temple from all chaos and if someone dares to disrupt the quiet and peace of Askheart Temple, that would be equivalent to making a enemy out of me.” Qin Wentian spoke, his words causing that empyrean from the Jiang Clan to glance over. Weren’t his words a challenge to him?

The words spoken by the two of them clearly showed the difference in their demeanors.

“This old man represents the Askheart Temple to thank Sir Qin.” The esteemed reverend pressed his palms together and bowed.

“Reverend is too polite.” Qin Wentian bowed back. Back then, the Askheart Temple fought on behalf of him. Doing this now was what he ought to do.

“Given how chaotic the immortal realms are now, I also don’t hope for corpses of my subordinates to die needlessly. I’m willing to follow the general trend. My Darknorth Immortal Empire is willing to follow the footsteps of the Evergreen Immortal Empire.” After contemplating, the Darknorth Immortal Emperor spoke. Qin Wentian and his daughter Youhuang had a connection and he was also a good friend of Nongyue. Hence, if he really had to make a choice, he would naturally choose to stand with Qin Wentian.

“Thank you for making this choice, Uncle.” Qin Wentian spoke to the Darknorth Immortal Emperor, referring to him as ‘Uncle,’ treating him as a senior. This caused many people to have strange looks in their eyes. The Darknorth Immortal Emperor felt more at ease after he heard that.

“Since the Darknorth Immortal Emperor is willing to submit, our Hundred Refinements Sect and Jadestage Immortal Palace are naturally willing as well since we are one alliance.” The Hundred Refinements Sect Leader expressed his stance. The Jadestage Immortal Palace Mistress also nodded to Qin Wentian.

“Mhm,” Qin Wentian nodded to the two of them. For the northern regions, he had already obtain 50% of the powers there.

“Our Chaotic Sky Sect is willing to submit to the Jiang Clan.” The experts of the Chaotic Sky Sect expressed. The empyreans of the Jiang Clan smiled, “An intelligent choice.”

After that, the various powers expressed their attitudes. The Shooting Sun Immortal Empire of the central regions was willing to submit to Qin Wentian.

The Thundergod Hall, Snowdrift Sage Hall, Skynibble Sacred Cult all chose to submit to the Jiang Clan. As for some of the major powers in the west as well as the Beast God Sect, they chose to submit to the Thousand Transformations Immortal Sect. Just like what the Jiang Clan’s empyrean has said, in such chaotic times there would be even more empyreans from the Supreme Ancient Immortal Realms appearing here, if one doesn’t submit to a greater power and wish to survive independently, they are only waiting to be destroyed.

“The demon races of the Desolate Mountain Range are willing to retreat back there and not enter the immortal realms again.” One of the more powerful greater demons, a Baize, spoke. Back then when the Demon God Mountain appeared, the demonic races from the Desolate Mountain Range entered the immortal realms in a full-force invasion. Right now, they were forced by the circumstances. Many of their powerful demonic races were killed, causing their total strength to wane but they were also unwilling to submit to humans. Hence, they could only make the choice of retreating.

Return to the Desolate Mountain Range?

Many people coldly laughed. The current state of the immortal realms was already like this. How could they retreat just because they wanted to retreat? But even so, the major powers didn’t say anything. The consequences of this choice by the demonic races will reveal themselves in the future.

Today, countless experts from the various major powers gathered in the royal capital of the Evergreen Immortal Empire. Qin Wentian domineeringly took revenge and killed many emperors, even destroying an empyrean yet the final conclusion was that three truly supreme powers was established at the end, forming a tripartite of balance.
