Reincarnated With A Glitched System: Why Is My MP Not Running Out?

What happened to Justicio was something Aquarina, Silvia, Agua, and the rest hadn’t seen before at first hand. They usually believed Physiques could only evolve through Cultivation and Rituals, and well, Aquarina also knew that through leveling and ranking up through Sylphy’s System, it was also possible.

However, to just eat food and suddenly evolve a physique? That was simply unheard of for them! Despite that, Nepheline and Shade, and even the chief herself, said that it wasn’t something completely rare. And when someone had great talent and strong physique with great potential, this was what would usually happen once they consumed compatible materials.

The materials had to be compatible with the physique’s elemental affinity and also origin. For example, Justicio’s Origin and Elemental Affinity for his Physique was Insects, Earth, and Metal. Therefore, eating anything around these elements would give him a great boost to his Physique’s growth and also a small chance for Evolution.

This small chance usually didn’t go beyond 1%, according to Nepheline, but it should eventually happen if you keep eating a lot of compatible food or absorbing it through rituals. However, rituals are more complicated and that’s why they aren’t used all the time, but only on special occasions.

Nonetheless, Justicio’s Physique evolution triggered mostly out of luck, he hadn’t even eaten more than a few legs before he got it. It could be said to be completely because he was lucky today, the chance always being so low, he would have had to realistically eat several dozens of ants to even get it for real.

“So I was just lucky?!” Justicio wondered. “Wow, it sure is my lucky day today then…”

He recalled what he learned about Silvia liking him, and he got all embarrassed again, and kind of happy as well. Though he had absolutely no idea how to even go around with that.

“Does this mean we can eat stuff from our element and evolve our physiques? Do they slowly grow over time?” Silvia wondered curiously. “Maybe I should get a stronger physique then…”

“I could help you with that,” Aquarina said. “Also if we infuse Khepri’s powers into it could be really unique, right?”

“Huh? My powers into a Physique? I have no idea how those are even formed…” Khepri muttered in confusion.

“Yeah, that’s right, your body will grow stronger little by little as you consume or absorb the materials or food of your corresponding affinity,” explained Nepheline. “Also if you have Beast Auras developed already, they also grow stronger when you eat strong monster meat. That’s why its important to eat a lot every day!”

“W-Wait, does that means that you eat rocks and stones, lady Nepheline?!” Silvia aske din disbelief.

“Hahah, no way my mom does that!” Aquarina laughed. “I’ve never seen her- HUUUH?!”

Aquarina swallowed her own words as she saw her mother demonstrate the children how she does it, taking a piece of hard mithril ore mixed with other spirit crystals, and taking huge bites from it.

Her teeth were so hard she could easily tear through one of the hardest metals in the world, and eat it as if it were a soft pastry.

“Yep, I can do it.”

She finished the huge apple-sized metallic treat in a few bites, swallowing it after a lot of biting, it seemed to have a rather chewy texture.

Any normal person would have their teeth broken and their mouth torn to shreds, but Nepheline’s body, every inch of it, was so tough that she didn’t even suffer a single scratch inside her mouth.

“W-What the hell mom?!” Aquarina was flabbergasted.

“Hahaha! She really did it!” Silvia laughed.

“N-No way…” Agua felt slightly disgusted.

“Woah… that’s just hilarious! Hahah!” Justicio also ended up laughing.

“S-Since when could you eat metal and rocks?! I had no idea!” Aquarina said.

“By now you should be able to also do it, my girl,” Nepheline said. “I wasn’t born with this ability, but my Physique grows stronger the more I eat these metals and crystals. I gain their properties, and the endurance is stacked endlessly.”

“E-Endlessly?!” her daughter asked. “So there’s no upper limit at all? How’s that even possible?”

“Well there’s a limit of how much I can eat every time, so once I eat a lot I need to wait a couple of days, weeks, or months for my physique to get ready for another intake,” explained Nepheline. “Compared to the time I fought the Demon King; I should be at least four to five times as tougher.”

“W-Woah…!” Aquarina was amazed by her mother’s incredible physique. “Dad, is this why she collects ores and crystals all the time?”

“Yeah they’re her snacks…” Shade sighed.

“Your Physique now has Stone and Earth Element into them after your training, Aquarina, so you should definitely begin eating stone and crystals from time to time,” her mother said. “How about eating this one I have saved?”

Her mother gave Aquarina a red colored metal ore, it still had dirt on it, and it smelled very metallic, there was nothing appetizing about this.

“Mom you’re weird!”

Aquarina cried, throwing the ore to the ground.

“I’m not eating ores!”

“Hahahaha! I was joking, actually.” Nepheline suddenly said after seeing her daughter making weird faces all the time. “You can also do this!”

“{Metal Absorption}!”

She conjured a Tier 7 Earth Spell, as the ore in her hands melted and merged with her arm and then the rest of her body.

“WOAH!”

Aquarina gasped, shocked at what she saw!

“See? It is not hard at all to do this!” Nepheline said. “I usually just absorb them like this. Want to try now? Here’s the magic circle formula.”

Nepheline conjured a magic circle with thousands of runes in it with everyone found incredibly confusing to even read, and yet Aquarina grabbed it with her hand, spun it around and then…

“Alright got it, I think I can do it on my own.”

Her Mana manifested, turning into thousands of runes and then rapidly assembling into a beautiful golden colored magic circle as she held an ore in her hand.

“{Metal Absorption}!”

FLUOSH!
