Reincarnated With A Glitched System: Why Is My MP Not Running Out?

Chapter 2042: A World-Breaking Attack?!

-----

BOOOMMM!!!

A massive dragon breath erupted from Sapphire, my living shield, shattering a gaping hole through the monstrous wooden nightmare.

I slid across the ice trail Aquarina had left for me and finally caught up with the beast.

”Gotcha!”

”Ahhhhh!”

The Infernal Treant King screamed, his claws and fangs lunging straight toward me.

CLASH! CLASH! CLASH! CLASH!

But I was no ordinary woman. I expanded my combined Yggdragon Auras and Domains, distorting space itself as I swiftly intercepted every strike.

”My turn.”

I channeled Strength’s power into Scarlet and my lance. Pouring every ounce of energy I could muster into both weapons, I swung with all my might.

”STOOOOOP!!!”

The Infernal Treant King halted me mid-swing, his massive claws crashing against my aura and armor.

But my armor was no longer inert.

FLASH!

Naturia unleashed a shockwave of spiritual energy. Purifying light pierced the Treant King’s claws, shattering the curse and spreading vibrant, living vegetation across his undying body.

”A-Ahhhh! W-What is this?! AAAGH!”

As he howled in agony, I struck him down for good.

I poured my entire soul and life into this single attack.

Against this monstrous foe, born from that wicked curse.

The Holy Blazing Dragon Blade Arts no longer simply cut.

To truly converge with these powers and make them my own, I had to go even further beyond.

LIGHT.

METAL.

VOID.

NATURE.

FIRE.

SPACE.

THUNDER.

All points of convergence compressed rapidly within my consciousness before flowing into my blade, which became a true extension of myself.

”Primordial Yggdragon Sword Style — World-Breaking Genesis Slash!”

Everything became one.

Scarlet’s blazing divine edge, infused with the full force of Strength’s Overload and Impact Shockwave, merged with the radiant light of my Celestial Holy Dragon Lance. Naturia’s purifying spiritual energy flowed through the weapons like living sap, while my compressed Domains, Heavenly Thunder, Divine Void Star Dragon, and the five roaring dragons of my Yggdragon Quintuple Aura spiraled around the blade in a storm of rainbow-colored light.

The Infernal Treant King’s claws desperately tried to stop me, but they crumbled the instant they touched the edge of my aura. Naturia’s purifying wave had already weakened the curse, transforming patches of his corrupt wooden body into vibrant green foliage that spread like wildfire.

I swung.

Not just with my arms.

With every ounce of my will, every drop of divinity, and every burning desire to protect Aquarina and grow stronger together.

SHIIIIIIIIIIIIIING—!

A single, silent flash of light erupted.

The slash didn’t merely cut through the Infernal Treant King’s body—it carved through space itself.

And through the very dimensions that formed the entire dungeon. A giant slashing wound tore open in the sky.

Everything turned blinding white. From that white gash, endless rainbow flames surged forth.

”This is... the extent of my power?”

In that moment, I felt it.

I was evolving.

All this time, I had only been playing games.

Now, I was finally maturing into something greater.

”A-AAH... AAAHHH...”

The Infernal Treant King was split apart and consumed by a massive explosion that leveled the entire Infernal Forest behind him. The whole First Layer was erased—every tree uprooted and hurled away.

”G... GAAAAAHHHHHHHH...!!”

With one final scream of agony, the light devoured his entire body. His form was crushed by the shattered space itself, then exploded violently. Giant pieces of his body flew in every direction.

BOOOMMM!!!

The core—a gigantic, pulsating crimson-black orb the size of a house—shattered into countless pieces. Each fragment was purified into harmless sparkling dust before it could even touch the ground.

Ding!

[Congratulations, you have slain the [Infernal Treant King]!]

As I fell through the white void, the world suddenly regained its colors. Someone caught me.

”Phew! I almost didn’t catch you!” she laughed.

It was Aquarina.

”You really overdid it there. That damn thing just wouldn’t die, huh?” she said. ”That was amazing, by the way. Looks like you’re already grasping something new?”

”I-I think so...” My entire body felt utterly exhausted. ”Haaa... I’ve never felt like this before. It’s as if I exhausted all my Endless Mana, even though it’s still there.”

”It means that for a brief moment, you channeled the infinite energy surging from the hole in your soul to create that technique,” Alice explained. ”Of course, such a tremendous attack was only possible because of everything you’ve built until now... but yes, for a fraction of a second, you truly had no Mana.”

”Wow...” I gasped. ”I just made up that name on the spot, but I think I’m keeping it.”

Aquarina gently helped me stand on my own. I stretched my aching body, and soon everyone gathered around to celebrate with us.

”Master, you did it!” Furoh exclaimed. ”T-That was incredible! What even was that?!”

”I couldn’t believe my eyes... D-Did you just cut through reality?!” Beelzebub asked. ”T-That’s a god-level attack!”

”Reality? Well, if you consider space and dimensions as reality...” Ignatius emerged from my body. ”Then yeah, I suppose so. But she would never have done it without me!”

”Or me,” Alice added, appearing at my side.

”Honestly, yeah... Alice’s divine runes probably helped boost everything enough for that attack to work,” I said. ”Thank you.”

”Oh, it’s nothing, Sylphy,” Alice replied with a warm smile. ”It was fun!”

”Fun? It looked terrifying... Anna, don’t do that again,” Nephilim said.

”Nephilim, don’t ruin our fun!” Scarlet complained.

”Yeah! We served our master well, fufufufu!” Sapphire chuckled.

Both familiars shifted into their gorgeous humanoid forms, hugging me tightly and pressing my face between their breasts.

”Eeeek!” I cried, drowning in their warmth.

”Master, that was amazing!” Scarlet said.

”Indeed, you’re the only one worthy of wielding us!” Sapphire declared.

They began smothering my face with kisses, covering me in red and blue lipstick.

”H-Hey! What do you think you’re doing?! Let her go!” Aquarina roared, grabbing Sapphire by the neck in a fierce wrestle.

”Aaack! W-What is with this gorilla woman?! She’s too strong!” Sapphire yelped.

”Don’t call her that!” I protested. ”Return to your shield form, Sapphire.”

”Eeeh... but I wanted to smooch my cute master...” she sighed but finally obeyed and returned to normal.
