Transmigrated as a Villain, Now I'm a Yandere Loli

Chapter 141: Chapter 141 Flames shot up into the sky!

With a ”boom,” the car skidded and hit a lamppost. The front of the car immediately caught fire, followed by an explosion.

Flames shot up into the sky!

And Haruko watched the exploding car in the rearview mirror, swallowing nervously with a pounding heart.

In the past half month, her emotion points had barely increased, and she had also spent a sum to protect herself.

Now, she only had 300 emotion points!

In such a situation, she couldn’t help at all.

Ichiko seemed to notice Haruko’s unease. She took out a hand and stroked her head, comforting her, ”Don’t worry, I’m here.”

The slender figure instantly became tall and strong.

Haruko’s gaze lingered on that resolute and beautiful profile, her heart pounding uncontrollably.

Just then, as their car passed the intersection, an Audi suddenly darted out from behind on the left, looking as if it wanted to ram them from the side to stop them.

However, it didn’t expect Ichiko to drive so fast. Its sudden dash out caused it to collide with a car behind them instead.

This was followed by another dazzling explosion.

Like fireworks blooming, the reflected firelight shone on Ichiko’s beautiful face.

Her dark gray hair was blown messy by the slightly open car window. There was no panic on her face.

No, perhaps there was panic.

Haruko lowered her head and saw that the hand holding the steering wheel, as well as the feet on the accelerator and brake, were trembling constantly.

The harsh environment, the gloomy night, and those people who wanted to kidnap her were like large hands in the darkness, appearing from nowhere.

But in order to take care of her emotions, give her courage, and prevent her from being overly afraid and worried, she was trying to suppress the unease she should have felt.

After a turn, they finally drove from the ordinary road onto the elevated highway. Beyond this elevated highway was the Binjiang Bridge.

At the same time, Ichiko also breathed a sigh of relief. She gripped the steering wheel tightly, trying her best not to let her body tremble too much.

She also looked at Haruko and showed a smile, ”See, I told you it would be alright. Their speed can’t catch up with us, and there isn’t much traffic on the elevated highway.”

”Yes, Ichiko, you’re amazing.”

Haruko nodded very hard.

”Haruko, look over there, across the river.”

Ichiko guided Haruko’s topic, not wanting her to think too much about the dangerous night.

Haruko followed Ichiko’s gaze and looked out the left window.

Across the Binjiang, there were tall buildings, twinkling lights, and a vast expanse of red reflected on the not-yet-completely frozen river surface. The ripples swayed in waves, and it seemed like fine snow was falling.

This scene was as beautiful as a painting, and as dreamy as a dream.

But even more beautiful than this scene was the person sitting in the driver’s seat in her line of sight.

Ichiko looked out the window, her eyes clear and resolute. Her dark gray hair was casually tied into a low ponytail, with a few strands sticking to her slightly sweaty forehead.

Her fair and beautiful profile made Haruko’s somewhat quiet heart pound again.

It wasn’t fear or tension.

This feeling was more like a flutter of attraction.

Being comforted by her, protected by her, and treated gently by her, Haruko had never felt such a clear sense of liking for Ichiko.

In the past, she had half-hypnotically told herself to pursue and capture such a perfect girl like Ichiko, so as not to end up like her previous life.

And now Haruko clearly felt that she was attracted to this gentle and strong Ichiko.

A round of moonlight shone on Haruko’s face through the window.

At the same time, Ichiko turned around, smiled, and asked her, ”How is it? Isn’t it beautiful?”

Sweetness welled up in Haruko’s heart, and she smiled charmingly, ”It’s very beautiful.”

You’re talking about the scenery.

I’m talking about you.

Haruko covered her heart with one hand, feeling the intense pounding. She couldn’t help but recall something someone had said.

Her ear tips began to turn slightly red. She mustered up her courage, looked up at Ichiko, and said, ”Ichiko, can you be my...”

Before she could finish speaking, another sound that broke the silence of the night echoed in her ears.

”Bang!”

A bullet almost grazed the sports car’s window, leaving a series of cracks, and the sound in her ears was incredibly piercing.

”Gun?!”

The confession that was about to be made was cut short. Haruko and Ichiko widened their eyes together.

They quickly looked in the rearview mirror and realized that two more black cars had appeared behind them, which had been shaken off earlier.

By the weak light of the streetlamps, they could see two men leaning half their bodies out of the car windows, holding something, and smoke was still coming from the dark muzzle.

”Damn it!” Ichiko cursed under her breath, her hands gripping the steering wheel tightly, her knuckles slightly white with tension.

Ichiko slammed on the accelerator and shouted, ”Haruko, hold on!”

With a ”boom,” the roar of the sports car echoed on the elevated highway, quickly descending the slope and about to enter the bridge.

But to Ichiko’s surprise, the police had told them to come here, and after so long, the deployment should have been completed by now. Why wasn’t anyone meeting them?

Just then, Haruko’s phone rang again.

She quickly answered, and heard Inari’s relieved voice on the other end, ”Finally connected! Where are you now? Whatever you do, don’t go onto the Binjiang Bridge!”

Haruko shouted anxiously, ”What do you mean? Didn’t the police say they had deployed here?”
