BRUSHSTROKES OF REVENGE

The Royal Pavilion had never felt so alive. The air itself seemed to hum with electricity, charged by the weight of expectation and the collective heartbeat of thousands waiting for one final revelation.

The marble floors gleamed beneath the chandeliers, their reflections fractured by the restless movement of the crowd.

Every seat was filled, every camera poised, every whisper laced with anticipation.

The first four couture collections from every participating fashion house had already taken the runway, each one a spectacle of artistry and ambition.

Applause had thundered, gasps had echoed, and standing ovations had rippled through the hall like waves. Yet, even after all that brilliance, the audience knew the night was not yet complete.

Every cheer, every breathless murmur, every flicker of camera flash had been building toward this moment—the unveiling of LUXT × Zeus Vision’s final masterpiece.

The name Mindy Wilson had already become a whisper of legend among the elite, a name that carried both reverence and curiosity. Tonight, that whisper had become a roar.

The Pavilion was a sea of faces—business magnates in tailored suits, luxury brand representatives draped in couture, international buyers with sharp eyes and sharper pens, actors and actresses whose fame filled screens across continents, fashion icons whose opinions could crown or crush a designer, editors from every major publication, and photographers who had been waiting all evening for the shot that would define the season.

Every one of them leaned forward in their seats, eyes fixed on the runway entrance. Even the judges, who had seen decades of fashion history unfold before them, found themselves glancing repeatedly toward the backstage curtains.

No one wanted to miss what Mindy Wilson would reveal next.

In the front VIP section, Adam Gray and Steven had already taken their seats. Adam’s posture relaxed but his eyes sharp with amusement.

A faint smile tugged at his lips as he murmured, ”I wonder what surprise she prepared this time.”

Beside them sat Emma Wilson and Hannah Knight, their elegance commanding quiet respect even among the glittering crowd.

Layla Hart, Ana Bose, Wade Wilson, Zac, and Dante occupied the same row, forming a small island of familiarity amid the sea of anticipation. Ana was practically bouncing in her seat, her excitement barely contained. ”I swear,” she whispered, clutching Layla’s arm, ”if this isn’t breathtaking after all this secrecy, I’m going to faint.”

Wade chuckled, his tone teasing. ”You’ll faint.”

Ana nodded solemnly. ”I will.”

Their laughter, soft and genuine, was swallowed by the growing hush that spread through the Pavilion as the lights began to dim.

The murmurs faded, replaced by the low hum of the orchestra tuning their instruments. A single spotlight flickered to life, illuminating the center of the runway like a drop of moonlight in the dark.

The host stepped onto the stage, his polished shoes clicking softly against the marble. His voice, smooth and confident, carried easily through the silence.

”Ladies and gentlemen,” he began, his tone rich with anticipation,

”I believe everyone here has been waiting for this moment.”

A ripple of laughter moved through the audience, a brief release of tension. The host smiled. ”I certainly have.” He turned toward the backstage entrance, his hand holding a small announcement card.

”Representing LUXT Design and Zeus Vision...” He unfolded the card, his eyebrows lifting slightly before a quiet laugh escaped him.

”Well,” he said, glancing at the crowd, ”I suppose this makes perfect sense.”

He paused, letting the suspense build. ”Our final masterpiece,” he announced, his voice rising,

”The Throne. A couture presentation by Mindy Wilson and Matthias King.”

The audience erupted into applause before the models had even appeared. The sound was deafening, a storm of excitement and admiration that filled every corner of the Pavilion. Cameras flashed, voices rose, and even the judges exchanged intrigued glances.

Then, as if the world itself took a breath, the Pavilion went completely dark.

The orchestra began to play. A slow, haunting melody filled the air—deep cello notes intertwined with the soft, deliberate rhythm of a piano. The music pulsed like a heartbeat, steady and powerful, echoing through the vast hall.

The audience fell silent once more, their attention drawn to the faint movement at the far end of the runway.

From the shadows, a group of assistants emerged, their movements swift and silent. They rolled an enormous gothic throne onto the center of the runway, its carved edges glinting faintly under the dim light.

The throne was a masterpiece in itself—blackened steel and dark mahogany, its design both regal and foreboding. It stood as a symbol of power, of endurance, of something earned through pain rather than privilege.

The assistants vanished as quickly as they had appeared, swallowed by the darkness.

Then came the sound that silenced even the faintest whisper.

Click.

Click.

Click.

The sharp rhythm of heels striking marble echoed through the hall, each step deliberate, unhurried, commanding. A second sound followed—a faint metallic scrape, soft but chilling, like steel kissing stone.

Every head turned toward the entrance.

Mindy Wilson appeared first.

The collective gasp that followed was almost physical, a wave of awe that rippled through the audience. She wore an obsidian black velvet gown unlike anything anyone had ever seen.

The fabric absorbed the light around her, creating an illusion of endless depth, as though she were carved from the night itself.

The gown’s bodice was sculpted with precision, its neckline structured yet fluid, adorned with subtle embroidery that shimmered like starlight when she moved. The skirt flowed outward in layers of silk velvet, heavy yet graceful, cascading behind her like liquid darkness.

It wasn’t merely beautiful. It was commanding.

One hand rested lightly on Matthias King’s arm. The other dragged a ceremonial sword beside her, its tip tracing a thin silver line across the polished runway.

The sound of metal against marble was soft but unmistakable—a whisper of danger beneath the elegance.

Beside her walked Matthias King.

He was dressed entirely in black, his presence as striking as hers. A tailored shirt buttoned neatly to the collar, a gunmetal waistcoat beneath an elegant long coat that moved with the precision of his steps. The silver mask covering the right side of his face caught the faint light, reflecting it like a blade.

Dark tattoos climbed from his neck beneath his sleeves, hints of ink that spoke of battles fought and survived. His expression was unreadable—cold, steady, unshakable.

Not a single person spoke. Even the photographers, whose reflexes were trained to capture every moment, forgot to press their cameras.

They walked together, their movements perfectly synchronized. Neither led, neither followed. They were equals—two figures carrying different burdens, walking toward the same destiny.

The music swelled, the cello deepening, the piano softening into a rhythm that mirrored their steps.

When they reached the end of the runway, they paused. The silence was absolute. Then, as one, they turned and began their slow return toward the throne.

Mindy’s gown swept across the floor like a tide of darkness, the sword glinting faintly at her side.

Matthias’s coat moved with quiet authority, his every step measured, protective without being possessive.

Together, they were a vision of balance—power and restraint, light and shadow, creation and destruction.

When they reached the throne, Mindy turned and sat gracefully. The enormous gown flowed over the steps of the throne, pooling around her feet like a living shadow. The sword rested beside her, not raised, not drawn—only waiting.

Matthias took his place behind her, standing tall and silent. There was no crown on his head, no spotlight on his face, only the quiet strength of a man who stood not above, but beside.

The Pavilion remained utterly still.

Then, slowly, the giant screen behind them began to glow. Words appeared in elegant gold script, each one unfolding like a revelation.

THE THRONE

Final Masterpiece – The Rise of a Queen Collection

Designer: Mindy Wilson – LUXT × Zeus Vision

The text shifted, revealing the details of the creation.

Main Fabric: Italian Silk Velvet – Creating extraordinary depth while absorbing surrounding light, giving the gown an almost supernatural presence.

Color Palette: Obsidian Black – Pain. Strength. Authority. Mystery. A queen does not shine because of light. She shines because she survived the darkness.

The audience read in silence, their eyes flicking between the screen and the figures on stage.

Story:Every stitch—a scar. Every crystal—a tear never shed. Every feather—someone left behind. The throne is not a reward. It is a responsibility. Standing behind the Queen is not a King, but The Silent Protector.

Collection Theme:This is not a story about revenge. It is what comes after revenge.

The Princess believed.

The Betrayed bled.

The Warrior fought.

The Queen conquered.

Now she no longer seeks the throne.

She is the throne.

The words lingered on the screen, glowing softly against the darkness.

No one moved. No one breathed.

Then, somewhere in the audience, a single pair of hands began to clap. The sound was hesitant at first, almost reverent.

Another joined. Then another. Within seconds, the Royal Pavilion erupted into thunderous applause.

The sound was overwhelming. It rolled through the hall like a storm, shaking the chandeliers, echoing off the marble walls.

Every guest stood. Every judge rose from their chair. The standing ovation seemed endless.

Ana whistled loudly, her excitement unrestrained. Wade laughed and joined her, clapping until his palms stung.

Zac clapped so hard his hands turned red, grinning like a child. Emma’s eyes filled with tears, her hand pressed against her chest. Hannah smiled proudly, her voice trembling with emotion.

”My granddaughter...” she whispered, unable to finish the sentence.

Adam leaned back in his chair, a satisfied smirk curving his lips.

”I knew she’d do it,” he murmured.

Beside him, Steven shook his head in disbelief.

”Incredible,” he said softly. ”Absolutely incredible.”

Across the Pavilion, not all faces reflected joy.

Layton Knight sat rigid in his seat, his knuckles white against the armrest. His jaw clenched painfully, his eyes locked on Matthias. The applause around him was deafening, but he heard nothing.

That place should have been mine, he thought bitterly.

He should have been standing behind her. Protecting her. Instead, another man wears that honor.

Missy Hawthorne’s nails dug into her palms until they drew blood. Her smile had vanished, replaced by a twisted mask of jealousy.

The sight of Mindy seated on that throne, radiant and untouchable, burned through her like acid.

Raymond Hawthorne simply lowered his head. Regret filled his eyes, heavy and unspoken. The world was witnessing what he had lost.

The applause continued, wave after wave, until the host finally returned to the stage. He laughed softly, shaking his head in disbelief.

”Miss Wilson,” he said, his voice carrying over the noise, ”I have hosted hundreds of fashion events. But today, you reminded everyone why fashion is called art.”

He paused, smiling warmly. ”I believe this runway belonged to one person today. The Queen.”

The audience erupted again, the applause renewed, louder than before.

Then, from the judges’ table, a figure stood.

Zylo Mark, the Editor-in-Chief of Vogue Étoile, adjusted his glasses and looked directly at Mindy. The room fell silent once more. His voice, calm and deliberate, carried easily through the hall.

”Miss Wilson,” he began, ”I had the privilege of working beside Maria Hawthorne. I admired her brilliance.”

He paused, his gaze steady. ”But today, I became your admirer.”

A murmur rippled through the audience. Zylo Mark was known for his restraint, for his refusal to offer praise lightly. His words carried the weight of history.

”This masterpiece,” he continued, ”deserves the trophy. It deserves history.”

Mindy rose from the throne, her movements graceful, her expression composed. She bowed respectfully.

”Thank you, Mr. Mark,” she said softly. ”Those words mean more to me than you know.”

The applause that followed was softer this time, but no less powerful. It was the applause of respect, of acknowledgment, of something earned.

Backstage, the LUXT team crowded around the monitor, their eyes wide, their faces glowing with pride.

Gale leaned forward, his voice barely above a whisper. ”She really is a monster,” he said, awe coloring every word.

The room burst into laughter, the tension breaking.

Nearby, in another suite, the Rona Design team had unknowingly stopped working. Every pair of eyes was fixed on the screen. Maya stood at the front, her expression unreadable. Then, slowly, she nodded. ”She is,” she said quietly. ”A beautiful monster.”

Bratt glanced sideways at her, smirking. ”You’re fangirling now?”

Maya didn’t even deny it. ”Aren’t you?”

Bratt looked back at the screen, where Mindy still sat upon the throne, Matthias standing silently behind her.

The image was haunting—two figures framed in shadow and light, the embodiment of strength and grace.

After a long silence, he smiled. ”Yeah,” he said softly. ”I think we all are.”

The applause in the Pavilion continued long after the lights began to rise again. The audience refused to sit, their admiration unrelenting.

Mindy and Matthias stood together, side by side, the throne behind them gleaming under the renewed light.

For a moment, time seemed to hold its breath.

The night that began with chaos and sabotage ended in triumph. The woman they had tried to break had risen higher than anyone could have imagined.

And as the applause thundered on, echoing through the Royal Pavilion, one truth became undeniable—Mindy Wilson had not just created fashion. She had created history.
