Gravity Mage with Level-Up System

From MC’s Perspective:

My mana core is reacting to something inside this ore. After confirming it, I cracked the ore. Then I saw a small piece of silver stone in it.

I held the silver stone in my palm. The next second, the stone vibrates before melting into my hand. This all happened within seconds.

The unknown energy was quickly absorbed by the mana core. The next second, I felt something click in my mind.

The understanding of the Gravity Rule went one step further. When the realization dawned on me. My heart starts to race faster.

To confirm, I summoned the status panel.

The status panel showed up. Then my gaze fell on the Gravity Rule. Which was increased by 3%. A hint of disbelief flashes in my eyes.

I know how hard it was to find the previous special place of Gravity Rule. When I understood the Gravity Rule at that place. The special energy in that place was already exhausted.

Otherwise, I didn’t have to look for another place. Now, something miraculous happened. A small piece of silver stone caused the rule power to increase. What if I found the source place?

I can not only reach level-7 but also aim for a higher level. The Gravity Rule was a stumbling block for me. Now, I have gotten a clue. I should capitalize it.

A quick gleam flashes in my eyes.

Then I looked down at the items below. I have completed the appraisal of 5 items. Which can fill today’s quota. Cory has been collecting the items directly from me. She is not even sending her own butler.

Her actions have caused a lot of noise. But no one will step forward to question her. Maybe I should ask her about this special iron ore.

Not long after, Cory Anderson comes to the basement with a smile on her face. Recently, the business has been good. Thanks to the newly appraised items. Because of it, she has made a lot of good deals.

All thanks to Ethan Brown. After coming to the room, she saw Ethan inspecting an item. Out of curiosity, she stepped forward to look.

She spotted a broken piece of iron ore. Her eyes flashes with doubt. She doesn’t know why Ethan is wasting time with broken stuff.

She then swept her eyes across the place. Then she found 5 items neatly placed on the table. Seeing that her eyes lit.

“Ethan, can I take these items?” She asked.

Hearing that I smiled. I was waiting for her to ask.

“Miss Cory, you can take those items. But can you tell me something about this ore. Where did you get this ore?” I asked. frёewebnoѵēl.com

Cory’s eyes are fixated on the items placed on the table. So she didn’t think too much about it.

She simply said,”The recent goods were all came from Ancient Ruin #1001. It’s an open public ruin in our country. Anyone can enter below level-8.”

“Why did you ask?” She asked.

The other hand, I couldn’t control my inner excitement. I wanted to laugh out loud. I was worried whether the source place would be under some big force. If it’s certain you can’t enter the special places unless you are a member of that organization.

Right now, I’m most pleased with Cory’s answer. If it’s an ancient ruin that anyone can enter, then I can’t miss it.

“Miss, I want to enter that ancient ruin,” I replied.

Cory, who was inspecting the items, suddenly stopped her movements. She then looks at the broken ore.

“Is there anything special about that ore?” She asked.

“No. But after hearing about the ancient ruin. I think I can collect a large number of ancient items,” I lied to her.

A look of understanding dawned on her face. She remained silent. It’s not that difficult for Ethan to enter that place. It’s just if she goes back to the family right now. She needs a reason.

Otherwise, the Elders in her clan will raise their voices against her. Especially the authority of purple city given to her. She can only go back after making some huge profit.

The other hand, I furrowed my eyebrows.

“Is there any problem?” I asked.

Cory nodded her head. She looks at Ethan. She knows Ethan is not a threat to her. So she doesn’t mind telling him.

“You know that Purple City is just one of the branches of Purple Chamber of Commerce. I received a task from the Family to cover the Purple City to improve its economy.”

“I can’t return to the family without doing it,” She added.

The other hand, I sighed inwardly. But I was not surprised. I had speculated about it earlier.

Cory was not finished. She then added by saying,”I’m not sure about your identity. Because in Lawless country your identity doesn’t matter. As long as you stay in line, no one will bother you.”

“But if you touch your feet in my country, the identity will be scrutinized in many layers. So much so that a Supreme Wizard is incharge of our country border checking.”

“Word is that he had awakened a rare magic. From which he can see through the false identity of the people,” She casually uttered.

The other hand, I felt my mind struck by the lightning bolt.

“A Supreme Wizard is doing a security check in her country. What kind of Country is that?” My heart set off storms.

A cold sweat beads starts appearing on my forehead. Then I realized I have overlooked something. The Purple Chamber of Commerce in the Lawless Country is just a branch. Then the main branch must be strong and powerful.

There is also a huge clan behind her. I can say that her Clan might not be weaker than the Yellow River Academy. In order to confirm, I asked her.

“What about your family?”

“Are you the top force in your country?” I asked.

“Ha…Ha…Ha…,” Cory let out a bell of laughter.

Hearing that I became tense.

“If my family is top force, then why am I spending time here, ” She said in a bitter tone.

Gulp!

I swallowed my saliva in fear. My heart was in turmoil again. What’s wrong with this woman? Is she lying?

Several thoughts come to mind.

“Tell me about your country. I’m interested in it?” I asked.

Cory smiled and said,”I can tell it from your questions. That you want to enter the Ancient ruin #1001.”

“But it’s not easy. As I said before, the screening is strict because our country is one of the Super Countries called Ancient Country Redwood.”

“The name also comes from place because our country is one of the blessed lands of flame magic. Our country is part of the Mage Union. Which is an international federation for the Wizards.”

“So naturally our country is targeted by hostile countries to weaken us. To protect our country a supreme wizard is appointed for the screening.”

The other hand, the hairs on my body stood. Now, I have realized the gap between her country and mine. The name of her country itself tells how strong it is.

They are part of the Mage Union. The other hand, I have never heard something like this in my country. For Wizards in my country the Mage Union itself is some kind of a distant holy force.

Only the neighboring Supreme Wizard of the Meteor Country has joined it in recent decades. But the Ancient Redwood Country is one of the members. Which means their wizards can naturally enter the Mage Union.

Sigh!

A huge sigh left my mouth. I didn’t expect to come in contact with Mage Union this way. I thought after reaching the Supreme Wizard one can know about it. The information left me with complicated emotions.

The Ancient Redwood Country is many times stronger than Sand Rock Country.
