The status panel appeared in front of my eyes. Then my eyes started to go through the details. Seeing the progress in mana core and physique development.

A hint of satisfaction flashes in my eyes. After glancing at the details one more time. I closed the status panel and stood up from the floor.

Swoosh!

The next second, I appeared back in my room. Then I entered the bath to take a shower.

25 minutes later,

I walked out of the bath. Then I changed to fresh academy clothes. After getting ready, I sat down on the sofa and started to think.

I have yet to consume the Heart of the Eldium Tree. But the most important thing is to find a way to improve the The Rule Power of Gravity Magic.

A quick gleam flashes in my eyes.

“Maybe I should go to the Library,” I said in my heart.

Then I looked at the communication watch and began to access the online site.

When the online page was loaded. The news of the Wizard Heart Competition has flooded the page. The picture of me and Mike Curtis are shown in the headlines of many articles.

Seeing that I started to scroll down the pages. Every articles’ headline is about the final duel between me and Mike Curtis.

But my eyes are searching for something else. I want to see whether anyone is suspecting my magic power.

My spells are level-6. It’s hard for them to find out through live-stream or footage. So I don’t think there will be any articles regarding this.

A few minutes later,

“Sigh”

A sigh escaped from my mouth. So far there were no suspicious articles online. It means no one has found anything wrong so far.

After closing the online page, I stood up and decided to leave. Find your next read on

I know the whole academy knew my win by now. They might have already crowded in front of the Sub-Taboo Hall.

Shaking my head, I closed the door and started walking towards the dorm exit.

Uproar!

When I appeared outside. There was a loud uproar. A large number of students were waiting outside. My eyes swept across everyone.

There are male and female wizard students. They are divided into level-5, level-4 and level-3 Wizards.

“Vincent!”

“Vincent!”

“Vincent!”

The Wizard Students started to chant the name loudly. This sudden chanting further attracted the attention of the people.

As more and more people gathered. I furrowed my eyebrows. These people have completely blocked my way. Which left me with no choice.

Swoosh!

I used the flight ability to appear in the mid air. The next second, I started rushing out towards the Academy main building.

Behind me, the level-5 Wizards started following me as well. I was quite surprised in my heart. Because of the relationship between the different Wizard Halls.

I thought people would still distance themselves from me. But things happening right now broke my view.

“Won’t their Wizard Hall punish them,” I asked myself in my heart.

I don’t know whether anyone from the bloodline hall is among them.

I quickly reached the arena building and landed in front of the entrance. When I turned around,

I saw the students flying towards me.

The next second, I walked inside the building and started walking towards the Sub-Taboo Hall. There are Wizard Students going about their business.

At first they didn’t recognise me. But when the wizard students behind me entered in large numbers. They turned my direction.

“Vincent Carey is here!”

“Stop him!”

“Hey, Vincent Carey!”

“He is going to the Sub-Taboo Hall”

Hearing that I moved faster. In the blink of an eye, I widened the gap and got closer to the Sub-Taboo Hall.

Behind the level-5 Wizards are shocked. They don’t know why they can’t catch up with Vincent Carey no matter how much they try.

The other hand, I arrived in front of the Sub-Taboo Hall. Then I quickly verified my identity before entering inside the Sub-Taboo Hall.

At the same time, there are wizard students waiting near the Sub-Taboo Hall to see Vincent. They were shocked by his quick arrival.

Before they could do something, they saw him entering inside the Sub-Taboo Hall.

On the other hand, he heaved a sigh of relief. Then I looked around and found no one. Which seems strange to me.

I thought Sister Carolina was waiting for me. Then I texted her.

Beep!

The next second, I received a reply from her. She is on her way.

Shaking my head, I sat on the huge sofa. Thinking about the Wizard Students waiting outside. I don’t know whether to laugh or cry.

“This sudden change is uncomfortable,” I said to myself.

Then the image of a person comes to mind.

“I don’t know what Mike Curtis is doing?” My eyes flickered.

Shortly after,

Creak!

The door opened. Carolina Slate walked inside the room.

Seeing Vincent Carey on the sofa. Her eyes lit up with surprise.

“Junior brother, you have caused quite a ruckus outside.”

“If for protection, they would have stormed in,” She said with a chuckle.

Hearing that I revealed a smile on my face.

Carolina sat opposite Vincent. She can’t wait to ask Vincent about the duel.

“Junior brother, how did you win against Mike Curtis?” She asked, while blinking her beautiful eyes.

I wasn’t surprised by her question. But I can’t tell her the real answer.

I replied,”He underestimated me. So he was caught off guard by gravity magic.”

Carolina rolled her eyes. Yesterday, Senior Gilbert and her discussed the duel. Both of them were sure that Mike Curtis was not that weak.

On the contrary Mike Curtis was so strong. So Vincent’s prowess puzzled both of them yesterday.

So her eyes flashes with doubt.

The other hand, my eyes flickered. If I don’t tell her, then she will continue to inquire with me.

When I looked at her. I saw her doubting eyes.

“Okay, I’ll tell you.”

“It’s because of my Gravity Inheritance,” I said to her.

A look of understanding dawned on her.

She then looks at Vincent with little envy.

She said,”No wonder you got the edge over Mike Curtis.”

Hearing that I smiled in response.

Then I thought of something before asking,”What about Senior brother Gilbert and Elder Galvin?”

“Did they come yesterday?”

Carolina shook head before saying,”Senior Gilbert was here yesterday. But I don’t know about Elder Galvin.”

“Even Senior brother Gilbert didn’t know what happened to him,” She added.

A quick gleam flashes in my eyes.

I know about Elder Galvin. I wonder whether his injuries have recovered or not. At that time he was attacked by several level-8 Wizards.

Thanks to him and the crippled old man. I was able to save my life once again.

Carolina on the other hand asked,”What are you going to do next?”

Hearing that I recovered my thoughts and looked at her,”I’m going to do missions. This time it will be a different foreign country. Not the neighboring countries.”

Carolina sighed inwardly.

“I’m going to do missions as well. Only by going outside can I improve my magic,” She said in a low tone.

“Don’t worry, you are better than many other wizards,” I replied to her.

Time passed by,

The Wizard Students who were waiting outside got bored and impatient. They don’t know whether Vincent Carey is going to appear or not.

Among the wizard students. There are also Wizard Students from the Bloodline Hall. They are here to watch the show

Not all of them believed Mike Curtis was weak. So they want to see from their own eyes whether Vincent Carey is strong or not.
