While I am in Reality, I Can Enter the Singularity Universe

28: Chapter 28: A chaotic war involving a hundred races sweeping across the entire continent! At this moment, in the eastern part of the Origin Continent, deep within a dark underground cave, Wang Zhen wriggled his ant queen body. After sensing the earthquake coming from the ground, he fell into deep thought.

He was about half a meter long, covered in a shell with a white-red metallic luster. His hind limbs were short and weak, but his forelimbs were exceptionally thick, and the powerful force surging within them... was enough to make one shudder!

A half-meter-long ant—just thinking about it was enough to give one the creeps, let alone seeing it actually appear in this dark nest.

”According to the intelligence gathered by the ant soldiers, after the last earthquake, the entire continent inexplicably expanded.”

”Now, this earthquake is likely caused by the same factor!”

As Wang Zhen looked out of the cave in contemplation with his compound eyes, seven or eight Ant Kings, each about a human foot in length, stood on either side, looking at Wang Zhen with somewhat anthropomorphic and fanatical expressions!

Apparently, after absorbing a sufficient amount of Spirit Energy Factor, even ants, these ’two-dimensional creatures,’ had given birth to rudimentary—Elementary intelligence!

”In that case, this mysterious land must have... a mastermind behind the scenes!!”

As soon as this thought emerged, Wang Zhen felt a chill running straight to the top of his head!

He was not a native of this place; he had come here through Transmigration from the real world.

He had originally thought it was some kind of ’unknown coincidence,’ but looking at it now, perhaps someone had ’grabbed’ his Soul and brought him here!!

Since this mysterious land had a mastermind behind the scenes, there was no reason why they wouldn’t know about his ’accidental arrival’!

”Unless there is no mastermind behind the scenes, and the expansion of the land is merely the result of natural evolution?”

Wang Zhen thought over and over again, but still couldn’t figure out the various reasons.

However, he already had... an idea to test things out in his heart!

”Pass on my decree: in three days, mobilize troops to the surrounding terrain!”

”Exterminate all... resisting alien races along the way!”

”I shall unify the land and mountains, and become the—strongest ant in the world!”

Although Wang Zhen’s physique was somewhat comical, the pheromones emitted from his antennae were exceptionally firm.

This dark cave soon began to operate like an underground barracks; they gathered urgently, and under the command of the various Ant Kings who had just developed rudimentary intelligence, they began to march in an orderly fashion toward various terrains!

Under the frenzy of Spiritual Energy Revival, all things competed in freedom.

It was not just the black ant race that had undergone a huge evolution and transformation; other original ’small animals’ had also undergone unknown evolution, possessing inexplicable Early Stage extraordinary means!

Thus, the first racial war on the Origin Continent had officially begun!

...

This scene naturally did not escape Jiang Jin’s eyes. His expression was enigmatic, his eyes revealing deep interest. He had no intention of stopping it and stood in mid-air, wanting to witness the result of this first racial war with his own eyes.

The path of civilization’s development was never smooth sailing; fighting against others and fighting against the heavens was the correct path of growth.

Moreover, the path of the extraordinary under the frenzy of Spiritual Energy Revival was more intuitive, cruel, bloody, and violent than the growth of civilization in the real world!

The technological system focused on the use of tools and the indirect utilization of the Universe’s rules, while the extraordinary system pursued ’individual power’—one person against a nation, one person annihilating an army!

Jiang Jin was also clearly aware of this point. Regarding the ’racial war,’ not only did he not stop it, but he also wanted to—vigorously promote it!

Although war meant death, it was also an Opportunity and the best way for the path of the extraordinary to grow rapidly!

What’s more, the Origin Continent was originally his ’pasture’ for harvesting Soul energy; he possessed an absolute state of indifference toward the species living and breeding on the continent.

”Brilliant and splendid cultivation thoughts can only completely burst forth under the shadow of death.”

As Jiang Jin whispered, in a muddy swamp about the size of a bedroom, the expeditionary legion of the black ant race first collided head-on with the ’toad’ race.

”Buzz buzz~” The leading Black Ant King showed no fear. Facing the grey toads, each the size of a washbasin, the antennae on its head emitted a metallic ringing sound.

Orderly commands were quickly issued!

And on a patch of duckweed surrounded by grass in the swamp, there was a ’Toad King’ slightly larger than the other toads, with a glimmer of wisdom in its compound eyes, which had clearly seen through the black ant race’s intentions!

”Croak, croak-croak—” It also issued orders, letting the grey toads in the swamp kill the dense swarms of black ants with all their might!

The consciousness of the low-level black ants was weak; after receiving the Black Ant King’s order, they only charged fearlessly, using their corpses and their numbers to forcefully pile to death the grey toads that were several times their size.

Layers of corpses soon floated on the muddy swamp surface, staining the color of the place grey-black.

[Ding!]

[Ten minutes ago, devoured a Black Ant Soul and obtained 1.53 World Origin points. Eight minutes ago, devoured a grey toad Soul and obtained 3.67 World Origin points. Six minutes ago, devoured an [F-Rank • Mutant Toad] Soul and obtained 49 World Origin points. Five minutes ago, devoured an [F-Rank • Mutant Loach] Soul and obtained 43 World Origin points. Four minutes ago, devoured an [F-Rank • Black Ant King] Soul and obtained 51 World Origin points. Three minutes ago, devoured a locust Soul and obtained 6.28 World Origin points. Two minutes ago, devoured an [F-Rank • Mantis King] Soul and obtained 45 World Origin points. One minute ago, devoured a butterfly Soul and obtained 18 World Origin points. ...]

...

After the racial war initiated by the black ants broke out, the crystal panel in front of Jiang Jin never stopped. Various devouring messages flashed by like a scrolling screen. Under these circumstances, the World Origin points that had been exhausted were rapidly increasing again.

”’World destruction’ is still the most satisfying!”

Looking at the chaotic wars breaking out everywhere on the land, Jiang Jin was very satisfied. He touched his chin and pondered, should he often provoke conflicts between various races in the future? Or, should he actively initiate some ’world-destroying disasters’ to make them feel a sense of crisis, thereby urgently craving to improve their own extraordinary strength?

”It must be done in moderation, not too much, otherwise if all the species die out, wouldn’t that be losing the big for the small?”

Half an incense stick later, Jiang Jin’s mouth curled up, and he already had a plan in his heart to harvest a large amount of World Origin points!

Although peaceful evolution can also yield gains, without external pressure, it is far slower than the evolution speed brought by the threat of death!

”You brat, you still want to investigate my existence? Keep dreaming.”

Immediately, Jiang Jin turned his gaze and saw that half-meter-long ant queen body deep in a cave in the east.

”Since you love to stir up racial wars, then from now on, you shall act as the ’greatest mastermind in the world’.”

A smile played on his lips; he already had a better arrangement for Wang Zhen, this tool.

Although the chaotic war on the Origin Continent had not yet ceased, the final outcome was still under control. Therefore, Jiang Jin did not stay any longer and his consciousness returned to the real world.
