Eternal Thief

Chapter 1305 Bigger Fists! (1)

At this moment, Ace lay on the broken floor; his entire clothes were tattered, his hair disheveled, his body was filled with bruises and bloody scratches, and his face was swallowed like a pig.

Zaria, on the other hand, was now standing behind the counter with her long legs crossed while she inhaled on her tobacco pile, and her charming eyes were filled with satisfaction; it was as if nothing had happened.

Leah was sitting beside her as she looked between Ace and then her sister and blinked, ”Big sis, I think you broke Badass Ace!”

”Ile deserved it for taking liberties with this great lady! I Imph!” Zaria scoffed with a hint of anger, ”And heʼs no longer Badass Ace; from now on, heʼs Scoundrel Ace!”

”Oh.” Leah blinked and said with a hint of disappointment, ”But I liked Badass Ace better!”

Zaria glanced at Leah, and her expression became gentle. She gently ruffled her hair, ”Little brat, youʼre becoming more rebellious, huh?”

Leah giggled as she straightened her hair and cutely pouted, ”No! Leahʼs a good girl!” Zaria chuckled and was about to retort when suddenly, ”H-hahahaha...” Ace laughter suddenly rang at this moment, drawing the sistersʼ attention.

Zaria narrowed her eyes dangerously and coldly said, ”It seemed you still have the strength to laugh. Was I holding back too much?”

Ace finally moved as he stood up. A painful groan escaped his mouth, but his eyes were deadly cold as he started to circle primordial Qi. His injuries began to heal visibly, and so did his clothes.

Although Zaria had beat black and blue, she didnʼt use any spirit Qi nor hit any of his vital, so he could heal in a weak to two. But only if his spirit Qi were normal, with his primordial Qi, he recovered at breakneck pace, startling even Zaria.

But still, Ace was fed up since it was his first time getting beaten up so badly by something, and despite having a resilient body, it still hurt like hell.

Furthermore, he had had enough of this charade, and all his misgivings were gone. If he was hesitant about it before, now he didnʼt have any qualms, nor did he want to escape anymore.

By the time Ace stood up, he was completely healed, and his hair was disheveled, which he brushed off with his hand, revealing his face, which was now filled with gloominess and...provocation as he glared at Zaria.

Zaria felt her heart raced under Aceʼs glare for some reason, and she felt unease, even shocking her. There was something in Aceʼs eyes that was far more profound and terrifying, nothing like his usually easygoing and submissive attitude.

But that made Zaria even more furious, and her suppressed anger started to boil again since Ace had made her feel that way. She was an extremely arrogant and proud woman who wasnʼt afraid of anyone.

Furthermore, she had a profound dislike towards men because of her past, and thatʼs also reflected in her personality. If not for Leah and his influence on her, she wouldnʼt allow Ace to stay here.

But Ace had dared to tease her and humiliate her in front of Falcon, who was the last person she wanted to appear weak in front of, and what made her even more furious was Ace didnʼt seem to fear her at all, even after she taught him a painful lesson.

As for simply kicking him out, if Ace hadnʼt pulled that stunt, she mightʼve had already done it but since he wanted to escape, she was now even more inclined towards no letting him go, this was a matter of her ego.

However, seeing Aceʼs uncanny recovery ability and how he was looking at her, she felt uneasy and somewhat afraid, and she hated it. After all, how could she, who was far stronger than Ace, feel frightened of him?

Ace didnʼt bother replying to Zaria and looked at Leah before he smiled and said, ”Leah, do me a favor, and please go back to your room. I have something to discuss with your sister, Once we are done, I promise to give you spirit coins.”

Leahʼs eyes widened, and she was going to agree but suddenly stopped and looked at Zaria, who had a very dark expression on her face at that moment.

Ace knew Leah wouldnʼt agree unless Zaria told her to, and what he was about to do, he didnʼt want Leah present.

So, he coldly looked at Zaria and said, ”I suggest you send her away if you donʼt want to put her through any suffering.”

Killing intent flashed past Zariaʼs eyes as she might be able to endure Aceʼs making a move against her but not her sister. However, the look in Aceʼs eyes really gave her a bad feeling, and despite her wanting to retaliate, her instincts were telling her otherwise. Ace seemed very dangerous at this moment, and his uncanny abilities and presence made her even more hesitant.

Although she was convinced that Ace wasnʼt hiding his power and couldnʼt do anything, his change in attitude still irked her for some reason.

She looked at Leah and said, ”Go and play with your coins.”

Leah couldnʼt help but feel something was wrong, but she believed that her sister was the strongest and Ace wouldnʼt do anything bad to her or her sister, so she quickly nodded before looking at Ace with anticipation.

”I want 1000 coins and extra shiny ones!”

”Deal” Ace agreed without hesitation.

Cheering happily, she skipped back to her room, leaving Ace and Zaria alone.

”Now what?” Zaria suddenly said in a cold, confident tone, ”Donʼt tell me youʼre going to attack me. You can try, but let me tell you in advance: this time, I will break your bones without holding back. And if you want to plead for yourself, donʼt bother; I wonʼt let you go even if you are the son of a King!”

Ace didnʼt flinch under her malicious glare, and instead, he chuckled, ”You seemed overly confident that I canʼt do anything to you?”

”Unless you are a King, which youʼre not, or have a king artifact, which Iʼm even more sure you havenʼt, and even you have with your weak cultivation base, you wonʼt be able to activate one.” Zaria replied matter-of-factly, ”So, yes, Iʼm confident that you canʼt do anything. In this world, strength is everything; the bigger your fist, the bigger your voice. At the end of the day, I can decide whether you live or die on wimp because my fists are bigger than yours!”

Ace didnʼt refute her statement, but his smile widened, ”I admit, and itʼs also true youʼre far more powerful than me. So, how about a bet: if you win, I will be a slave for life, but if you lose, youʼll let me go. We can even sign a law contract if you want. Oh, and donʼt worry, Iʼm not going to play any tricks. This bet will be all about strength, your strength versus mine. Do you dare, Oʼ mighty ʼbigger fist”?”
