Chapter 1738 1738: No Cooperation With Bai Corporation Was Allowed

Because Fang Xiaolian could not pay their fine, she had to go to prison for two years. Her story ended there.

Yu Qi did not pay attention to her, Guo Zhengsheng and Yin Peizhi. She just heard from Ming Xuehai once about that. She was very satisfied with Ming Xuehaiʼs ways of handling them without asking her.

Ming Xuehai became more and more like himself in her past life when he was Bai Shu Jinʼs people.

Speaking about Bai Shu Jin, he seemed looking for an opportunity to strike a deal with Qi Qi Skincare.

Their company had ventured into the make-up industry but it was not getting much popularity. So, Bai Shu Jin planned to cooperate with Qi Qi Skincare since Qi Qi Skincare had a lot of attention over the past three years.

Qi Qi Skincare which focused on the skincare product had yet to venture into the make-up industry. The manager pushed the idea of cooperating with Bai Corporation in the make-up industry to Yu Qi.

Yu Qi rejected the idea right away. She did not plan to have any relationship with Bai Shu Jin whether it was private or business. Even though it was in the past, she still could not forget the expression on Bai Shu Jinʼs face when he ordered people to cut her hands and legs, then left her alive in this forest, eaten by animals.

How could she forget the pain and happily trade business with him? No and never.

However, there was one person who did not listen to her order and drafted a contract to cooperate with Bai Cooperation. Su Yu Hi found out and told Yu Qi. In the end, he was fired without any severance salary.

Yu Qi made a big announcement for every business under the Qinyue Group that any business cooperation with Bai Cooperation would not be allowed. If someone wanted to do business with Bai Cooperation, he or she could be fired immediately. This announcement was even printed in the handbook for employees of Qinyue Group.

This started the rumour that Qinyue Groupʼs chairman, Yu Qi, hated Bai Cooperation to the core. The reason, who knew? Yu Qi did not explain anything about that.

Well, the employees did not think much about that because they did not really need Bai Cooperation to stand up in the business world.

Bai Cooperation heard about this. Bai Xia Fang called Bai Shu Jin to speak about this matter.

”Yes, Father?” Bai Shu Jin stood in from of his father.

”Do you know about the rumour that Chairman Tang hates our company?” Bai Xia Fang asked.

Bai Shu Jin heard about that. To be honest, he did not understand why. But he felt it was not the company that Yu Qi hated but him, Bai Shu Jin.

Bai Shu Jin knew when they were in the university. When he confessed his love to Yu Qi, he could see the hate in that girlʼs eyes. She hated him to the core. And he did not know why.

”Yes, Father. I heard about that.” Bai Shu Jin nodded.

”Then, do you know why?” Bai Xia Fang asked.

”I donʼt know about that.” Bai Shu Jin answered.

”You did not remember doing something to gain the hate?” Bai Xia Fang asked again.

”I did confess my love to her during the university but she already rejected me. I donʼt think she could hate me this much.” Bai Shu Jin said firmly.

Bai Xia Fang went silent. He already knew about that. That girl, Tang Yu Qi, had his son confess to her but was rejected. Probably because she already being together with Long Hui at that time.

But why did she refuse to cooperate with Bai Cooperation? The cooperation between them could gain a lot of profit for their companies.

Bai Xia Fang clicked his tongue. ”Tsk... You can go.”

Bai Shu Jin nodded and left his fatherʼs office room. While he was about to enter his room, he was greeted by his younger brother, Bai Yu.

”Big brother.” Bai Yu greeted Bai Shu Jin.

”What are you doing here? Donʼt you have work to do?” Bai Shu Jin asked.

”Big Brother, why donʼt you look at the time? It is already 5 p.m. The work time is already over. I am about to leave.” Bai Yu said.

After getting scolded by his parents, Bai Yu ended up working for the company too even though he was too lazy to do the work. He had been given a high position which was HR Director.

”Oh, I donʼt know about that.” Bai Shu Jin looked at the time. It was indeed past 5 p.m. already.

”Big Brother, how about we go out for a drink too?” Bai Yu invited his brother.

”A drink? You? I donʼt think so.” Bai Shu Jin said.

Bai Yu grinned. ”You know me. Well, do you want to join me?”

”Hmm... Sure. Why not?” Bai Shu Jin also thought he needed some drinks.

”Okay... Then, letʼs go to Rose Nightclub.” Bai Yu said.

”Letʼs go grab some dinner first.” Bai Shu Jin stated.

”Okay... Okay...” Bai Yu nodded.

So, the two brothers went to eat dinner first. After that, they headed to the Rose Nightclub.

Bai Yu called some friends over. Well, it also included some women. Why drinking among the men only? They should invite the women too. It would be more fun.
