Chapter 994 - 994: Tang Qin Hao Rushed Out

Hearing that, they began to do as Yu Qi ordered. Then Yu Qi quickly approached the injured security team member who had been stabbed by the drunk man.

”Can you walk?” Yu Qi asked the injured man.

”Yes. I can.” The injured man nodded.

”Great. Come. I will treat your injury.” Yu Qi said.𝒇𝗿eℯ𝑤ℯ𝑏n𝑜ѵe𝑙.c𝐨𝗺

The injured man stood up. He hissed in pain as he moved.

”Can you really walk? Otherwise, I will ask someone to help you.” Yu Qi asked in a worried tone.

”I can.” The injured man said.

”Nurse Shin, help me.” Yu Qi called the nurse.

”Yes, Doctor Yu Qi.” Nurse Shin quickly followed Yu Qiʼs order.

Nurse Shin was grateful to Yu Qi. Yu Qi saved them. Otherwise, the consequences would be much worse.

Yu Qi treated the wound. The stab was deeper than she had thought. The wound took about 10 sews.

”Donʼt let the water touch the wound.” Yu Qi said as she bandaged the wound.

”Thank you, Doctor Yu Qi.” The man nodded.

Suddenly they heard the running steps, coming closer towards the room. Yu Qi looked at the door. The person was Tang Qin Hao. He entered and approached Yu Qi. He then looked intensely at Yu Qi.

”Are you hurt?” Tang Qin Hao asked.

Tang Qin Hao heard about the incident. However, what he heard was different from what had happened. What he heard was Yu Qi faced the drunk man, had been stabbed and was currently being treated.

”Yes.” Yu Qi blinked in confusion.

” What about being stabbed ?” Tang Qin Hao asked.

”Huh? No... it is not me. He was the one who had been stabbed by that drunk man.” Yu Qi explained.

”Really? You donʼt lie, right?” Tang Qin Hao asked.

”Yes.” Yu Qi nodded.

Tang Qin Hao was relieved when seeing nothing happened to his little sister.

The man knew Tang Qin Hao since he worked here for quite some time. He knew how Tang Qin Hao behaved. He never looked at Tang Qin Hao like this. Tang Qin Hao did not seem to care much about others including his patients. He even thought that Tang Qin Hao was probably a robot. But it showed some difference. Tang Qin Hao cared about his sister.

The man told Tang Qin Hao that Yu Qi had helped them in calming down the drunk man. Yu Qi remembered the drunk man. She wanted to see the man.

Before Yu Qi left, she gave some reminders to the man. ”You can go home for tonight. Take a week leave. Avoid the water. And donʼt put much weight or stress on your left shoulder.”

”Thank you, Doctor Yu Qi.” The man nodded.

Both Yu Qi and Tang Qin Hao left the room and went to the room where the drunk man was being held. When they entered the room, they could see that the police had already arrived.

The police questioned what had happened. One of the nurses stood up and answered the question.

About 15 minutes before the drunk man acted aggressively, the nurses were just doing their work. Then the drunk man came over to them. At first, they did not notice that the man was drunk.

After standing closer, they could smell the alcohol. They still treated him with respect. However, the man suddenly started to talk in anger saying his wife had died because of them. Of course, they were confused. They did not even know the man.

The man started calling them bitches and other names. Seeing the situation was going out of control, one of the nurses hit the blue button that indicated the Violet Code.

Then Yu Qi and other doctors came. They tried to calm down the drunk man. Of course, the drunk man did not listen to others. He brought out his knife. The security team arrived. The drunk man stabbed one of the security team members. Then, Yu Qi came forward and took care of the drunk man. Swift and fast.

When the nurse entered Yu Qiʼs part, she seemed to be excited to tell the story. The police were confused about that. The police then asked which one was Doctor Yu Qi

Yu Qi stepped forward. The police were stunned as they saw the woman.

ʼIs she the one who takes care of the man?ʼ That was lingering inside the policeʼs mind.

One of the police coughed. He quickly asked the question. ”Is what the nurse said the truth?”

”Yes, Sir.” Yu Qi nodded.

”You should not do something like that. He had a knife. You might get injured.” The police said.

”Thank you, Sir. But if I did not do anything, others might get injured. He had already injured someone.” Yu Qi added.

The police were stunned. It was true too. If Yu Qi did not succeed in making the drunk man lose consciousness, he might injure others too.

”Thank you, Doctor. We will now and take the drunk man to go to the police station.” The police said.

So, the police took the man away.

The nurses surrounded Yu Qi in an instant. Yu Qi was shocked.

”Doctor Yu Qi, thank you for saving our lives. I was so scared when that drunk man pointed his knife towards me.”

”Yeah. Thatʼs right. Doctor Yu Qi is our saviour.”

The security team also thanked Yu Qi.

”Doctor Yu Qi, can you teach us the way you moved when you chopped his neck?”

”Right. It was so swift and smooth.”
